Elite Lawn Services in Boone Township

I have been using Elite Lawn Services for years and my lawn looks amazing! Jordan and Tara have been very responsive and helpful. The lawn crew is very respectful and they do a great job. I would highly recommend!

I will never use or recommend Elite lawn care. This morning while driving home one of Elite lawn cares truck almost hit my vehicle because they were not paying attention and I was at a complete stop. Then the Elite lawncare driver gives me the middle finger. If this is the type of employee's they hire, I will definitely never use them or recommend them.

Their crew cut my neighbors lawn and blew all the grass clippings off their clients yard into my yard and patio. I guess they believe in screwing anyone who isn't a paying customer.

I had been a satisfied customer for years. I pre-paid for 2023 service based on a discount offer we received in the mail. March 2023 passed with no visit. I called and left a message. Crickets. April passed. I called and left messages. May passed. Left a message. Crickets. I effectively have a weed yard at this point. Of Course the check cleared months ago. I doubt at this point I’ll get my $332 back but I do want it back. It’s past time to move forward. Praying Gods healing and restorative power on the bodies, hearts and minds of everyone involved.

I have seen Elite Lawn Services’s trucks in our subdivision so I contacted them for our lawn/landscaping projects. My first attempt was via their website where they promise prompt response. I filled out the form on last Monday and gave a brief description of the projects. I have not heard from them so I followed up via e-mail on Wednesday. I still have not heard from them as of now, Friday, so I decided that they are not the right company for us. Even if they are busy or they currently do not accept new customers, they should have sent me a brief note letting me know of it instead of completely ignoring my service/quote request.

Elite came through for me after being let down by a previous lawn company. We needed someone reliable, quick, and affordable. Within a few hours of my call to them they were at my house. I couldn't be happier with their professionalism, price, and swift service. I would recommend to anyone in the STL area!

Elite Lawn Service did an AMAZING job with my garden wall! They listened to me and did exactly what I wanted. Jordan is so great to work with, he was very patient with me and SO helpful while choosing plants. Not only was it a pleasure working with them, they also were very competitive with their prices.
