This guy was rude and unprofessional. I asked him for an estimate and he said no problem so I sent him my information and pictures of the work I needed done. I had to call him back because he never contacted me like he said he would. He ended up telling me he thought the job looked like a nightmare and after scrolling through the first couple of pictures I sent him he said he would be unable to do the work when all I asked him for was an estimate. I had more work to be estimated but hell never know what it was because he never looked past the first few pictures I sent. He couldnt even give me a referral to someone he thought was qualified to help me. I come from a time when a mans word meant something so when he said he would contact me I fully expected him to even if it was to say he couldnt do the work. Ive been in construction for 25 years, I now design demolition projects and I would never treat a potential customer like this.

Tim removed and installed damaged from fence with gate. Work was quick. Looks good initially. Less than 2 years. The posts were all rotten and falling. To find out these were not fence posts he used but cheap posts. Beware

We are so glad we chose Arbors & More for our backyard patio installation! Tim was extremely responsive, competitively priced, and was able to get us on the schedule within a couple weeks. When there was rain in the forecast for the installation date, he was willing to postpone so we could have the best results and quality concrete. He was knowledgeable and had a great team that made the installation efficient and thorough. We highly recommend!

We hired Tim, Buddy, and the concrete crew to add a 50 by 4 tall retaining wall to the back edge of our yard to increase usable square footage. Tim beat our other estimate by a lot. When he came to prepare for the job I asked about also pouring an aggregate concrete patio (to match what was already there). We had no idea what to do about the odd landing step that was already in place, or how to make the design fit around septic tank caps and existing plants. He laid out a great shape, said they could remove the step that was there, and add a much wider, deeper step down to the main area. We scheduled for just a couple weeks in the future. The work was completed in just 3 days (2 nice guys most days). Everything s now done exactly how we talked about. We were most impressed watching the care they put into the work as they did it sifting through the fill added behind the retaining wall, cleaning up at the end of each day, perfectly leveling everything. They laid down plywood over our grass to run the big machines over and would move them each day. Our grass stayed fine. I m so glad we had them do this work!

Tim was extremely responsive. Answered my first initial phone call within 2 rings. Was able to make it out to my home that morning! We got a concrete pad poured in our backyard and he was able to do it within a 2 week time frame vs his expected 4 weeks. He made it happen!! I called 2 other contractors after he gave us a bid and he was by far the most responsive, professional, and had a very competitive price tag. Update 11/20/22: After our previous positive experience with Arbors and More, we requested a quote for a new fence/privacy wall, a stamped patio and a retaining wall. Immediate response from Tim, and we were scheduled within 2 weeks. They transformed our backyard with a gorgeous stamped patio and a retaining wall for our flowerbed. They also tore down and replaced our 20 year old leaning fence with a new privacy fence and built us a privacy wall for our patio. Our yard looks great, the work was very well done. They were always on time, and they got the job done in the estimated time frame given. I highly recommend Arbors and More and will definitely use them again for any future work! My husband and I have been wanting to extend the driveway by our front door and add a concrete path from the driveway down the entire side of our house for a long time. When we contacted Tim at Arbors and More for information he responded immediately and provided us an online quote. It was a great value and we were immediately scheduled by Tim to get the job done within 2 weeks of our inquiry. Such a different experience with other contractors who dont even respond. I contacted Tim to get a bid on a retaining wall and he was available to come out the same day and provide a reasonable quote and schedule the project. When Tim arrived on start day, we went over the project to confirm the game plan. He and his team went to work. They were a well oiled machine. Super efficient and wasted no time. They were very respectful for the property and did their best in protecting the grass and other parts of the landscaping while working. His estimates on material were basically spot on (number of blocks needed for retaining wall). We are very happy with the retaining wall they built for us and find ourselves just hanging out in the back yard admiring it. Tim and his team were absolutely fantastic! We had our driveway and a patio pour extended and the job was done in two days. First day was prep and haul, second day they managed the pour and matched our exposed agg driveway perfectly. They were constantly cleaning up, sweeping the road, and generally making sure the work area was safe and tidy for all. They also went out of their way to watch for our recycle pickup driver to make sure they saw the can had been moved. If I have more concrete work, it will 100% be with Arbors & More again!

This is the second project I have had completed by Arbors & More. The projected was commenced and completed as originally scheduled. Great team, I will call them for my next project. They did an average job for an average price. Communication was prompt, but always inaccurate. Tuesday means Wednesday. 9:00 am means Noon-ish. Owner almost exclusively communicates through text and will not meet - not even for job review or payment. I was asked to leave a $5K check under a doormat overnight. Pretty unprofessional. Having said that, they took my job on short notice and finished when they said they would.

We had Tim put in two raised flower beds, two very long beds filled with washed rocks and pavers, enlarged our patio with concrete and remove our entire back yard dead grass and put in new sod and sprinklers. He did a wonderful job, and we were thinking of selling but not now. We love our out doors. Next year were going to have him do our front grass and build an arbor.

I just had a chain link fence installed around my back yard to keep my dogs in and my neighbors happy. It looks fantastic. The work was done very fast (in 2 days for a 237 ft fence) and the price was better than anything else I was quoted. I received 5 quotes from fencing companies, construction companies and Arbors & More. Arbors & More beat the other estimates I received by 42%. The work that was done is very sturdy, professional and dog proof. I will definitely use Arbors & More again as they do fencing, decking and cement work. An extremely happy customer.
