They put a lien on my house. Company is a scam. They agreed to aerate my lawn for $75. I called them on the day of service to ask how to make payment they told me I would receive a bill. Two weeks later I called them again to see how I can make payment. They told me they send invoices at the end of the month. Four months later still no bill. I never heard from them, no letters no emails no phone calls. Today I received a certified letter with lien against my house. They’re asking for $225. I tried calling them several times and still no answer. I’m contacting my attorney.
Shady company. $1,200 for labor only and they took their sweet time each time they had to come out. This was after we had to call them back because they left our sprinklers unfinished (which they didn’t communicate to us. We discovered when one zone hadn’t been running) Don’t make the mistake we did, ALWAYS get a signed off price estimate and plan by both parties of what’s to be worked on. Update(since i cannot respond to your response): It’s amazing that when you need to save face publicly, your punctuality in your response is very quick! Yet when my husband emails you for an explanation on your outrageous bill it takes you almost a week to respond. Kind of like when your company left the job unfinished and it took you almost two weeks to get back to our house because you were so busy(even though you already started on our sprinklers) I don’t need an explanation, your lack of integrity already said enough. You’ll get your money, but you’ll also get the review you deserve. Thanks so much!!
We have been using Safari for almost one year, so the property has been fully maintained through 4 seasons. For the 6 prior years of we used 2 other companies and the lawn looked mediocre, but serviceable. With Safari on board for one year there is a visible massive improvement in not just the appearance, but in the overall vegetation health. They offer multiple maintenance and treatment services, including snow removal (super helpful with a disabled resident/owner). The property is now stunning, absolutely beautiful. Visitors are always complimenting.
Safari lawn care has done my lawn mowing and maintenance for multiple years. They show up consistently each week at approximately the same time and do such a quick, great job. I will continue to recommend Safari Lawn to all in need of any/all the services they offer,
Safari Lawn care illegally placed a lien on my property by claiming the previous owner had not paid the sum of $225.00 which required me to hire an attorney to have the lien released due to their lack of cooperation. They did let me know that they have monthly trips to file liens, making us suspect that this may be a predatory common practice. I would avoid at all costs, though we did not ever use their services and became a victim.
We have been really happy with Safari Lawns when they finally did make it out to do the work on our sprinklers. Every company struggles with labor shortages and it took almost a month to get our first service. I did communicate with Jeff and he was responsive. We hired them to mow while we were on vacation and they did a great job. I called other companies and didn’t even get call backs. We feel like Safari Lawns really wanted to keep our business and we will hire them again.
When I received my water bill this morning I was shocked. I contacted Suez who told me that I was using over 2000 gallons of water a day. I called my regular sprinkler guy who was booked out for 2 months. I just started calling businesses, and Safari Lawn was able to make it out today. The sprinkler technician, Alex, was outstanding, and showed me that I was actually watering my lawn 4 times each night. He was very patient and thorough, and clearly knows this business. I am so very grateful for Safari Lawn!!!
****edit on 6/8/2020 i discontinued my service after services received in April and May 2020. In April I got billed approx. $150 for 2 sprinkler head replacements. The serviceman never told me about these and when I called Jeff he told me there’s no way for him to know what got replaced since his tech did it. The tech also activated my irrigation and city water. I had issues with over pressurization and turned every knob I could find off because I wasn’t sure which was the appropriate knob. I called Jeff and he sent out a service call. In the mean time I turned back on what I thought needed to be turned on. He came out and told me I turned on the right things and charged me $80 for coming out and telling me that. He then couldn’t figure out which sprinkler heads had been replaced either, but I still got to keep that initial bill. Oh, and on the initial service call to turn on my sprinklers there was an issue with a leak in the line. They never came out to fix that, and I did it myself. I’m not sure if that was the $150 charge, but it shouldn’t have been since it was nothing to do with sprinkler heads. I called to cancel my service due to the unknown sprinkler head replacements, which never occurred, and he didn’t care and just let me cancel. I would recommend against doing business with this company. I will leave my original review up for those that want to see. This way you can see they had been good in the past. I originally gave them 5 stars if you were wondering. 1 Star is much more accurate. **** I’ve been using Safari since I moved into my new house. All of the employees who have been out to my house have been incredibly nice. They do a fantastic job, and they are fast as well so it doesn’t eat up much time in my day. Jeff is always kind and easy to talk to when I call. There is almost always someone available anytime I have called, and if not they get back to me right away. They still had me on their schedule from last year so when I called (later than I should have) to get my sprinklers turned on I was expecting it to take a week or 2 until they could get to me, but they were out at my house the very next day!

This company is shady. They show up without being contacted and even if you cancel them and then perform a job. They expect you to pay them or they put a lein on your property. Stay away from them and contact the BBB and Attorney generals office if this happens to you.
Used their service for summer 2022 and the lawn always looked terrible. The grass was in some spots too short and in others too tall. My wife got in touch with the owner multiple times and their answer wasnt ever helpful. Had to stick to it as it is hard to find lawn services in the middle of summer and our HOA requires from us to keep the grass low. Our teenager couldve done a much better job and we payed WAY too much for it. Update: The company tried to blame their poor job on an infestation of billbugs which our lawn hasnt ever had. They cut the grass from the WHOLE yard with an edge trimmer and left significant areas of the lawn in bare dirt. After a week or so the grass kept on growing as usual, I had to pay someone else to even the grass and Safaris people refused to give me any refund or discount to make up for their mess. This just shows their lack of professionalism and responsibility. Clearly not a great option if youre looking for an stress free high quality service.

I did not have a great experience when this company mowed my lawn. :( they broke a chunk of my fence and the communication with the office was quite poor.

Friendly and professional but they couldnt fix my sprinkler problem, sadly. Even their best couldnt figure out why it isnt working. Luckily, they didnt charge me but still couldnt fix the problem. I recommend for them for just mowing and landscaping.
I used them for a few months in 2021, they didnt do a great job edging/trimming. But the big issue I have is that last week I received a letter saying I owed $280 even though they hadnt been to my property in 3 or 4 months. After calling multiple days in a row and leaving messages they pulled that payment from my credit card they had on record (never responded to my voice mails or calls) and are still sending me over due notices for $280. I have no idea what that charge is, why it didnt show up until February and cannot get a hold of anyone. This feels like a scam or fraudulent charge as they didnt perform any services, I didnt give them permission to charge my card, and havent signed up for any services.
I didnt personally hire them, but my next door neighbor did. I had gone out to run errands and when I got back their crew truck was blocking my driveway. I tried to signal the men working to let me in to my own driveway but they completely ignored me. I had to drive up on my own lawn on the other side to get into my own driveway. When I said something as I got out the car, the two guys seemed to think it was funny and laughed and continued to ignore me. I am furious and they have been here for hours blocking my driveway. Unprofessional. rude. careless. I would be embarrassed if I had hired them. I wish i could give a zero star review. And, the work they are doing on my neighbors trees is terrible too. 0/10 would not recommend.

We really had to stay on top of what the lawn care guy was doing. It took three attempts for our spring clean up to even look like they had touched our yard. (Giving a few stars because Ryan was really nice and did a great job once they got him over here.) Not really reliable to come back and do what they said they would do. They were ok at communicating - the owner contacted me directly a few times. But it seemed like every week there was something we had to keep going back to them about. The whole point was to not worry about the yard. Only kept their service 6(ish) weeks. Will be looking elsewhere.

The job was a major sprinkler system repair- complete valve replacement and controller replacement. The results and timeline are shown below: No-show with no prior communication on the day of the initial appointment. When we contacted them late PM, they said they were behind and would show first thing the next morning. No show the next day with no prior communication. When we contacted them late PM, we were told they had to handle some emergencies. The third day, they did show mid-morning and got the bulk of the work done. This was Friday, and the tech said he would return first thing Monday morning for the finish. You can guess what happened Monday morning... No show. The tech finally showed on Tuesday and finished the work. By Wednesday night, the first picture shows what the yard on the side of our house looked like. (Flooded). Thursday morning, a different tech showed and repaired their repair. The second picture shows how it was left once it was all dried out. This was a $1200 dollar job when it was said and done, and were left to clean up the mess in the second picture ourselves. To say that the whole experience left me infuriated would be a massive understatement. If a business cant show, fine- communicate before hand and we can reschedule. No-showing a customer with no communication is disrespectful, discourteous, and costs the customer time and/or money spent sitting around waiting on them. Completely unsat. If I could give zero stars I would do it. Needless to say, I will never use this company again for anything. DO NOT RECOMMEND. EDIT: And now the invoice games have begun. Re-invoiced with added charges after the original was paid in full. So not only shoddy work, but billing shenanigans as well. Avoid this company like the plague.

Jeff is rude and unprofessional. Hired to clean up weeds, rake and remove. The kid showed up without any notice. He removed some piles I already raked and did some weed trimming for almost 3 hours. I let Jeff know that the job is incomplete and sent videos and he responded that it looked like a good job. Well it was not close to a good job. In turn I was billed $500. He quoted $100 per MAN hour. I asked that the job be capped at $500. That would be 5 hours of MANnot kid work. I just ordered a giant banner that will read as follows. Beware, Safari Lawn Care WILL RIP YOU OFF This company is by far the worst company I have hired in over 25 years.
I purchased a timer from this company which they installed. It never worked correctly. I called Jeff at Safari on 5 occasions asking for someone to come over and fix the problem. I believe the timer that they gave me was Defective. Then I received an invoice and they charged me five times for someone to come out which they should ve charged me at all. I called and spoke with Jeff explaining that I should not be charged for all the times I m coming out to try to fix it when it cannot be fixed he said he would take it off the bill and the following month I was still charged I believe it was $95 a visit. I told Jeff it wasn t my problem that they re the ones that bought me the timer and he told me it wasn t his problem either. Just beware look at every detail on your invoice this company over charges just completely over charges way too much they take a vantage of people they might be good for a big park subs like that but don t use them for residential
I don t usually write reviews, but I felt like people should know - safari s customer service is quite poor. I was always disappointed how hard it was to get ahold of them, and when problems do come up there is a lack of ownership. We have cancelled service and would recommend looking elsewhere.

We have a Memorial Garden that was getting out of control and Safari Lawn has cleaned up the wandering vines, tree shoots, stubborn weeds, and straightened the grass line. Several compliments have been made to the office about how much better it looks!
Jeff liened my property that my tenant hired him to do a job for. My tenant said Jeff more than doubled the price they agreed to, and did not respond. My tenant is disabled and already paid the 400 something he agreed to but Jeff still hasn t removed the over 1000 lien on my house even though my tenant paid him what was agreed. This is an illegal lien since I never entered contract with this company. Jeff agreed to remove the lien after talking to my property management company but so far has not. I think he only responds to lawsuits. The county says he s liened over 340 properties.
Look at the negative reviews and do yourself a favor and dont go with these people
Hired Safari to mow lawn and clean leaves for several years. They were always reliable.

I had an issue with my sprinklers and I called Safari Lawn. They had someone come out with in hours. They were very respectful and friendly, fixed my issue, and were very fast. I would highly recommend them and will use them exclusively from here on out.
I have used Safari lawn for several years. They are always professional, friendly, helpful, and quick to return calls and quick to get you on the schedule. I recently had sprinkler problems, and Alex came out for the service call. Akex was so knowledgeable and fixed the problem right away. Alex took the time to answer my questions and show me how to take care of the questions I asked. I would highly recommend this company for all your landscape, mowing and sprinkler issues.
They were a week late in the fall to blow out the sprinklers. I had to call and leave messages to get them to respond. They did not arrive in the spring to do maintenance and replace heads. Again after waiting a week past the date they were suppose to come, I again had to call to get service. After tearing up a sprinkler head, they never came back to complete the job. I now have to find a new company to complete their work.
Customer service is prompt, respectful and informative. Work is outstanding. Would recommend Safari to any and all!!

Please read all of the reviews and complaints filed for Safari on BBB before deciding. I actually called Boise Best Lawn Care after reading their positive reviews on Google. Kenny answered the phone and said Safari. When I questioned the name of the company, he said he was recently bought out by Safari. I didnt take the next step and look up reviews of Safari. Mistake #1 on my part. However, my experience is very similar to several of the complaints filed with the BBB and reviews on Google for Safari. I asked Kenny for a quote on spring clean up. He says he charges by the hour, $65/per person per hour. (Mistake #2, I didnt ask for that quote in writing.) He says he usually sends out 1-2 people. We scheduled the spring clean up for the following week and he arrived on time, alone. He started the job at 9am, then left at 10:35am telling me he needed to run to the store to pick up more supplies (?!?!?!). I asked him how long he will be, and he said not too long. I asked again, 15 minutes? 30 minutes? He said yeah, it shouldnt take too long. He returned at 11:30am and then abruptly left our house at 11:45am, running out as he told my husband that he was late for his next appointment. He left without asking us if we needed him to do anything else as part of spring clean up and also left without providing us with a bill/invoice. I was not able to catch him in time to ask for the final cost in person. A month later, we receive a bill by email for $250, almost double of what I was expecting to pay, before tip. Of course, this is higher than the quoted $65/hour for one person. I immediately responded to the email asking for clarification and received no response. Two weeks later, I call the same number for Boise Best Lawn Care and Jeff answers the phone. He tells me he will investigate and later calls me back to say the invoice is correct and there was a dumping fee. Kenny never mentioned a dumping fee to me on the phone. Jeff then says hell ask Kenny to call me to clear up misunderstandings. Kenny never called. I paid the $250 but told Jeff I would be leaving a review on BBB, Google, and Yelp. I just wanted to move on from this company and never use them again. I also would like to warn anyone else from being scammed. Please, find someone else to care for your lawn. I understand that this turns into he said she said because I did not ask for a written quote. I own my mistake #1 and mistake #2 above. But doesnt it seem odd that my experiences are voiced over and over again by others who have used Safari too????
I have been using this company for about a month and they have been great. Good communication and they have been consistent and do a good job every week. Its so nice to not have to worry about mowing the lawn every week.

I have been with Safari for years. They provided adequate to excellent service up until this summer. I know companies are having difficulty hiring employees so I let the quality slide, trying to be fair in this tough market. However, the yard consistently looked terrible because they never used a bagged motor, only their commercial equipment. The edging was shoddy this year. And the last straw was yesterday. They showed up a day late at 0800 and started to mow on grass watered three hours earlier. SMH No common sense. With all that said, next year, if improvements come to our economy & hiring ability, I would consider using them again based on their previous consistency over the years.
Safari has done my front and back lawn over the past few months. Their service is reliable, professional, and reasonably priced. They are prompt with appointments and thorough with their work. Highly recommended!
Shot an email out to Jeff this week and thought I would post it here as well. With everyone having trouble finding and keeping good help, I feel Safari did a pretty good job all in all. (email) Jeff, Just wanted to say thanks for the great lawn care this year, fitting me in for the mid-summer prune and be sure to thank the kid you had out to mow this summer. He did a great job, kept everything clean, communicated great, listened to any little changes I asked of him and overall just did a great job for you guys. Hopefully your other customers think so as well and he sticks around for you guys for a while.
For over 4 years Jeff and Safari Lawn Care has been making our yard the standout in the neighborhood. Though they did not install our sprinkler system, they were able to troubleshoot problems and fix them immediately. Cannot recommend them enough. The well kept lawn, I am sure was a selling point for our house selling so quickly.
BEWARE! I called to have a small leak fixed on my sprinkler system. Jeff said he was going to send a technicican to come and repair the leak. No one showed up at the stated time. Called and rescheduled. Again no-showed. I called and left three messages asking to be updated on a time frame. No call back. Finally called and left a messege saying I was going to go with another company after two weeks of silence and two no shows. Then, three weeks later recieved a bill for service that was never completed on the property. I called Jeff again and he said he completed the work, which is strange because I already had someone else fix the issue weeks before he said it was completed and had a perfectly working system. Tried to bill me for work that was never completed. I am actually very appalled at how disorganized, disrespectful, and sketchy working through this whole ordeal was with this company for a small leak. Please use caution. If looking for a new lawn care service, I would advise moving on from this option.
To say we are unsatisfied with the service we received from this company is an understatement. We were quoted for a two day project to move around some irrigation lines. My husband went into work late on the first day to explain in person to the employee of the company what we needed done. Both days that the employee actually showed up, he sat around a lot, was on his phone a lot and left at lunch time each day. No communication as to why he left early, why the job wasn t anywhere close to being done within the timeframe we were told it would be done, and when he would be coming back. That was a Friday so we had to hand water our large areas of grass and plants over the weekend. Monday came around and no one showed up and no one called. My husband spoke to Jeff, the owner, asking what was going on. Jeff assured us the job would be finished the following day. Again, no one showed and no one called. We called Jeff to let him know we would no longer be using his services and my husband completed the job himself. We later received an invoice for the full amount as if the job was completed. My husband met up with Jeff to speak to him in person disputing the invoice amount, explaining that we would only pay for supplies used and the hourly rate of the employee wages for the time he was there. A revised invoice was sent to us with a discount, but not even half of the original invoice was taken off. Considering my husband had to do 95% of the job himself and had to replace all the fittings the employee put in because they were leaking, we had hoped the owner would adjust the invoice accordingly to be fair. Jeff s excuse was that his employee was sick and still out sick since our job. The company should take on the responsibility for an employee not performing to standards because of illness, instead of the customer being penalized and paying full price. We will not use this company in the future. We would not recommend using this company as we were overcharged greatly for poor quality work and lacking customer service.
In short, we were very disappointed with Safaris service, or should I say lack of it. Cannot recommend. The owner had originally told my wife that he would send out a small crew to get our bushes/shrubs trimmed. They sent 1 guy and he didnt even have a ladder to do 3 of the taller plants we had (15 tall). He also had to borrow my ladder. This guy did such a poor job, my neighbor boys could have done much better. Not professional at all. When I complained about what he had done to our shrubs, he asked me to take pictures. I did, and of everything and sent them to him. He told me that he would take care of it. I specifically told him not to send the same guy because we would just get more of the same. He did anyway, and we did get more of the same ppor service! That same guy did not even fix what he should have done the first time. We received an invoice for the full quoted amount. Jeff never even come out to look at anything while we were here to discuss how he could make things better, and trust me, they were badly done. Very, very unprofessional all the way around. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. WE WILL, next-time.
I never write reviews but this place is a joke. They quoted my husband $75 a hour to clean up leaves for a minimum of 2 hours, so $150 is what we agreed to. We have a small lawn and was easily be done in less then 2 hours . We received a bill for for $375 !!! When we called to ask why it was so high they said it was $75 per man per hour that worked on it !! This was never discussed or agreed on. This company is shady.

We moved here a couple of years ago and after multiple attempts to find a great lawn care provider we found Safari Lawn Care. Jeff really took the time to help us out as we had water issues due to the landscape in our new home and couldnt get the yard balanced etc. I appreciate the consistent weekly service and great staff. Jeff always calls back promptly and is willing to help with any requests.. We feel confident that our lawn needs are met and we have a company we can always trust. Thank you Safari. We have been using Safari Lawn for the last 5 years for lawn and sprinkler service. Jeff always returns my calls and is happy to answer all my questions. Recently one of the technicians Ben was here to spray for weeds and noticed I needed help with my sprinkler system. He went above and beyond to help me even though he wasnt there for that service. If you are looking for a local company with great service go with Safari.
Contacted Jeff about providing lawn service for 7 of our homes. Was very prompt in getting back to me and started immediately. Jeff did an amazing job and had very competitive rates. Will definitely be using his lawn service for the foreseeable future.

Jeff, Paul, Don, Lorenzo, Things have changed with this company, Ive had two no shows and no replies from texts and phone calls from Paul. Lorenzo has been missing areas on the lawn and in trimming. Im also upset with being charged the credit card fees, a company should assume those fees as part of doing business.
Jeff was great!!! We were having an emergency with our sprinkler system. Jeff was able to squeeze my appointment in same day, and was able to quickly diagnose the problem and provide a solution that worked full proof.

I had been calling around the have my lawn aerated and had called a Big Name company who quoted me a HIGH rate and then told me This time of year not even the local companies will be able to get out to you within the week . That was their attempt at justifying the high price. A couple of other local companies called later no one was answering the phone. Then as I was about to call the big name back my wife suggested one more call. I called Safari and the phone was answered quickly and politely. Then I mentioned what I needed and was told a price the was less than half of what the big name offered. Also was told they could have someone out within the hour ( as an employee was nearby anyway) They came out and did it VERY quickly for less than I could have rented the machine and done it myself. Any lawn care needs they have my full business and thanks!
Booked an appointment for the next day. Guy didn t show up. Two days later called him and he said he would be out there that day or the next. 4 days went by and called him again. He said he would have a guy out there this morning. 4 more days went by and called him again. He said he would have somebody out there the next morning. Nobody ever showed up. Two weeks passed with no sprinklers in 90 degree heat. Now my lawn is dead. Thanks a lot

So thankful to have finally found a lawn care company that has all the services we need with fair prices and responsive customer care. Ive been on the phone with Jeff (the owner) several times, and he has gone out of his way to schedule us for services, deliver one-time treatments to our lawn (all the other companies wanted us on their year-long program), and just generally go above and beyond to help us out. Its hard to find companies today with integrity, great prices, and availability. Thank you, Jeff and team, for being such a great local company!

Very rude, yelled at my child and I asked him to wait for me to open gate and he didn t so the weed eater spit grass all over me and I m very allergic to grass. I know my allergies aren t his problem but he could have waited for me to move!
Please do not use Jeff and his company. I scheduled and rescheduled SEVERAL times after they didnt show up. No call from the company to apologize or a simple sorry it was left up to me follow up and reschedule. Time was taken off work to accomodate what was best for them so I could secure my dogs. I also tried to dispute charges by email and phone multiple times since I was quoted something totally different and billed double what the quote was. Jeff and his company did not reply to either. Its very clear they lack customer service and that the customer is wrong, they could care less. Please pay attention to the other reviews since it happened to me as well. Do NOT waist your time using this company.
Safari Lawn performed work on my property without my direction or knowledge. When the renter (who also should have informed me) did not pay promptly, I was surprised with a claim of lien against my home. Jeff made no effort to contact me, the owner, prior to doing work or warning me of his intent to file a claim of lien. Not only did this lack thoughtful consideration on his part, it also meant his lien was invalid.
We used Safari Lawn Care for our two properties and they performed the work requested. The pricing was slightly higher than other lawn care businesses but it was reliable. Our concern and complaint follows what we have seen with this company as seen elsewhere on comment boards the billing was a problem. They did not send billing for about three months and then wanted to charge for late and collection fees that should have been their responsibility. For these properties under management the management company sent two checks and Safari only cashed one of the checks then again assessed fees. We attempted to work with them as soon as we discovered that they had not been paid, but they were unwilling to do so and would not accept responsibility or be accountable for any of these issues. Would not recommend them for this behavior look elsewhere.
I needed my drive plowed this winter. I could not even get out to go to work. Called Safari Lawn and they were out the same day.
Safari has taken great care of my lawn and yard for a couple of years. They keep it green and free from pests. I can rely on them to turn my sprinkler system on and off at the appropriate times and even trim the trees and bushes for a spring tuneup.
Safari was the only lawn service that answered my calls on my rare days off when I was calling anyone I could find to cut my lawn. By the time I found them my lawn was horribly overgrown. They answered the phone. They realized how urgent it was and squeezed me in. They answer the phone they call back they tell you the pricing. It came out the price I expected due to the size of the job. The lawn looked great. I will continue to use them
We have using Safari Lawn for 2 months now. Our lawn was looking a little rough. Safari came out now our lawn is looking nice and green with no pest! What we like best about them is that hey do what they say they are going to do and ask permission if extra services are needed. Will continue to use.
Jeff and his employees are always courteous and prompt with their service. We have used them for sprinkler repairs, lawn maintenance, and sometimes just asking simple advice about landscape maintenance. We started using them three years ago, and have referred them to our friends and family. Well priced, great service, great business.

Safari Lawn has been reliable for us since we hired them. This is our third season with them. We had a cracked window from either the edger or mower throwing a rock that was fixed by Safari without issue. I appreciate that they offer service to turn on the water as well turn it off and winterize each season. I highly recommend Safari lawn.

I called maybe 5 lawn care companies in the area to do a one time mow and clean up for an overgrown backyard. Safari was the only one who could do it, and they did a good job at it. Will definitely use them again for future services.
Jeffs company did spring clean up. A guy came by and sprayed round up all over our garden and he left after an hour. I complained to Jeff, but he couldnt care less. A moth later, I received a bill for services I did not authorize. Ive emailed Jeff but he doesnt care to reply. Id choose another landscape company.
Set appointment for next day. Arrived promptly and ready to go. I had issues with a box not being wired, and a few zones stuck on even after being turned off. Got the box wired, fixed the stuck zones, adjusted a few sprinkler heads, and even helped program our sprinkler controls. All of it was done in just about an hour! The agent was very courteous and explained the different things he was doing. Got a little bit of knowledge. Overall, a very positive experience. If I have any issues, I will give them a call. Highly recommend them.
Did a great job quickly getting our irrigation back in shape after we added an addition to our house. James, who did the work was extremely professional and diligent. (Important in work billed by the hour.) Jeff, on the office side of things was great to work with all the way through the process. We highly recommend them and will definitely be calling them for any future work we need done.
