I wanted a local company after trying a franchise service where I ended up always talking to someone at a call-center somewhere else in the world. That turned out to be one-size-fits all and I wanted a more customized service. With TNL I was able to talk with local management, get a service tailored to my needs, and a competitive cost. I'm happy; so is my lawn.
'Top Notch' is the perfect name for this company! They sent a large crew to spend an entire day mulching our yard and it is absolutely beautiful!! I am anxious to schedule another project with this company.

The guys are so courteous, and they get right to work. They did a great job at our house. One of the guys even used a blower to clean off the sidewalks and patio. I have been impressed with the crew from Top Notch, they are super. Tony is also great to work with. Even though he is super busy, he makes sure the job gets done. I will continue to use this company because they are the best!
I have been in my home on Smith Mountain Lake for 33 years. I have never had any success with lawn care providers until I had the good fortune to hire TopNotch. They are true professionals and know their business. My lawn has never even come close to looking as fantastic as it does this season. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in a beautiful lawn. The complete absence of any weeds in my lawn is something I thought I’d never live to see.
The work by Top Notch Lawncare was amazing. I needed something cleaned up immediately so I called them and they knew how critical it was so they came out the next morning and fixed it in 2 hours and it was perfect. And they were extremely professional. They also do my yard work, fertilizer, mulch and they do it all in such a professional manner.

The team at Topnotch is Topnotch!! They come out regularly and every time we hear them mowing, blowing leaves, trimming edges or walking through our property targeting errant weeds, downed limbs, broken branches, yard waste, etc. What a comfort to have them handling everything and we no longer have to maintain yard and lawn equipment! Highly recommended.

The lawn maintenance has been good. My lawn does look fuller. But its one treatment about a week ago. Hard to tell so soon.... itll take time. Appears weeds are starting to die off in my lawn. Lawn was mowed efficiently. Reasonable cost, looking forward to how my lawn will look after a year of being treated and reseeded in the fall.

We have three homes spread throughout Virginia and use 3 different lawn maintenance contractors and Tony and his crew are truly the best we have ever used. They are reliable, do a great job with mowing but an even better job with the turf management/weed control as our lawn looks amazing throughout the year. Additionally, they do a truly amazing job keeping up with the weeds in the beds throughout our property. Our only complaint is Tony doesnt have locations in Charlottesville and Richmond.

We have a lake house on a very steep lot. We are here only part time and in the summer, it is mainly a rental. Appearance is important to us. It is not an easy job and it is always done at appropriate intervals and always looks great

we called this company twice in the past 10 days to get a quote on some work. they evidently have a answer service, we left name, number, email.no response poor service to say the least. FOLLOW UP. tony contacted me and explained there was a mixup on his end with my messages. they came out and expedited the work. thanks!
I have only had to call Top Notch once about our service. I left a message and asked them to check my lawn and didn t need to call me back. I received a call very quickly and they were at my property performing an inspection. They fixed the problem immediately. Great service!!!
