Fabulous experience with lawn care. Hedges and decorative plantings expertly trimmed, work crews are careful and thorough.
I've been using Mignao for my tree care needs for the past few years. They are extremely prompt and professional. Brian is very honest and transparent, I've always felt he has my companies best interest at heart. They also have a team member named Marco, I believe Marco is one of the crew Forman's but he is extremely talented and has excellent customer service skills.
If I could give zero stars I would! I have had gigantic problems since I hired this lawn care service. They pulled my entire back sanctuary. When I did the initial walk around I pointed out Everything I wanted addressed and asked them specifically not to touch that area. Five years of me planting and growing ripped out. They replaced a few cheap plants and dismissed planting the expensive ones because “they were not available. Their service decided not to come by the home for three weeks because it was being painted. They could have come and pulled weeds from the beds etc, never done and still charged for the month. They have broken lights, left their dirty handprints all over my freshly painted house and burned my grass by not knowing how to mow a lawn!! I could keep going, but It would take all day! Stay away from this company unless you want to replace thousands of dollars in plants, grass and lighting to name a few.
Joe Mignano and his team just finished a nearly 100% redo of the tired landscaping at our home. My initial contact was made through their online estimate request form. The response came overnight, followed by an onsite visit and written estimate within days. We started with tree trimming and replacement of many of our oldest hedges. We were really pleased with this work, so we asked Joe to prepare a design and estimate to refresh or replace almost everything else. He was very willing to work with us to revise the initial designs and we soon agreed on a plan that met our budget and appearance requirements. The job was scheduled without delay and completed on time and on budget. All the new plants brought in for our landscape project were healthy, thriving specimens that immediately refreshed the look and feel of our property. From beginning to end, every single person from Mignano's team was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. Our experience was nothing but positive and I recommend them highly.
Mignano is a company that I highly recommend!! They do it all, from landscaping and lawn care, to tree care and paver installation. They handle all my needs, even paver repair and pressure cleaning. I called (4) times over 3 weeks to get someone to give me a call for lawn care services. They flat-out ignored me and refuse to return my calls. They must not need the business or they don’t care enough to respond to you. Unprofessional - not responsive at all. I had Mignanos as a kid cut my grass so I stay true to local business. Now that I own my first home after almost 20 years in the Marines, naturally, I called who I knew. Now days? They don’t care.
My home never looked so good after they relandscaped my garden. Maintenance since installation of the new plants is perfect. My thanks to the whole team.

Looking over the past reviews I gotta tell you that they are 50-50 some bad, some good. Sadly I have a bad one for you. I also could not reach them by phone. I had to take time out of my day to go in there. Apparently they missed me the last month. When I came in to tell them about it, they charged me for the month that they did not do and took me off their client list which I agreed l asked her a couple of times to do the right thing. She just ignored me and smiled and took my check. Not a good way to do business.
Bought Japanese Fern trees it has been a year and the trees are beautiful. Now we will return for hedges if they have them. Great customer service.
No answer back although I called them min 10 times. I left message on their voicemail messages at least 5 times. I just wanted them to take my job because they did a great job last year. Looks like they have too much customer.
On two separate occasions I have called Mignano to request service. They never returned my call on either occasion, though I left messages.
We just did a major update to our landscape and we d love it. Everything was done beautifully and on time. No detail was missed!

Very unprofessional stay away! I would never use them, when you try to speak to them about the way they speak to you they get defensive .I dont give two squats how long youve been in Biz. Your terrible to clients!!! and the reviews on here prove it.
Mignano Tree Care is easily one of the premier tree trimming companies in all of South Florida. Their staff was super easy to deal with and returned calls in a timely manner. Even though we were in a time crunch they were able to accommodate for that. They also did an exceptional job cleaning up afterwards, leaving the property spotless!

If I can give them a 0 I would. Very unprofessional service .the owner kept harassing me by text. They came to give me an estimate but representative didnt know anything they said he was still learning .Why would you send me someone that still learning and doesnt know anything about trees. Then he told me he wouldnt do business with me. Excuss me but I wouldnt hire you! Know your craft. unprofessional service. I would never recommend. Stay away!!
They have gone downhill the last couple of years considering they do work at my 55 yr and older place village.
I live nearby the main office and they used to complete our landscaping and when they did they always blew the dirt all over our cars and leave it there. We do not have car washing facilities so we have to pay to have our cars cleaned, which is expensive. They are no longer our landscapers, however, when they take care of their own grounds, they still blow the dirt on our cars!!! Why??? This is so annoying, because of the cost it takes to keep our cars cleaned. I am a single mother who works 60 plus hours a week between two jobs to keep food on the table, so the expense of having my car cleaned does not come easy. I have complained several several several times and it just keeps happening. So disgustingly unprofessional!!!

These guys are absolutely flipping awful. They are, without question, the worst lawn people you could ever buy. They apparently dont how how to take care of trees, because where there is once a nice tree, full of green, perhaps with a little excess in branches, comes an entirely ugly, and I mean ugly looking tree. It takes about 1p months for one of these trees to come back to normal, and when I say its ugly I mean it. Its a really nasty blemish on the landscape. Problem is, all the big apartments and HOAs down here hire them because theyre a big name. But make no mistake, Ive seen their work for years, and it is really bad stuff. Now Im waiting for them to try to trim my small shrubs and potted plants. If they do, Ill be talking directly to management here. Not on my property.
Immediately after our front and backyard was resoded, the sod began to die. It s been five weeks since Mignano installed the sod and the front yard is a total loss with the backyard not far behind. I sounded the alarm with the Mignano team as soon as I saw signs of trouble with the lawn. I sent photos and asked for help. I ve left messages at the front office. All ignored. We paid Mignano Landscape thousands of dollars for the sod installation. It looks like a total loss of an investment. If only I could get someone from Mignano to care.

Extremely disappointed with their work. They came to our neighborhood last week and left my house a mess, left all the branches inside our pool, will not answer the phone when you need them. Ive left multiple messages trying to give them a chance to fix their mistakes and they really dont seem to care. Would NOT recommend them. I will try to upload the pictures of how they left our house. Horrible customer service and really really messy employees.
