Pablo Lopez & Sons Landscaping Inc in Bolingbrook

I have used Pablo Lopez and Sons' services since late last year as per recommended by our neighbours and they did a great job. They got the job fast and cleaned up after themselves. They always tried their best schedule works asap. Although it might be tricky to get through to them, it is absolutely worth it and I would recommend their services.

Very unprofessional, hard to get a response from and then they don’t come through when they say they are going to… wasted two weeks waiting on them.

We’ve been using Pablo and his team for many years as have many of our neighbors on Donwood Dr in Naperville. Pablo does a great job, is honest and hardworking. We highly recommend Pablo & Sons.

Worst customer service ever. Had install. Sent pictures of issues. Blown me off 5 times to come repair. Very rude and lies constantly avoid at all costs this business. The son could careless.

I recently had a job done by Pablo and Sons in our back yard. Over the summer a tree removal company cleared away a large area of trees so we could extend our yard. The area had been heavily wooded for years. Pablo graded the yard, seeded and matted the yard and when I got home from work the yard looked amazing. My wife couldn't have been happier. They also repaired a drain pipe area in the yard that wasn't planned but added it to the total price for what I thought was reasonable. I will use Pablo and Sons again for some work in the future. As for the communication, may not have been the strong point as mentioned in another post. If I hadn't checked my email the night before they were coming, I wouldn't have known they would be doing the work the next day. So a 4.out of 5 stars from me. But that definitely isn't a deal breaker for me when the price was better than other quotes I had, so I will use them again in the future.

I have used Pablo & Sons for two different homes that we have owned. We have had nothing but great service! Unlike the other reviews, Pablo's crew were nothing but polite and cleaned the job site at the end of each day.

Called to get an estimate, was rude didn't communicate effectively and stated they wouldn't come to our designation for the work I needed even though it was listed under their areas of service. Customer service is clearly not their first priority.

Not very good communication with them. They tore up the grass in my back and side yard with a mower much too large for the job leaving a 30 foot mud pit. Tire tracks from their mowers on my patio, across my flowers, and on my sidewalk. I attempted to talk to them when they came but they pretended(or didn't) speak English, and Pablo himself wouldn't return my calls for weeks. By that time there was no grass left on the side of my house, just tire tracks and mud. I tried putting up a small fence to hint to them that they shouldn't mow my side and back yards, but they removed the fence, set it aside, and mowed anyways. Even after I complained to the boss and paid them, they sent me another bill and refused to tell me why. I had to get my neighbors to come over and block off my yard after the crew refused to get off of my property. I don't think they are bad people, just incompetent and scary when you've got a pregnant wife at home with out of control guys tearing everything up.
