Emerald and Shawn did a great job for us. We were having wasps building nest along the top of the house and of course buzzing around us. The nests were knocked down and the house treated to prevent their return and also for spiders. After a couple weeks we still noticed a few wasps. Shawn came out and retreated the entire house at no charge! Highly recommend Emerald
Emerald Lawns is great! All employees are wonderful at answering questions and very knowledgeable. Our grass had died completely and they came out and it looks so nice now.

I signed up for Emerald‘s pest control service this year, Shawn came out and did one treatment so far…and it’s been nothing less than amazing! Typically, this time of year I would have yellow jackets buzzing around number of places on my property, and I’ve had virtually none, zero nests being built in typical places! But the honeybees have been just fine and doing their normal work around the flowers, etc.! As I write this I’m sitting in my backyard area and I would at least typically have mosquitoes and gnats buzzing around this time of evening…but absolutely nothing!! My backyard backs up to a pasture which gets flood irrigated and in the past has caused plenty of mosquito issues, but nothing so far this year. In the past, I also had issues with ants outside digging underneath my patio area leaving mounds of sand and dirt…there’s been absolutely nothing for the first time in years! I would HIGHLY recommend Emerald lawns pest control service!
The team at emerald lawns have helped me many times over the past years with any issues that I came across and wasn’t sure of. Ever since I started getting my lawn fertilized by Emerald Lawns, it has looked better than ever. My lawn was rought too. The previous owners did not take care of it. Their summer package brought it back to life. They are also very affordable. Don't go with those national chains. Go with a local lawn care company like Emerald Lawns. There was a before and after picture, but it even looked better now.
I'm 68 and still enjoy mowing my lawn. But I had struggled with fertilizer and weed and pest control. I have had Emerald Lawns doing that for me and I am very happy with how my lawn looks.

From the kind gal that I always talk to on the phone to their technicians that come out to do our lawn and tree applications, they are all kind, helpful and professional. They do an amazing job at keeping our trees and our lawn looking spectacular! We love to support our local small businesses, and we would NEVER go back to a big corp lawn care company. Highly recommend!

My wife and I used this service for a time. They guarantee no weeds, but we continued to have weeds. Also, we moved and canceled their service, however we continue to receive bills from from them. So beaware, you will always owe them

I thought my trees were dying. I called Emerald Lawns and they came out within days. Gave me lots of good info, and said they could feed for a very reasonable price. When I agreed to that, they were there the very next day. Everyone I talked to was attentive and kind. I will continue to use this company for everything I cannot do myself!!

I have been using Emerald Lawns Inc. for mite and pre-emergent/fertilizer lawn treatments for three years. The mite treatments were effective, but last year, I left Jeff a message to let him know that his truck left four oil spots on my driveway. I explained that I cleaned them up but he should be aware of this if he happens to park in someone else s driveway. I have not heard from him since. When I requested a treatment this year, Josh came and sprayed with what I suspect was a different miticide, which had no effect. I left Dave three messages to discuss for which there was no response. The second pre-emergent/fertilizer treatment was ineffective and they came back out and spread what they called soil enhancement, which was basically chicken manure. I have been dealing with mushrooms ever since. When I complained about that, they responded by saying mushrooms are a sign of a healthy lawn, I disagree, they are a pain. Last year the pre-emergent/fertilizer treatment was once again ineffective and I was told that it was because there was not enough rain and the irrigation had not been turned on, to soak it into the ground. They made no offer to respray. This year they wanted to come out and spray under the same conditions. I find Emerald Lawn Inc. is not orientated towards customer concerns and satisfaction and somewhat thin-skinned. I would not recommend them.

We were initially happy but have had trouble with them ever since. They wont take us off their automatic schedule, as we have repeatedly requested, and they still havent picked up their Vole traps after numerous requests.

I was impressed with this company because they stood behind there work. I had a tree that did not make it and it wasnt their fault. Instead of keeping the money, they returned it when they didnt have to. Kudos to them, I really appreciate they refund.

Driver almost ran me off the road on the freeway before the Cole exit. I used my horn to alert him and he couldn t hear it because he was wearing headphones while driving on the freeway. License plate # KL 1003 this was at 310pm on 5/28/19

They are great. They treated my trees for aphids. The leaves were cupped and curled and falling off, and they were able to turn the situation around and save my trees. They ve been treating him for the past three years, and they look amazing! I highly recommend them.
I have used emerald lawns for over 3 years and I have the best looking lawn on the block. I could never get rid of all the candian thistle I had all through the yard but they were able to get rid of it and kept my lawn lush and green.,
Dave was right, my trees and shrubs were lacking nutrients due to a lack of organic matter in my flower beds. Everything has made such a turnaround now that we re on their program I couldn t be happier. Thanks guys.
This is related only to firewood sales. I think they work with an independent, though he wears an Emerald Lawns t-shirt. The delivery had to be rescheduled several times, and the final delivery came up short of a cord when measured. I doubt Ill use them again for firewood. The receptionist of the company was very nice and she bent over backwards with her customer service, so it wasnt all bad.
Have used them off and on for 6 years. They are fast and affordable. They call you the night before they are going to spray your lawn. Thank-you!

Absolutely crappy service. This company does a terrible job and could not be less customer oriented. Stay away unless you like your lawn burned and yellow
