These guys did a fantastic job great crew! They removed 6 trees. Cleanup was amazing. Hard work deserves to be recognized! We would recommend the to anyone. Fair price.

Update: Had an open phone call with the owner and the key issues here can be chalked up to perfect storm of life events, technical difficulties, and bad luck. Poor communication once contract signed. They began great and we set up a tentative date several weeks out from when they walked the property and flagged trees with me. No problem, everyone's busy and it wasn't an urgent issue. However, that tentative date came and went. Fine, it was tentative anyways, but I would have appreciated a head's up that it was not going to happen. I called the next week to follow up on a vague statement from Northwestern Energy (my job required a line drop). Got the answering service, never heard back. Called again the next day (8am) just as the crew showed up unexpectedly. In some cases, this might be ok, but in this case, they picked the worst day in a 3-month period to show up out of the blue. Given that their crew had questions about the flagging and that they needed to cut power to the house, this seemed like a poor decision for all parties. When I called the morning of these events, I was able to connect directly with the office for the first tome, who swore that they sent an email the week before. Though they confirmed they had the correct email address, that email never made it to either my inbox or my junk mail.

They came 2 days early. And the guy moved all my plants and veggies I had in containers near the tree he was gonna spray and even moved our bbq! Used a personal tarp of his and covered my husband's motorcycle as well!! Above and beyond his job!!! Highly recommend them and will only use them from now on!! Thank you!!

Arbor Medic came to our house to look at what we needed the day I contacted them. Dade spent a lot of time explaining the work that was to be done and the estimate was fair compared to other Bozeman companies. The crew that did the work was polite and efficient and did a great job with all of the pruning and tree and stump grinding/removal. Our yard was left clean as well. We would highly recommend Arbor Medic.

Arbor Medic removed a really large tree from our backyard using a piece of their new equipment. They literally reached over our camper to pull this tree out of there, piece by piece. This tree was about 15 trees combined into one and they did an excellent job! They're professional, timely, and fairly priced! I highly recommend them!

Lightning struck our beautiful 25 year old 45' Silver Poplar on a Saturday evening and we contacted Wade to have a look. He came out on Sunday and determined that the tree was not saveable and was now a possible hazard to our home and and anyone who got near it. Within a week, Cody and his his crew were on the job removing it and grinding up the remaining stump. Have used Arbor Medic for some time to trim our trees and shrubs and will continue to do so as needed. Great outfit with all the proper equipment to get the job done hastily and imaquately. We have used Arbor Medic for many years. They are one of the reasons the property we manage looks as fantastic as it does. In the spring they start up several of our irrigation systems and check every part of each system to be sure they run the way they're supposed to. They also thatch (power rake) and aerate our green spaces. Later on they spray our trees and bushes to keep dangerous insects at bay. We have had them out to diagnose different tree/shrub problems and implement corrective actions. They do a great job pruning too! Then when the growing season is over they come out and winterize our irrigation systems. We arent sure how we could operate a property this large, with this many areas of concern, without them. Aside from the professional and experienced staff in the field, their home office folks make sure our complicated billing issues run smoothly. We always get a call or email back right away when we contact them. However, they are so proactive they usually beat me to the punch and remind ME when things need to be scheduled. Use them a little or use them a lot....just use them. Your landscaping will thank you!
