I'm very disappointed in the treatment that was provided to me by Quick Cut Lawn Care Services. After the completion of the work of my yard, they damaged items on my property and didn't tell me. When I asked them about the incident, they denied it. No integrity. It took a few text messages and calls for a response back to my inquiry about the damages. Just poor communication. Then they finally texted back and admitted they did it. Per MY request, I asked for an adjustment from the services. Again, it took them a while to respond or address my concern. They agreed to provide me with an additional service for their mishap. Now, I'm told they will not be servicing my property no more. As if I did something wrong to them!!! That means, they are no longer going to fulfill their commitment either. They don't honor their agreements and demonstrates lack of Loyalty to the customer. They treated me with unprofessionalism and disregard and that is poor customer service. It's fine if they don't want to no longer service my home, for I rather work with a company with Integrity, professional and who cares about the customers. I expected better.
