As a local CAM, I have worked with Expert Lawn Care for over a decade on my Pelican Bay properties. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The owner Juan is always available, Tomas with irrigation is quick on irrigation repairs, and Pancho the supervisor always answers my calls and follows through on our landscaping needs. We have multi-year contracts so they are also price-conscious. They are very dependable and my boards like them a lot!

Unbelievably poor customer service. The quality of work is alright at best but the customer service from the supervisor level up to the owner is AWFUL. It pains me that my community has signed a contract with this company and I am stuck having to pay for their services monthly.

My primary aim is to caution individuals against signing up without proper investigation. It is crucial to exercise due diligence when dealing with this particular company. I strongly advise against signing up with them without obtaining multiple bids. They prioritize sales and charge exorbitant prices to maximize their own profits at the expense of the customer. In other words, if you're willing to pay twice as much for identical Lawn Care services, then this is the company for you. I urge you to obtain bids, compare them thoroughly, and refrain from signing any contracts until you have completed your due diligence. While I understand the saying, "you get what you pay for," this company's pricing is utterly unreasonable. There are numerous other companies that offer the same level of Lawn Care maintenance at a fraction of the cost.
