I recently switched to Westfall for my rodent, spider and home pest control. I was very unhappy with my previous pest control company. I just had my first visit today and was very pleased with the expertise and professionalism of the two gentleman performing my rodent and ant control (Chris and Zee?). They went up on the roof and sealed gaps and pipes to prevent rodents from entering our home - in addition to some traps.. They also did some ant control in our interior. Nice, friendly guys that inspire confidence in their knowledge and abilities. I really like that the company is local and family owned. I am feeling that I will be with Westfall for a long time.

We had some new (not very good) sod laid after our pool was done last August. It was not doing very good so hired Westfalls to get it going better & theyre doing a great job. Dale, our technician is so nice and knowledgeable. We would definitely refer people to Westfalls.

They treat our lawn We have gone through 4 lawn companies as we watched our grass get worst. We are blessed to have found this company. Our grass went from brown and crispy to green full grass. I would even brag and say we have the best lawn on the block. And to think we almost gave up on them because it wasn t happening as fast as we expected. They came out every time we had a concern and reassured us they were listening and told us the steps they were taking to get us the green healthy grass we desperately wanted. I will say to anyone reading this trust their process. Give them 6 months to see the changes and you will be glad you did!! They are diligent, consistent and they are all about the customers.

Westfalls has friendly and compassionate customer service, prompt appointments, and very knowledgeable and friendly technicians. They know what they are doing, and they do it with a very friendly attitude and at a very reasonable price. I will continue to use them in the future for any of my needs for services that they provide. Recently, we had an issue with the service tech not refilling the rat bait stations. When I called the office, I spoke to some new young woman who transferred me to Ms. Westfall. Thats how she identified herself, but called me by my first name. She was extremely rude and told me that I was paying $40 per quarter for the service tech to simply check the stations, and that they refilled them as a favor. I was originally told that checking/refilling was what I was paying for. The service agreement also states that. Therefore, we canceled all of our services with this company. I will not be talked to disrespectfully nor lied to by somebody I am paying for services.

Charlie was exceptional in everyway. It felt as if a good friend was helping me through a problem. He was personable with excellent detective skills really focusing on discovering the source of the infestation and providing solutions. He was thorough and practical with a delightful personality. Westfalls was great in the beginning then things just went down hill. Sadly I had to fire them after 4/5 yrs of service they were just not getting things right on my yard even after several service calls and attempts that I made to let them make things better but they just couldnt deliver. On top of everything else they no longer lay granular which in my eyes isnt good. I hate switching companies but your yard is only as good as the tech that services it. Who nows maybe they are just growing to fast and have forgotten about quality over quantity.
