“Old Stage Lawn Service, LLC” is great. They do excellent lawn service. My front yard never looked better. This has been an uphill battle for years. Chris came over on October 2020 and by mid-November, I had the greenest grass on the street. Communication has never been an issue and he always keep me informed on when he will be stopping by. It is now March, and my grass is still green. I definitely recommend this company.

I hired him to to do dethatching, aeration, and reseeding. They came 3 pm in the afternoon, they were working in hurry because its getting dark and his guys need to return the rental vehicle to U-haul. The dethatching was ok but the aeration was poor so I asked his guys to the another run in the front, which they did. I didn't need to tell them if they were doing a good job. Chris did the dethatching and he left after he was done raking or dethatching without leaving his guys seeds and fertilizer. His guys left about 5 pm without applying enough seeds and fertilizer. I called Chris, it was dark when he came. I was frustrated that day. I understood he needed to move the schedules because of the rain the day prior, and was trying to squeeze his 2 day schedules into 1 day which I was suffered the quality of the work because I was in the last customer that day. He lowered the price from what we agreed because they did not apply enough seed and fertilizer. He left me also some of the seeds, peat moss, and fertilizer and apply it myself the next day. The seed that they spread in the front was mine. I bought it online, which is really good quality than his seeds he used at the back.

Earlier this summer my lawn was unfortunately taken over by mushrooms. I tried several different home remedies and picked the mushrooms daily. I eventually realized that the problem was bigger than me. I was on the NextDoor app and saw Chris of Old Stage. I called we had a great conversation, I sent him pics of my lawn and he came out within 48 hours to do the work. It required basically removing my existing lawn and starting from scratch. Working with Chris has been an awesome experience. And the best part, my neighbor stopped by today to comment on how beautiful my lawn is...the seeding and installation of a sprinkler system was done only two weeks ago!!

I recently hired Chris to treat my lawn because I was tired of lawn companies’ high costs & bad results. He’s very professional & personable. Within days of the first treatment, I could see a difference in my lawn. Really happy to have found him.
