The technician, Paul, was promt, courteous and efficient. Asked prior to treatment if I had any questions.

I repeatedly asked that Lawn Doctor eradicate bugs in the lawn which were damaging the grass. The grass later died and left clumps of areas with dead grass. After raking and putting down some loam the grass and soil, which did survive to a degree but in ugly clumps. I contacted Lawn Doctor by phone and they did nothing but continue with spraying the toxic sprays. I asked that they leave all of the properties owned by my family and me and they kept on billing; and never corrected the underlying causes. I was so disappointed and distressed. And then to keep demanding money is such an insult.

Paul Bennett, the Lawn Doctor technician, got right to work today as soon as he arrived applying the Summer Program treatment. He worked quickly and efficiently. Thanks, Paul

Have been terribly disappointed with the response I received today. My lawn is full of weeds. Had a regular treatment 5 weeks ago. All the multiple weeds all over the entire lawn remained. They sent someone out to spot eradicate the weeds two weeks ago. Did not work. I called today today and said they could not do anything about it and offered me $20 off my next treatment. Service rep Bella then hung up on me.

I just changed over to Lawn Doctor this year. I could not be happier. Their staff is friendly, and easy to reach with any questions or concerns. The technician, Henry Weibrecht gives specific information about my lawns needs, which helps me to make an educated decision on how I want to proceed with keeping my lawn health. You should give them a try!

Overall very satisfied with Lawn Doctor. The only negative that I have is their weed control. Just never really controls the weeds that we have. I basically have to do my own weed control after they leave which is time consuming and aggravating. Other than that, I recommend them.

I showed him the perimeters of the property, he told me what he was putting down, and he reminded me of cleaning my Labrador s paws after the service. He was very personable. Our lawn technician, Dan, did a great job for our first service on Monday, 4/8. He introduced himself, we walked the property to identify areas of concern, he carefully applied the chemicals and even used a blower to clean up our walkways and patio at the end of his servicing.
