Approximately 1 year ago I installed artificial turf in my backyard. LA Turf did an outstanding job. It was better than I could have ever imagined. My neighbor used LA Turf after seeing my lawn. This company truly knows the meaning of customer service. This initial install was perfect. The crew showed up early and got straight to work. My neighbor watched every moment of their work and she commented to me later that she had never seen such a hard working crew. I went through many different companies trying to get artificial grass but did not like either the people or their prices. Alex came out and within few days I had turf in my backyard. I was very skeptical but thank God he lived up to what he promised. Make sure everything is in writing when getting your quotes no matter what anyone says because it will eliminate any issues later. Sprinklers caps and gutter extensions placed away from the backyard. All grass removed, pavers and rocks placed, calusia planted with some sprinklers left for watering. They cleaned up after and took away garbage. They cut my cable line by accident but told us immediately and promised to pay for it. Make sure they cover your remaining grass to prevent damage to the area because one section on the side of my house has wheel barrow indentation sunken in the ground by the tire tracks, not very bad because they tried to cover it but things happened. Overall, I am happy with my yard and the price was one of the best out of about 15.

We had natural grass and beach sand in our backyard but both created ongoing maintenance headaches. LA Turf did a great job on price, installation, and follow up. A pleasure to work with and love new product.

Ariel and Alex were excellent to work with. I was challenged with a muddy dog run and canine turf a suggestion to me. I received three quotes and LA turf had the best price and value as well as doing a same-day survey and my initial install was projected to be two weeks which was very acceptable. I received a call this past Saturday that they would like to do my install on Monday which they did so it took me a total of three business days to get everything done which i find to be exceptional.

They installed a put green and were super responsive and did quality work. Highy recommend.

Expensive grass with assuming poor installation. Real grass coming through all over. Came to look twice and now have washed hands of issue. Product less than 6 months old and they refuse to cover the warranty. I like how they totally lied on response and stated they came more than 5 times. Cleaning fake grass? They did a piss poor installation and refuse to fix it. Don t use this company!!

I got two quotes and went will Alex at Den&Will because he was great at communicating the difference in price, quality and warranty. Install was smooth and the look is great! Our yard is small because our pool takes over most of it and the dogs were just tearing up the natural grass and bringing it wth them into the pool. This product has the look of grass without the maintenance and dirt. Yes it s a little pricey but in the long run it is a wise choice.

I had problems in my back patio for the last 6 years with my lawn, it was never green and I had to replace it at least once a year due to not enough sunlight. I researched and got 6 different estimates prior to deciding on Den & Will. Den & will were the best priced but also the quickest at coming to my home to measure and give me an estimate. For the other companies, it took more than a day to call me back. Lily is in charge of estimates and she answered all my questions via Facebook on the same day. Lazaro was in charge of my installation and he answered all my questions and was extremely patient since I spent the whole day asking questions. Now I have a lawn that is always green, and that it doesn t require fertilizer nor water. In the long run is the most stress free and cheaper option hands down.
