Matthew knocked on front door to let us know he would be doing his pest control job. We only knew he was finished when he left his knob hanger on the door. He was efficient and did not disturb us. I think he did a good job. Since going with Senske we have not had a rodent problem. They are a good company with good employees! Highly recommend them!

Jacob called me and told me he was on his way to do a scheduled tree service. I told him that I had some concerns about how the lawn was looking in some areas. The lawn treatment wasnt scheduled yet but he called the office and got approval to do it along with the tree service. When he arrived I had several questions about the trees and the lawn because they were both on there second growing season. He had some answers but what really impressed me is that he said he didnt know all of them and that he would schedule someone with more knowledge of the questions I wanted answered to come out. I wasnt really sure that it would happen but a day later I received an email about a lawn follow up in a couple days. I was all so surprised because I live 3 miles south west of Homedale. Mike showed up for follow up visit and we walked the property. He answered most all of my questions and gave me suggestions and tips that I could easily do to make the lawn, trees and shrub thrive. Thank you Jacob and Mike for the great customer service experience! Shuan came to the rescue today. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable Braden performed a tree and shrub service today and was very commutative about the process. He was very friendly, professional and respectful. Aron came out to service the nieghbors late summer lawn care and serviced ours as well. He did a great job and we appreciate the service. A.J. was very polite and professional. He was on top of his game and made sure all the trees and shrubs were treated! Great job!

Very professional Quote. Then It all went down hill. They take 50% down and never show up. They never call back. Ive called, emailed them and tried to make appointments over and over but no response. They have made appointments they never showed up for. Dont give them the down payment. Im still trying to get the money back or the job done. Im also surprised at this company, I get Ads from them all the time.??

Matthew applied our pest control professionally. I happened to be removing leaves from our flower beds when he arrived. I was going to stop, but he worked around my efforts, allowing me to complete my tasks. I appreciate his professionalism.

I dont write reviews, but Senske sent one too many collection notices for a service I did not authorize and that I refuse to be blackmailed into paying for. It reminded me how many times over the years that I paid SENSKE for a disputed service to safeguard, my credit. My credit is not at issue, INTEGRITY is! When I told SENSKE they were welcome to pursue the collection for an illegitimate charge, and I would consider that to be my invitation to shine light on a DARK business practice. I agreed to do my part to make SENSKE famous. We have used Senske services for the better part of 10 years. They provide a good service and over the years the only criticism we have had is over over-servicing as in increased frequency and pressure to accept services that felt like revenue generating strategies rather than lawn care services. The way we managed that problem was to agree to NO- contract and only have techs on site after getting our verbal authorization. They violated that agreement Performing a service without authorization could have been an error. Refusing to acknowledge the error is a CRIME. Threats to damage MY credit for THEIR crime..wont be rewarded.

Unreliable. Had an appointment for them to come out at 9 AM to do work on a tree in our yard . We called them multiple times told them we were waiting as no one showed up. No one showed up and I never got a callback from a supervisor after I was told they d reach out asap. Had to pay them a $200 deposit before the appointment was scheduled and we probably won t get it back.

Poor service, went 6 weeks between a treatment and promised a free one since the weeds were not dying and they did not deliver, then I cancel the service in July and am still being billed in October. I do not recommend them, find a locally owned company that believes in treating customers right.

Scheduled aeration on date specific, but no follow-up call or representative showed up on the scheduled date. However, the company charged my account for the start of a year-long service, to which I did not agree. I called twice for a refund and was told its really up to my bank! Absurd! Over a month and no refund. Probably get another company for your lawn service.

Ive had senske treating my lawn for several years now and its weed free, green, and lush. Its a bit pricey, however you get what you pay for and I dont have the time to thoroughly do it anyways. I appreciate the advance calls on when their coming, and if that time doesnt work, then Im able to reschedule. Very helpful!

These guys have been doing my lawn for about 3 years now. They always do a great job. Today Jason came by, he was fast and efficient. It costs about the same as if I do it myself and I don t have to buy and store the chemicals.

tyler is very helpful and friendly. Pleasure to I would have given a $20.00 tip but my virus checker flags this site as a possible virus and I had to ignore its warnings to get to this page. Didnt want to give my money to a scammer.

Austin with Boise Senske was awesome; Very knowledgeable and helpful. I can t speak to the efficacy of the product yet, as this was my first service, but he left me feeling super hopeful.

Ed is courteous, punctual, and quite knowledgeable in this field. He knows what he is spraying and why some of my trees and shrubs need coverage, and others do not. I give him my highest recommendation.

So far so good with our tree removal and trimming of other trees. They have come twice now and will come back a 3rd time to trim one more tree and then a 4th time to kill roots of tree that was taken down, then stump removal. I can t give 5 stars until all is complete.

What a great crew! They listened to us and were very professional and courteous. They showed up when they said they would and did a great job cleaning up. They did such a great job removing the 60 foot tall juniper that fell on the neighbors roof partly in a storm that we hired them to take out 2 more junipers that died. I reccommended them to my sister and they did a great job for her too. I highly reccommend them for any tree removal job! Thank you guys!

I dont tend to leave negative reviews but this was a mess. We had a tree trimming service done and it looks like they gave a middle school student a chainsaw. They didnt even remove all the dead branches and damaged the bark in many spot. I now have to wait a few months before another company can come and fix all their cuts so the tree can heal properly. Basically they dont know what they are doing when it comes to tree trimming dont use this service from them. I have heard their lawn treatments are good just avoid their tree trimming service.

Joel contacted me in response to a request to Senske for help with my lawn. He contacted me very quickly and prepared an estimate for my specific needs. He provided the estimate within a few minutes via text message. It was easy to follow and I called him shortly to authorize the work. Senskes costs were significantly less than a competing companies estimate.

We like Jeff and his friendliness and dependability. Our small apple tree still has a lot of wood powder from aphids but is that just the limit of what we can do? I thought I arranged for the other fruit trees to be sprayed. Let me know. One peach tree had 10 -12 big peaches but with some ear wigs in the core.
