Our backyard had terrible drainage issues and would always flood when we would get heavy rain. Simmons assessed the issue and added a drain to the street. Very happy with the process and quality of work. Chris was a pleasure to work with. Communication was fantastic. We also had them do some grading and grass seeding around a new shed. I would use Simmons in the future and would recommend them to others.

I have worked with Simmons Landscaping since 2018 when they installed a new window well in my basement, adding gravel and topsoil to bring it all up to grade next to my house. They also dug a line to carry the water away from my house s foundation from the downspouts. That work has made a difference in eliminating standing water near my house. The next year, I hired them to lay mulch in my extensive garden and they have been helping me with that very labor-intensive job ever since. I had hired other companies in the past but their work was always disappointing in that they either laid the mulch too thick or right up to trees and plants, killing them by suffocating their roots. Simmons has always been careful with my plants and does excellent work. I recommend them to do large clean-ups and some landscaping. It s worth your time to talk to the owner, Chris Corney, to see what he can do for you.

Ive used Simmons since 2017 when we first moved into our home. I started out just doing the seasonal irrigation shutdown but I was so impressed with how professional and caring the Simmons team seemed to be, that I started in the spring with having them do mulching and eventually got to the point that they now come multiple times a year for weed cleanup, pre-emergent and follow-up treatments, mulch, and irrigation. I also had a neighbors tree hanging over into my yard and Chris helped me navigate the process with my (luckily quite gracious) neighbors about letting him trim it. Every time I have used Simmons services, Chris has bent over backwards to make sure Im taken care of, whether it be advice for me (the guy that kills every plant he looks at cross-eyed) on how to not kill something, or helping make a payment plan when I, like so many of us, was slightly strapped for cash during the pandemic. His and his teams attention to detail and professionalism seems to know no bounds. Shoutout to Tristan who has probably gone home in a mental spiral after dealing with the weeds from my beds every season. As far as pricing goes, Id put them in the middle somewhere. Not a negative in my eyes. To me they do wonderful work for the price, even if its not the cheapest service in existence, but you know what they say - you get what you pay for. Overall, I cant recommend this company highly enough.

First of all, Chris and his crew fit me into his busy schedule as I was in a bind and needed service immediately. Then they came and did a beautiful install, you couldn t tell where the cuts were thru the grass as everything was put back perfectly. After talking to my landscaper I decided to raise the heads as some of my plants were going to get very tall. Simmons returned and changed out the heads. I soon realized I made a mistake and a few heads were too high in areas were they could be compromised. Once again, Chris returned and replaced the heads. I was satisfied ! This person is not short on patience as well as being a true professional and the nicest man along with his crew. Thank you !
