Jake did our snow removal on our roof. We got a reasonable price and we were not expecting him to even shovel and snow blow our drive way!!!
Jake was timely, professional, and responsive in coming to give a bid for a rather extensive landscaping job, and had the bid written out in an itemized format by the next day emailed to me. While I ultimately went with another bid for this job, I’ll keep Brainerd Lakes Lawn Care in mind for future Lawncare needs.
Had a day scheduled for Jake to come out, he called and rescheduled for the next day. The following day when he was supposed to come, he never showed up and never called. I tried reaching out to him, no response. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable.
I am impressed with Brainerd Lakes Lawn Care. Jake got back to me the same day I called, quoted a fair price, and had the lawn service complete in less than a week from my first contact to him.
