Poor service and product. No accountability for the service they provide. Never fail to invoice for the service, when we say we dont need a specific service, they send us an invoice for not subscribing to all their services even if we dont need it. We contacted them 3 time to get a refund, unwilling to work with a customer who paid full fee. Terrible product and service. Dont get caught up in their services.

Not an bot, they don t like bad reviews for their bad service and broken promises. Over-priced, broken/failed appointments for no reasons, booked initial appointment in advance, waste of time and money ( my ground moisture content). Not good.

After hiring some of the bigger named lawn care companies over the years and always being disappointed in their results and basically the service in general. I can t speak highly enough of the job that everyone employed by this company is doing. They are all very knowledgeable, professional, personable and passionate about what they do. Kudos to them, my lawn is looking great and clearly whatever they are doing is working well and I couldn t say that with the other companies.

Just wanted to give a shout-out to our technician, Ryan, who treated our lawn last week. Not only did he take time to explain the treatment, but I had just gotten a broom out to sweep up where I had trimmed, and he offered to take care of the debris with his blower once he finished with our treatment. Totally unnecessary and unexpected, and NOT part of the service. Thank you, Ryan. That was above and beyond!!

Organo Lawn is the best - we are so grateful for the excellent job their techs do, and for the top-quality customer service they provide. Scheduling is effortless, invoicing is quick and easy (online payments), techs always show up in the time frame they provided in advance of each service call, and they are so thorough and provide us with feedback if they notice any issues with our landscaping. They take excellent care of our lawn, our sprinklers, and do seasonal aeration, weed management and then blow out the sprinkler system and drain the line at the end of the growing season. They even have biodiesel trucks that they fuel with used cooking oil sourced from local restaurants, which is so awesome and I wish more companies would do. The best part of their services is that the products they apply to the lawn for weed management and fertilization are completely safe (non-toxic, biodegradable, sustainable) so I can rest easy knowing that my kids/ pets/ vegetable gardens are safe. I recommend Organo Lawn to absolutely everyone!

Great service and helpful advice trying to restore a dandelion infested lawn. Watering advice, fertilization, and aeration were very helpful. Dual attack via hand picking and organic weed killer from organo lawn turned my jungle into a carpet. It takes time and effort to get a green lawn you can be proud of. These guys can help get you going.

I have used Oragnolawn for treatments for years and finally used them to blow out my sprinklers. Easy and quick to schedule and cost was reasonable. Most importantly, the tech, Jose Moreno, took care of everything and I didnt have to be home! Great service just ahead of an early snow and hard freeze! Phew!

Quoted me a price for weed killer application on my small back yard, then after I paid it they doubled the price and sent me an email with another bill and a late fee threat. And the application didn t even kill my weeds. Don t use this company. There is no way my small back yard is 8000 square feet unless the technician mistakenly measured and treated my front yard instead of the back. And then to blame it on me and imply I lied about the size of my yard. The lack of professionalism speaks for itself. I would be happy to let anyone come measure the area that was supposed to be treated.

Ryan Kortokrax came out to apply our pre emergent this week. He was detailed oriented and made sure he sprayed along the fence which is always where weeds grow. Thank you Ryan!

They turned my sprinklers off entirely and didnt inform me. So basically I paid a few thousand dollars for a dead lawn.

Don t be fooled. They are not in the business of fixing your lawn issues. They want you to sign up for continued treatments. I paid for their most expensive treatments, their sprinkler audit, their deep core lawn aeration. They said it could take 2 yrs for my lawn to recover. I watered according to their recommendations, aerated in spring and fall, and my lawn looks even worse after 2 years. A lot of wasted money. Their guy even did the sprinkler audit while it was pouring rain!!! They did not use collection cups. When I said, How can you determine water coverage while it s raining? He told me this was my scheduled day and it couldn t be rescheduled. Go with someone else. Lots of lawn care choices out there If you read the response from Organo-Lawn below, you will see they were able to diagnose my problem from the picture and there was an easy fix. They said I should water deeply for 3 days and then return to my normal watering schedule. Why wouldn t they share this information when we exchanged emails???? If there s a simple fix why didn t they tell me?? They made no offer to help. Just said I needed to schedule another $75 lawn evaluation.

This company is great. For years I couldnt get my lawn to grow. I was skeptical with their approach but guess what - my lawn was super healthy and grew all summer. I get compliments on my lawn all the time and I wish I could take credit, but it s b/c of Organo-Lawn. They have been treating, feeding and aerating by yard for years and it s never been healthier! Big shout out to Kevin Siddall - he just aerated and fertilized and you would hardly be able to tell he had been here - he cleaned up all of the chunks of dirt that are usually left behind. Weve used Organo Lawn for the past couple years now and have been very happy with their services. I like that their treatments are environmentally friendly, and I dont have to worry about my kids/dog playing in the yard after they come. They are also extremely professional and reliable/easy to work with. I really appreciate their regular e-mails about appropriate sprinkler run times through the seasons - its very helpful! Ralph from Organo Lawn blew out our sprinkler system for the winter this morning. Hes GREAT! Ralph is very kind. When blowing out our system he noticed something had chewed through a hose in the line and marked it with a red flag for us. He told us about the type of simple repair it will need in the spring and that Organo Lawn could take care of it if we chose. Also, when Ralph drained the pipe in the basement he made sure to dry any spray. Ive not had a sprinkler tech do that before. I usually do that after. So great and thorough. Thanks Ralph!! While we see that there are positive reviews on this company, and we assume Organo-Lawn does good service for many people, we want to warn potential customers about a few practices this company employs to make extra money - that we feel is dishonest and that they are reticent to address when confronted. First, a technician measured the square footage of our yard, which factors into pricing. The technicians do not take into account areas of the yard that do not need treatment, instead lumping everything into one giant area. When I presented a technician with a google satellite view of our home, with the actual area of the yard and rocks to be treated, it was off by 100s of square feet, and this would equate to $100s of dollars over time, and eventually $1000s. When I called the company to discuss this originally, they would not budge. They gave excuses that werent consistent. I was only able to get the square footage changed by confronting a technician in our yard. Still, we stuck with Organo-Lawn. We shouldnt have. Next, we treated bindweed in our yard. The technician said they would come back later in the summer for free if the treatment didnt work. Well, in many places it didnt work. We asked them to come back, but learned later the fine print gives only a two week window. This is not realistic - it took some of the bindweed over a month to die, and there is no way to know within two weeks. We called for a refund for the 2nd treatment, which we were told in person would be free. The company wouldnt budge. We had also asked for the technician to alert us when they arrived in our yard. They didnt, or the request was never relayed to them. And so we have no idea if the correct areas were even treated on the 2nd attempt. All in all, I find this company to do good work at times, and probably works for the majority of people, but if you pay attention, you may want to double check your yard square footage and be extra sure to read the fine print buried in their emails. For us, we found Organo-Lawn to be rigid, dishonest at times, or at best, unwilling to work with the customer. We wont come back. There are better and cheaper options.

Armed with experience, an I tool and seven minutes, Ryan and four metal clamps fixed the hose leaks.Capable and friendly, Ryan fit in just like all of our previous experiences with Organo Lawn personnel. The sprinkler system was blown out and a bucket to the basement bled off the remainder of the water and Ryan was off to his next service call. Isaac showed up on time, I met him outside. He talked to me about what he was applying and going to do to the lawn. Very professional and nice person. I would totally recommend this company to anyone.

Poor service and product. They assured us that they could help with our weed problem. Multiple applications and very little results. Would be understandable in some ways if not for the very rude/condescending conversation when we contacted them to problem solve. Called one last time to see if we could work something out, and they said they would call back.. nothing. We paid a lot of money for nothing, and were treated poorly. Would not recommend.

Total disaster - never met a less customer oriented company - the manager is rude and full of herself. Front lawn was great, back needed attention - they killed both lawns. Never checked in on it, just asked me to send pictures - terrible service and performance...

Organo Lawn has been a great business to partner with to care for my lawn. I prefer to let the professionals take care of my lawn rather than trying to learn myself. The fact that their products are organic is a massive bonus. Will Catlin was at my home today. I had the opportunity to chat with him about my lawn and had a great talk. He was proactive, examined my yard and asked me questions about it which meant a lot to me. Showed me he cared about the work he did to care for his customers - not a task project.

Alex was awesome. He came to blow out my sprinklers, which is fairly straight forward. Since this house is new to us, I asked him to walk me through the steps so I could better understand my irrigation system. He was more than happy to do it and gave me a lot of great information.

Ralph came out to do our service, my first experience with Organo. I asked alot of questions, he was very curteous and provided good information. Update: Sean came yesterday to perform a Sprinkler Audit. I was with him for the entire audit. He answered all my questions, pointed out a sprinkler head that needed replacing, one that needed to be repositioned. We went over the new watering cycle. Great job, Sean.

Derek was super helpful when he came to apply the One Earth Weed and Feed and saw that parts of my lawn were not looking great. He walked me through my water system and told me that they can come back and do a complete analysis. I appreciated his time and answering my questions.

I can highly recommend Organo-Lawn. Having recently moved into a new house, and with the weather getting warmer, I wanted to get the existing sprinkler system checked and adjusted (the previous owners had told me there werent sprinklers, which demonstrated the state they were probably in - the sprinklers I mean, not the previous owners). Sean, from Organo Lawn, arrived exactly on time for the appointment, and very quickly proceeded to test the different zones of the system, finding two leaks in the pipes and fixing those. What I especially appreciated is that he not only explained exactly what he was doing every step of the way, but he also offered very useful information about other aspects of the garden (pointing out some invasive weeds in the lawn, condition of trees on the property and advice on what to keep an eye on in future). Before leaving, he set up the sprinkler system for a recommended program and provided some instructions for changes to make as the weather changes. The service was very friendly and professional, and the price was reasonable for the work done and the time. I wouldnt hesitate to use this company in future (with the added benefit that theyre local).

I had requested him as when he was here before he identified and fixed a problem with my pipes, for which I was very grateful. Technicians are always punctual, polite and efficient!

Very happy with the positive response on my lawn to repair necrotic rings. We aerated and applied the organic compost soil treatment. I also appreciate their concern about proper watering, especially in the Boulder area where water is scarce. Looking forward to the postive results of the fall corn gluten/Synergy treatment that was applied recently by Derek Emond . I have found all of the technicians to be friendly, polite, and prompt. Have used these guys for several years to blow out the sprinkler system at the end of each season. They have always been very professional, helpful and communicate clearly. They send you instructions on how to do both start ups and blow outs & the techs have always been upfront with me that I can easily do this myself. This year, Ryan, was my tech and extremely helpful; it is worth it to me to have someone look at the system each year (we did discover a crack in a small component). I can start up my system each Spring but it is well worth a call to Organo Lawn for a blowout and quick check. I like that the company has really upped its game: email check ins & scheduling, polite and personable techs who show up ON TIME! and they ran my cc and sent me a receipt in about 24 hours. Highly reco!!

I would invite anyone interested in this company to examine the lawns and berms at Wellman Creek, 38th and Colorado Ave, Boulder. These lawns and berms are the result of over 5 years of organic lawn care with the last two years applied by Organolawn. I firmly believe that no treatment would be as effective as the current treatment. Two years later, the lawn treatment is working much, much better.

Patrick and Ralph did a fantastic job on my latest tree and lawn program. Patrick did the tree root fertilization and carefully avoided my buried irrigation lines, putting the probes further out to encourage deeper roots. Ralph did the most recent One Earth weed and feed and hit some of the weeds in the mulch beds, not just the lawn. Love the Organo-Lawn attention to detail!

David came out to do my sprinkler startup and did a great job. He was respectful of my home and adjusted everything to water just right. He even marked my sprinkler heads so they wouldnt get damaged by the aeration process. My neighbors come over and tell me how much my lawn has improved.

I received a sprinkler audit from Guy T. of Organo-lawn. He was very friendly and informative and didnt mind me following him around and asking questions. He checked the sprinkler flow and the drip system and replaced a pop up head. He set up the appropriate watering schedule on the controller. Very helpful. I am using Organo-Lawn for the first time this year and hoping to get my lawn in shape without use of pesticides.

Ive had an annual program through Organo-Lawn for four years, and its made quite the difference in maintaining a healthy, low-weed lawn. Its nice having the option of an organic-based lawn service. Its better for the soil and water quality.
