Wild Earth Gardens in Boulder

This is the most unhelpful company I have ever encountered. I just bought a house that used Wild Earth, and I need some additional work done by one of their subcontractors. The owner refused to give me the name of who they used and also said this contractor would not be interested - even if it involved additional work. She said her company don’t give out names of their subs. Could she at least let the sub speak for themselves? Apparently not. Also, she could or would not suggest another company that could do the work. I’m utterly confused at how rude, short, and unhelpful she was. I have not had any previous interaction with her, so her rudeness left me completely dumbfounded.

Wild Earth Gardens did an amazing job for us from design to installation and now, maintenance. We thoroughly enjoyed working with them, they are knowledgeable, creative, good listeners and work hard to deliver on their customers needs and wants. I cannot recommend this company at all. I had a simple tree watering system installed this spring which cost over 2500$. I live out of the country and my house is rented to students. I heard form my neighbors that the sprinklers in my garden where running, which they where not supposed to. The system has has not been touched by anyone else that this company's technicians. Their response to my request to check on it was as follows.. .... Someone has either tampered with the clock or there is a malfunction in the system. Unfortunately our sprinkler staff is booked.....If there was a problem caused by our installation I'm sure we would have heard about it much sooner. ....The problem you are describing is unrelated to our installation....We're sorry you are disappointed.... Either the program has changed or there is a failing valve. We are completely booked and unable to make any repairs. I'm sure your property manager can get it fixed. Good Luck... My Property manager told me that they had two other complaints about the bad customer service from this company. Their response below is unfortunately not true. I tried again to contact them, but the owner did not even take the time to speak with me. Meanwhile I had another company disconnect the wires to the sprinkler system which cost more..

Wild Earth Gardens did wonderful work on our extensive landscaping. Starting with patchy lawn, Kirsten and Bryan worked with us on planning, designing, and choosing what we wanted to do. Then their terrific and personable team executed the design flawlessly, transforming our yard into a lovely garden setting in front, and landscaped garden/lawn in back. We couldn't be more happy with the results and, as importantly, with their care and communication throughout the process. They are well worth serious consideration for any project, and we continue to use their services for maintenance and upkeep.
