Brightview has provided the WORST landscaping services ever to our community. I have NEVER experienced such lazy workers and negligent manager. Peter has done nothing to uphold the service obligations. Our grass is lifeless, trees, plants, hedges and bushes unkept. BEWARE!!
I agree with most of the lousy reviews.This company is wreckless and careless.They damaged my garden while taking down a tree Today in Rainberry Bay i'm gonna write even more after this job is done I wanna see how they complete the job and if they repair the damage that they did. i wouldn't hire this company. That's what i'm gonna say at this point.
When we changed contracts we saw an immediate decrease in quality that was huge in landscaping. In our SOW even states "weed control is once a month", "pest control is once a month" opened ticket to ask them to do these things and was told "these are not included in our contract" and closed my ticket after reading contract they are included they just are ignoring terms of the contract as well as clearly not doing them throughout the neighborhood.
I had an outstanding experience working with Brightview! The crews are professional, punctual, and highly skilled as well as the management. This company has certainly exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend their services for anyone looking to clean up or enhance their yards!!
Has anyone every known a landscape company that never uses rakes or allows weeds to infiltrate and grow higher than planted foliage or ignores dead plants?
These guys are horrible. They literally leave the property worse than it was. Brand new mulch beds and they can’t even blow the giant clumps of grass they leave behind. Our entire neighborhood is handled by them and it looks like this all over.
Do not use this business. Pictures speak 1000 words see below worst company ever.
Do not hire. My husband spoke with the new manager overseeing our community. He explained how previous landscape companies had killed our small plants, and the manager assured him they would take great care of our gardens. The pictures attached are their "finished product".... We had spent years grooming and taking care of this section, tailoring it to draw in different birds and butterflies. This is unacceptable, especially after speaking with the manager and being told they would take "great and gentle" care of our gardens. *Update: I reached out to corporate the same day of their response to this post, yet we have not heard back. We did speak with the new manager several times within a week of this destruction. He told us he agreed that the area was cut back too far and they would rectify this, including planting a new bush to expedite the growth in this area. We are still waiting on any improvements to be done so I reiterate Do Not Hire. *Update: The new manager and team planted two small firebushes today to help expedite the growth. The landscape wasn't fully restored; however, I do appreciate the bushes that they planted looked healthy and they brought additional flowers to make the area look better. I revised the stars to 4 as the manager apologized and tried to rectify the situation.
Very good place
If I could leave a negative star I would. This company just got the account to our neighborhood. 3 weeks in and I have had to go behind them twice to weedeat and edge my yard. Not to mention driving through the neighborhood and looking at all the houses with the same issues. Wondering what I m paying for if I have to spend and hour every week doing something that I pay them for. Hoping my HOA makes a change VERY soon.
They do my apartment complex and do quite a good job

Brightview has exceeded my expectations. I had an issue which I addressed with the supervisor and it was corrected and addressed immediately. I am super happy with the landscaping service they provided and they definitely made me a happy customer. I would recommend this company for anyone looking for yard work! They are very responsive and do a great job. Thanks Brightview!

I was staying there for a staycation, the service was fantastic. I went wandering around and ran into Shawn who told me about some of the local plants. I cant garden for anything but he told me about the ones that require almost no fuss at all. Thank you so much for a great stay and will return

The tree division worked in my community. Zach and Joe were extremely accommodating and went out of their way to make sure our trees were properly pruned and look amazing.

. new update ,service improved grass looks the best anywhere . my HOA JUST TOLD THEM NO MORE. they cant check the sprinkler systems like other companies . do not do repairs want a ton of $$$ for this. BBB RATING 1 star. . update. not the worst any more but still very negative!!they have turned out to be the worst company ever in my 23 years here in tivoli. what they do well . they mow and do not cut the grass to short. the rest is horrible they take over 8 weeks to trim your property that is if you request them.our last landscaper took 4 weeks and cleaned the beds. they do not fix your sprinklers without charging you 900 dollars to come out. they always have a excuse that they have labor problems.that was done to many times.
These guys cut the grass and completely cover my car in grass after just having it washed. They don t give a s*** about people s property. Stay far away
The entire staff is hanging out at my local gas station every morning. I was not able to get gas nor use the air pump due to the mowers and trailers being parked in front of everything. The staff members are clueless and inconsiderate of the other cars around the plaza.
Brightview Landscaping is run by a bunch of thieves. They cut branches from the trees in my backyard without protecting my lanai. The limbs fell onto my lanai and ripped holes in half of my lumite screening and they deny it was them. They are not honest enough to cover a $345 mistake. They are dishonest and cheap and if they are not willing to back up a $345 ERROR, imagine how much they would be willing to screw you out of. A BIG FAT ZERO STARS.
The crews don t care about the work they do. They miss entire areas of lawns. They don t edge properly, don t trim properly, and they scalp the lawns where they actually find the grass they re supposed to cut. Managers don t seem to care about the junk product their crews leave for others to see. Just sign the contract and collect the payment, that must be the mantra at Brightview.
They removed my Bromeliad plants. I have a video on March 20. It was in Lexington Club. No one left a message on my door.
Scratched my car by flinging rocks with the weedwacker and covered it with rocks, mulch, and dirt. A-holes.
Your tech came out to my property and sprayed weed killer all over my clusia plants. They are dying and I have been unsuccessful to get the matter resolved with the local office. Please contact me to get this resolved.
