We contacted US Lawn through a referral. They immediately came out and we told them what we wanted. They gave us great ideas and a breakdown on cost. We made our choices. They killed out yard, leveled, brought soil in and laid sod. They didn’t stop there. It was during a drought period and they set up sprinklers and continue to check on them even during the weekend. They gave us pointers on future care of our lawn. Once infested weed yard it is a green plush carpet. I recommend them 100 percent and they are great to work with.
Made the switch after consulting with the guys at US Lawn and Landscapes about my needs. I’ve cycled through a few lawn care “experts” in the past and delivered subpar results. After 1 treatment with US Lawn and Landscapes the wife and I are happier than we could imagine with the lawn. We have had neighbors ask who we use for our lawn which just exemplifies how good they got our property looking. They offer quite an extensive list of services which is a plus. Very apparent they pride themselves in customer satisfaction.
Our HOA uses another service and we had experienced shoddy service including having our internet cabling being cut twice. Attempted conversations with the owner of that local company only resulted in rude personal insults. So we hired US Lawn & Landscaping. After working with US Lawn & Landscaping for 6 months on mowing and trim services, plus sprinkler repair, maintenance and setting our irrigation schedule, my husband and I decided to hire them for a complete new sod installation. Before installing sod, the owner of US Lawn & Landscaping offered to bury our internet cable deeper. He also painstakingly discussed our future landscaping plans, providing creative solutions for what is a rather small lot. Each crew that has worked on our lawn has been courteous, informative and very professional. They are committed to customer satisfaction, which is evident in their high quality service delivery standards. Highly recommend!
US Lawn & Landscape recently did a major hardscaping & landscaping job for me and I can’t praise them enough. They literally transformed my entire yard. Brad was great to work.. very hands on. He is a perfectionist and pays close attention detail which I greatly appreciated. He & Katie helped me come up with a beautiful design that fits my personality perfectly. Working with Brad, Michael and Johnnie I felt like I was working with dear friends who really cared. Yes, it was a lengthy and expensive project but the quality was top notch. The guys were always on time and worked hard. If something wasn’t up to par, they quickly fixed it. Brad has the highest integrity and I trusted his opinions. Even though I hired Brad to take care of my yard, he learned that I was having a hard time finding someone to turn my breezeway into a sunroom. He knew how important that room was to me so he took that project on as well. Kurt Bentley did an amazing job in transforming the space. With Brad’s guidance Kurt even took on the challenge of building three framed light boxes for some of my husband’s special stained glass pieces. The end result was even better than I had imagined. No detail was too small for Brad & his team. I would highly recommend US Lawn & Landscape. They may not be the cheapest but to me they are the BEST!!
We are in the process of updating our landscaping. Brad (Harrell, owner) has been very easy to work with. He and Katie (designer) have met with us twice ~ once on site at our home and again on a Zoom call to tweak a few things. Both of them have been great to work with!

We contracted with U. S. Lawn and Landscape initially about five years ago. We installed a fairly extensive custom llllandscape design both hard and soft scape for our house and garage. Throughout the installation process, we experienced nothing but professionalism and graciousness from everyone involved. We may have found a company that was cheaper, but that wasn t our goal. Our goal was to have a first-class completed project, and that is what we got from U.S. Lsndscape. To this day we are still having routine, regular maintenance.

I had someone come out to give us an estimate on some work. They said they would email me the estimate and he never did. Its been about 4 weeks now and he said Id have the estimate in writing in just a couple of days.

Experience makes the difference!
Not a good experience for me. Plants that were guaranteed died and were not replaced until there were multiple request over a period of months. Where a section of my fence had to be taken down for the landscaping, they replaced with boards that did not match. When I asked about it, they said those were the boards that they priced out. I Contracted for and paid for weekly weed removal from my flowerbeds. I came back from a several weeks vacation and the weeds were knee-high to waist high. They clearly had not been tended to.
THEY FIX THEIR MISTAKES:-) I am happy to report, that our drainage issues seemed to be a doable fix. Once completed, the rain came down for several days and guess what. Not fixed. We took pics and emailed, texted and called. Though it took a day or two, our questions were answered, and a warrenty ticket was issued. This was over a $4,000 expense on our end and we couldnt imagine paying that and the issue not resolved. They returned to our home a few weeks later with someone who figured out the issue and this week it was corrected. It hasnt rained yet, but we KNOW NOW, when it does, if the issue isnt resolved this company will correct. The ONLY reason I would give 4 stars versus 5 is the price. But then again....I dont necessarily know the going rate. What I do know is what one of their employees stated we may not be the cheapest, but we are the best. In correcting a very expensive issue, this holds true.
I had US Lawn & Landscape do my mulch a couple years ago. They did a great job. They showed up when they were supposed to and worked quickly and efficiently. They also respected my property, which is a big deal for me.
Brad and his company were very professional about their work as well as their interaction with me, the customer. The block walk they built around our deck, to this day, nearly a decade later, is a work of art. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who needs stone work done, and if I have any additional work he will be the first and only company I consider.
Ian was a great Operations Manager but I know he s not there any longer. Todd and Shawn have been great to work with so far; the customer service here is excellent. I m happy to work with them and look forward to transforming my yard with their help.

We moved out into the county several years ago into a very nice home that had a yard that was full of Bermuda grass in areas of the front yard & the backyard was basically bare with traces of grass, mostly weeds. Contracted with US Lawn to take care of our yard by killing it off, planting new seed, fertilizing, spraying our yard & a few years later wahla now we actually have not only a nice home but nice yard too !!
I run two businesses and dont have time to handle everything myself. Its nice to be able to call and have a company do what they say theyre going to without having to worry about it. They handled landscaping and trimming on a lot for me quickly and efficiently.
Had some sprinklers that needed adjusting and moved. They took care of problems and everything is all right.
US Lawn & Landscape is a quality focused lawn/landscape company. I have been using them for servicing my front fountain and irrigation system, and have been satisfied by their attention to detail and ability to solve complex issues. Every time, I reach out to their front desk support, I get a call back from a expert/coordinator to address my need within several minutes (best service ive experienced with almost any company). I was pleasantly surprised to have their CEO pay a complimentary visit and conduct a review of my property with recommendations. (very nice touch and a he is a great leader). In short, i am a big fan of USS and plan to keep using them.

When we first reached out to them, they were amazing and quick to respond. The redid the front of our house and it looked great. However, the smaller plants in the front died within a couple of weeks even though we were watering them how we were told to. When I reached back out, someone came out and said that they would get us some replacement plants and do some research to see if maybe those plants were just out of season or couldnt be in direct sunlight. He came out on August 16th and after a few emails I didnt get a response with an update on the replacements until September 7th saying that they had located some replacements for us and they should be picking them up within the next 2 weeks. It is now November 21st and I have heard nothing even though I have emailed several times. I didnt want to give less than 3 stars because I thought the initial job was really good, I just feel like once they got their money they stopped caring. We were hoping to reuse them for mulching every year but I guess we will have to go elsewhere.

We hired US Lawn & Landscape to put in outdoor lights in our landscape. In addition, they come out once a month to weed, mulch, and trimming the plants in the landscape, among other things. We think they have done a great job!

We didn t have the easiest project but US lawn and landscape made look easy and the also came back to verify everything was operating as it should. We are very happy with the service they provided to relocate our irrigation system and reinstall after are pool was installed! There new office manager is much more responsive glad that change was made!
US Lawn & Landscape helped us complete a major overhaul of the landscaping at our home and now maintains it for us as well. Weve had US implement new exterior lighting, maintain our irrigation system, completely redo our lawn to eliminate crab grass and remove/replace several plantings to enhance our homes curb appeal. Very happy with them through every step of the process.
Very friendly, professional, and quick!! Contracted them for gravel landscaping of our front yard and they did not disappoint! Nice thick layer of gravel placed everywhere. We always had a contact point on site that we knew we could talk to if we had questions or issues, and they were willing to take extra bushes out mid way through that we weren t sure we liked anymore. We will ABSOLUTELY use them again!!

We had them as landlords for a property, they callus never come fix anything we needed them too, they left us without a/c for 9 months out of the 12 month lease. Never came and took care of the yard work like they were supposed to and at the end of the lease they refused to give us our safety deposit.
The office secretary ananda was extremely rude to my family and I and kept over a thousand dollars in security deposit money.
Great landlords! Unless you actually need something done to the house or want your deposit back. Our AC was out for 9 months of our year lease, it took 3 tries to turn the gas on because there were several gas leaks in the house. They refuse to give the deposit back ($1100) with no reason given. I only gave them 1 star because you cant give 0. I have never used them for lawncare but if its anything like their property management skills, Id look somewhere else Adding something as an edit: the house they moved us into had a gas leak and it still took a couple weeks to get fixed
