Loretta from All U Need was super quick responding when I reached out and detailed and professional in every way. I wasn t there personally as I had to work, but my father was there to let him in. He reported back to me that the tech was thorough and efficient. I had a bed bug scare because of an old bed and I was told he checked every inch of that damn bed and reported nothing. Probably just a few mosquitoes getting in. He could easily have said I don t know, you should have the bed bug squad come in and check it out. He didn t, and I m not as broke as I thought I would be. Thank you!

Joey, my service technician today, I would rate one star above everyone else. He cleaned inside my garage and all of the railings on my lanai. HINT: THIS COMPANY DOES OFFER ORGANICS, BUT YOU HAVE TO ASK SPECIFICALLY FOR IT. If organic products are important to you and your pets, then make sure you make that request.

He also brought to our attention any other problems he seen with pest as well as what we should do to prevent them from coming back. Chris made sure to explain what to expect after the service has been done. I like how the company (All U Need Pest Control)called prior to confirm the service time and the date and make sure it stilled worked for us. They also called after the service was done to check in to see if we had any questions or concerns. Customer service is huge for me and they nailed it all around. Not to mention, they took care of the pest problems. All I see are dead pest. And I will continue to use their service every 3 months for maintenance. Thanks!

Mark is my technician most times and he does a great job! Incredibly knowledgeable, he listens and is helpful in addressing the root of the problem. The treatment works wonders, and if you see other insects in between visits they will come back free of charge (only seems to happen during consistent heavy rainy season). They re not the cheapest option but as they say, you get what you pay for.
