You’re getting a 1 star review because one of your employees was just a life threatening hazard the way he was driving on the interstate. He was doing 100 m.p.h. Then brake checking people on the interstate and on Main Street. Followed him to your shop to get his plate. Parked on the sidewalk and he immediately got out and threatened to shoot me. I’ve tried calling you Bryan, but this should have more of an impact on you. Not a good look having employees going to work either drunk or on drugs.

Common Grounds does the landscaping/snow removal for my HOA. The irrigation has been a mess, they overwater every night so when their lawn guys come in the morning they just absolutely tear up the yard and create tracks everywhere. They need to teach their guys how to K-turn if they're going to make them cut in those conditions. Additionally, the over irrigation has created a huge pool of stagnant water by the foundation of my house (roughly 8x2 feet). I've complained multiple times and no one with Common Grounds did anything. One of their techs even said, "oh yeah, i heard about this." Amazingly, the snow removal has been worse than the landscaping. I went out this morning and half my driveway is inaccessible from the plows. I grabbed a snow shovel, but it is now a mixture of snow and ice, and a plastic snow shovel won't do anything. For what we pay for here the service is absolutely horrific. I landscaped for 14 seasons and have never seen anything like it.

Very professional team. They provided a very high quality of service. Would highly recommend them for eco-landscaping.

Best lawn company in town

Great service! I dealt with 2 other landscape companies in town before I found Common Ground. I’ve been a happy customer for over 4 years now. Brian, the owner, is very trustworthy and responsive. The crew that comes out to our property always goes the extra mile. I recommend them to all my neighbors.

As a local real estate agent I recommend Brian and his landscaping company Common Grounds to all of my clients. They have always done an amazing job. The crew has gone above and beyond to make sure my clients are happy with their work.

[8/3/17] Customer service wasn't awesome. Took two days to reply to initial email, then even longer to hear back about even scheduling an appointment. When I did finally hear from them, we set the appointment but they were a no call/no show for that. The repair to our sprinkler system was eventually completed, but I hope they improve their administration systems in the future to avoid the sort of service we received. [6/1/18] Update: Even with the system being professionally winterized, the repair is already having sporadic issues. Not sure if this is due to poor quality parts, poor install, or a separate issue with my system that was not identified, but annoying nonetheless.
