Irene and Robert from Greenbrook, We couldn’t be more pleased with this company! Craig and Caroline are very responsive, always! Craig and crew are so incredibly hard working. We use this service weekly, this week we had an emergent matter and needed tree trimming, 2 days notice and they are here now! They always clean up! Beyond impressed! Good old fashioned company! We moved here from New Jersey 2 months ago. I saw their crew working in a neighbors yard and hired them on the spot! Totally wowed!

1) Last month they didn't cut the back yard but still charged me Full Price. There have been times in the past when they didn't cut at all and still charged me 2) Called and left a VM earlier this month telling them I am Cancelling the service. They never called me back. Whatever. 3) This morning I get another Bill for this month - but they didn't cut the back *or* front yard this time. And...as I said before, I cancelled the Service a month ago. It's not on me if you don't check your Voicemails. Most Businesses do. 4) Emailed them and said everything above and requested they Cancel the Invoice. No response. Called their number off the hook for the past 3.5 hours, no response. Left another voicemail 2 hours ago, no response. Please and TY.

I feel like Craig and Carolina have always taken excellent care of my lawn as if it were their very own. Such a great local business and I would absolutely recommend to anyone.

The company has good reviews. My first experience has been disappointing as I left a message and have not received a phone call back. Maybe I am old school but there are inexpensive call answering services that the company could hire. They may be busy with work but customer service should be a priority. My suggestion is to find a way to return calls on a timely basis.

Stopped service at the end of October. Misunderstood billing dates and thought October was paid. Bill was 15 days overdue and I was threatened with a lien on my house.

I feel very fortunate to have found Need for Green. They have given me excellent service and kindness above and beyond any expectation. I recommend them without reservation!

I cannot say enough good things about this company! If I could give a higher star review, I would. They are very responsive, competitively priced, and green! Craig and his wife, Carolina, are great people. Honest and very hardworking. My yard looks great every time they are done! Craig also pressure washed my pool patio. He worked very hard and it looks brand new! I wish I had taken before pictures, but the after looks like the Stone was just layed yesterday. We had just moved in and you could tell that the previous owners hadn’t been concerned about the condition. If I could hire them for more, I would. In the meantime, they will be my lawn people until I leave Florida. You won’t be disappointed!!
