I had to make a change in our lawn maintenance. Our previous service became frustrating, not responding to our requests, not being pro-active on the state of our lawn or keeping trees and hedges trimmed. We were clearly a low priority to them. Made a call to 1:16 Lawn Care and they met with me the next day. I went over what I was looking for, they presented a couple of options with different plans detailing levels of service. We decided to go with them. What a difference! They communicate with me almost weekly to make sure they are meeting expectations. And if I send them an email or use their texting service, they quickly respond the same day. I was so pleased with their work I have had them remove a couple of Bougainvillea and plant several new plantings as well as replace a storm damaged Coco Plum bush in the hedge around our pool. On the only occasion I had a slight problem with their work they responded immediately and made it right. I run a small business which is why I use lawn services. Time is money for me. It is great having a pro-active company that has shown integrity and fair pricing on all services rendered. Glad I made that call!

We have had a great experience with 1:16! We have a large yard with a lot of different issues and Jessica has been so patient to answer our and adjust their plans as the projects have evolved. They are easy to get a hold of and really do want to make sure their customers are happy with their work.
Just hired 1:16 to do my regular lawn maintenance and some basic landscape design/install. I am very happy so far, their landscape design/install was very reasonable and looks great. Communication from the start has been great too, which is something I really value these days.
Very Nice people to work with. Jessica is always quick to get back to you with answers to your questions. I had them cut down some trees and add soil as needed to grade our lot and they sent Jerry who never stopped moving, even for lunch. He did everything I asked of him including adding onto the original job. Jerry was very Easy to talk to and work with and I would absolutely ask for him again. I hired 1:16 to mow my lawn every other week and am very happy I did and you will be happy Too.

1:16 Lawn Care, specifically Montanna, has been a pleasure to work with! We are located out of state but have a property in Bonita and I called and received an estimate within 15 minutes. We needed the lawn taken care of quickly and she got someone out there the next day. Her communication and customer service skills are top notch! Jessica, the Lawn Care Owner, met with us on Friday afternoon to discuss which plants would work well in our two landscape beds in Estero. We decided to have our plants, mulch, and a couple of small areas that needed some sod installed. Her team was able to come on the following Tuesday morning to complete the work. The work performed was done in a very professional manner, and we were pleased with it. There were a few pieces of sod that looked a little dry, and Jessica sent her team back to our house the following day to replace the dried sod. We are following her watering schedule to make sure the plants and new sod get a good healthy start!! Thanks Jessica and your Landscape Team! Would Recommend!!!

I requested 1:16 to design and produce brand new frontage for my 16 year old house. This involved removing all the old bushes and installing over 20 different types of plants (bushes). The design and work was excellent. I highly recommend 1:16. Many of my neighbors have commented on how nice the area looks now

Loved my experience with 1:16 Lawncare! They were prompt and professional. Devon and Zach were so polite and sweet! They gave my trees and shrubs around my house a good trimming. They also worked in my lanai that looked like a jungle. Removed old lava rocks, trimmed shrubs and added mulch with a gorgeous jade rock border. My lanai looks so clean and modern!

This company performs general lawn maintenance at our residence and does a nice job. But it should be noted, that after the hurricane they were very quick to assist and did a great job cleaning up our yard. I highly recommend them.
My palm tree was uprooted from Ian and their team was great they worked well together and secured my tree hopefully it will survive.
