T&N LAWN CARE in Bradenton

I’ve been using t&n for a little bit more than a year. He always answers quickly and is there when I need him. I’ve used a few lawn services over the years and this is the best guy I’ve had. He makes it easy and stress free to communicate and always does a great job in a timely fashion. I will definitely only use him for as long as needed.

I do NOT recommend using this company. There were numerous issues with trying to work with this company (Nathan). It first started with lack of communication. Once Nathan provided me an estimate, he seemed bothered by the fact that I was soliciting estimates from other lawn companies. When I tried to contact him after soliciting estimates to discuss having him start the lawn maintenance, he did not return my calls or texts until AFTER I posted a negative review here. He then contacted me with excuses, and I decided to go ahead and give him the chance to do the work (and deleted the negative review). Unfortunately when it came time to starting the lawn maintenance, he never showed up, and I could not reach him to find out why he wasn't starting the lawn maintenance. After several attempts to contact him, I moved on to another lawn maintenance company. Based on his reply…you’re going see he’s blaming someone else for the issue rather than contacting me…the the person who hired him and tried to even contact him.

Never got the chance to use them. They never showed up during the window provided. I had to reach out after 5 hrs had passed from the window. Was told that his partner had been bitten by a dog and he was in the er. Again I can't say anything to the quality of work, but the fact that I had to reach out and received an excusewithin 10 mins is bad customer service in my opinion. I'm a very understanding person, however, we as consumers must demand respect from these businesses and that's not how it should work! Our time is worth money just like their time! Customer Service seems to be a thing of the past!

Nathan and his team have done an amazing job with our lawn. We have done business with then for over a year now and I highly recommend them for your lawn care needs. It's not only the quality of work, it's also the communication and customer service 👍🏼5 STARS!!
