Above and beyond customer service is a rare find these days, but Patrick and his team have proven again and again that the customer comes first. Friendly, down to earth, quick to respond, and our yard looks fantastic - would highly recommend them to anyone seeking lawn/land/tree care services.

06/07/2023: New review: We've been using Advantage Land Care at our business at Mountain Hot Tub since we moved into our new building in 2019 and most recently at our home. I can't imagine how challenging the landscape business is with having to find staff and keep staff to accommodate the many customers who reach out especially with seasonal employees. We have always had such a positive experience with both Patrick and Steve as well as their staff. They work hard. Communicate well and always professional. Thank you guys and your staff for all you do for us. Our landscape at both Mountain Hot Tub and at home look fantastic. Shirley King. We started using Advantage Land Care at Mountain Hot Tub after moving into our new facility and we feel this crew does an amazing job. Patrick, the co-owner keeps us informed of any updates to our schedule whether it's mowing, irrigation or Fall pruning. Each week the crew assigned to us does a great job. 5-7-21 One year later and they still don't return phone calls. I've let Steve Lee know via their online scheduling system, and over a week later still no concern. I talked with Paul and he was going to give me a quote on lawn care. Never heard from he again nor did he return phone calls or a text. It must not have been Paul then but I did for sure talk to someone there in March. The person did not follow through on his promise, and when I left at least 2/3 messages at both the office and cell; and sent a a text, no return calls. 7-2-20 Update here - Patrick called me after this review, left a message and said they would like to do my yard and to call the office. Left 2 messages at the office and still heard nothing back.

I hate any place like this due to pets. I don't know what the point is. I don't know why the grass has to be over fertilized. No matter what these people say about the time length of a pet going on the grass is false. Its horrible for your pet. Its straight up poisen.. I didn't even wanna give one Star. But that's the only way I could comment. I'm actually glad there is a ton of snow now. So my Pets don't have to touch the poisoned grass. These places don't care about the well being of animals though. Most people will just laugh at this review.

I have been working with Advantage for a few years now, personally and professionally. They do a great job! Always responsive, professional, and respectful. They are so good about getting things done quickly when a problem arises. They are always happy to meet onsite if anything needs to be looked at. They are constantly onsite making sure their crews are doing their job. I highly recommend working with them!

Paul, Patrick, Steve are just some of the amazing team members at Advantage. Luna Properties can not say enough good things about these guys. We usually hear a lot of complaints about vendors but instead our home owners usually call us to tell us how impressed they are with the service Advantage provides. We are continually surprised at their response time to EVERYTHING; from maintenance issues, new estimates, meeting with home owners and dropping by our office to catch up on the upcoming work. Many nurseries in the area recommend them, including Cashman's nursery and we are very happy to work with them. I personally have asked them to help with my own lawn care and they have gone out of their way to fit me in their busy schedule. We appreciate all the work you do and your attention to detail.
