updated again Ocrober 16, 2024 Still no response nor reparations. This is a bad acting company. Be warned. Updated 4/25/24: They have not responded to my requests to finish the work or return the money they took for the job. BEWARE of this company. They responded to my review with FALSE information. The company cashed 2 checks, totaling $2800. Since they did not do the contracted work, my family advised me to not give them any more additional money. Therefore, my first review remains accurate. County Tree and property renovation DID NOT DO THE CONTRACTED AND PAID FOR WORK on my property. I paid $2400 in advance as I did work with them before. They were to start last January and came in September for one day. On that day, they butchered my areca palms, leaving the debris to kill the grass underneath. They were contracted to trim 2 large trees and put in 2 trees and a bush. None of which was done. I called and texted Frank, the manager, several times. Its been 2 months now, and I havent received a response. Used to be your handshake was your word. Now a contract isnt your word for this business.

reasonable price, quality crew, clean and efficient, great work clean up was also superb - not only the grounds but also used our net to clear the surface of the pool (which actually was easy because they were careful to avoid getting debris in the pool in the first place)

Frank with County Tree Service fantastic professionals! I only have a few palm trees in my backyard but they are very close to the powerlines that run through my neighborhood. A couple times a year I have them come out to remove the Pom from the powerlines and they do an incredible job! They are clean and efficient. Also reasonable considering the work that they do! This team came out promptly to give me a quote to trim our palm. They got the work done right then (not a huge job), and we re very professional and fairly priced. Will absolutely be using them for additional work! To add, Frank was extremely honest when reviewing my oak tree. It will need trimming eventually, but it s safe for right now in the event of a storm.

Frank came the afternoon I called to give an estimate. He was extremely helpful with the paperwork, even delivering the specifications in person after they were misplaced by the HOA. The crew arrived promptly and the tree was gone in about two hours.

County tree was one of the most professional Companies to work with. There people were exceptional and did a fantastic job taking down our Oak tree! Because this oak tree had roots coming towards my house I had to have my pavers taken out and then reinstalled. It was a master job well done I recommend this company highly.

I had 2 huge Mango trees that were right over my Roof. They removed them with precision and I highly recommend them. Very pleasant and eager to please.

Guys were on time and did a nice job. Price was fairly comparable to other quotes. Everyone was very courteous and mindful of items below the trees. We moved everything we could ahead of time, and they showed effort in controlling the big branches as they came down on plants and other items we were not able to move. Cleaned up well afterwards. We were hoping some of the highest branches of our very tall mango tree could be cut, but we were told that shouldn t be done. Photos are before and after.

Once you pay them you won t see or hear from them again. The owner is dishonest, unresponsive, does not fulfill the agreement or keep his word, nothing but empty promises. Worst company. Do not use them.

DO NOT USE COUNTY TREE AND PROPERTY RENOVATION! The owner Frank over promised and under delivered on the entire project! A 2-3 day project according to Frank took over 6 weeks to complete. With me having to call Frank every day to confirm when he would be back to complete the project. He guaranteed his work and said he would address any issues I had once complete and now will not return any calls or text messages I send him. All the grass he laid down died, several of the trees and flowers planted died and I have to re-sod and plant each of those areas. Unprofessional, unreliable and unnecessary headache, stress and cost throughout the entire project! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FRANK OR COUNTY TREE AND PROPERTY RENOVATIONS AND HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!

Wish I took before and after pictures. Frank and crew were responsive and quick. Got an estimate and the crew was at my house the next morning. Cleaned up my newly purchased over grown property. Frank came out and gave an estimate himself, which was on line with others I received, but I trust Frank because he s done work for me before. Totally reliable, and his crew is competent and professional. Cleaned up great, and were very careful and respectful of our property. Referred two other owners looking to get their trees removed, and the crew took them all down in a day and a half, including grinding all stumps and roots, and clean up. Well done men!
