Pro Care has done our Christmas lights for the past 2 years. They do a wonderful job. Prompt, professional and courteous. Plus my lights look amazing! Highly recommend!
I live in a quiet neighborhood in Meridian near Franklin and Linder. This company is who is hired to do the lawn care at our community park that our HOA hires. Time to shop for a new company! These people are the most inconsiderate employees ever! They have no care to start yelling and screaming at each other. While their loud mowers and blowers and trimmed get going. Yet alone they’re super loud unloading their equipment. They start before 8AM! We have kids. And babies that get disrupted of their peace from this company! Be mindful of people y’all! And the poor old lady next to us tells us she’s always woken from their nonsense schedule too. How about we find a company that will start mid morning around 10 am. HIGHLY UNRECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! When they start before their office is even ope. That’s a problem with it comes to being a company that throws over 90 decibles at your house! BYE 👋🏽 UPDATE- it’s not just a one time thing with your company it happens all year around at least once a month they’re all acting a fool and at stupid early hours. We’ve also called numerous times. And it seems to never change. So it’s time that I left a honest review of how your company handles business. And there are at least 4-5 of us on this same street that aren’t happy with how you operate around this area. First spring training should be to tell the new hires and current to be polite. Courtesy goes a long ways. They should also be aware of their surroundings. A small park in a quiet neighborhood shouldn’t be having that ruckus before 8am EVER! It’s beyond ridiculous! Think about your kids at home especially newborns. Or your grandmother trying to enjoy her peaceful morning. Come on. Be better than that. Your response is clearly almost automated and robotic. This is IDAHO. Be sincere. Be great! Be a true Idahoan and handle it! That’s just a start. Clearly it’s a reflection of ownership, and leadership (or lack of leadership). When you come to a a neighborhood park that has so many homes around it before 8am to mow is RIDICULOUS!! Why can't you guys wait until at Least 8 AM I don't think that's too much to ask! Specially, for families who have kids and babies, old people trying to get their rest, or just anyone trying enjoy their morning. To get woken up to obnoxiously loud blowing and mowing.. along with your crews yelling at one another trying to talk over the machines is BEYOND ME!! I will tell EVERYONE that Pro-care Landscape Services of Idaho is inconsiderate and doesn't care about anyone else but themselves. We don't need a company like that. Next up find a new landscaping company for our HOA! ***Update the owner was very quick to respond to my review. You stated “a simple phone call would have gone a long way and could have been handled in a more constructive way”… (aka because you didn’t I’m gonna continue to do what I’m doing and be deliberate about it type maybe 🤷🏻♀️?) Spoiler alert Ive already called and complained about this to your company and was told the same response about city ordinances, and when they can start I didn’t ask when they could start. I know when you can start you can start at 7 AM. It’s the fact that you CHOOSE to is what I’m talking about. So why would I call again to have it fall upon deaf ears? And be told that “everybody does it” .. that’s your “constructive way” of handling it??! Cool lol. Thanks for your response!!
ProCare has been taking exceptional care of my property for years. Their customer service is exceptional--very professional. Frankly, I don't know what I would do without them.
Pro Care does the absolutely worst job in our apartment complex. They cut the grass way too long and leave chunks of grass EVERYWHERE. The cut is uneven and they do not clean up afterwards (i.e. leaf blowing sidewalks and patios). Look elsewhere for quality landscaping!!
Update: so, their guy called me back and said that priming it was my responsibility. Well, he should have tested it before leaving. If it works the first time, no problem, but I spent 2 hours trying to get it primed. It's not like I haven't done it. But it is their responsibility to test the solution to be sure it works, and it doesn't I know you guys don't care, but why do you insist on making things worse? I have been sitting home awaiting your man's arrival. I was taking a break from mowing when I went out and saw he came and went. He did what he said he would do, but dug a hole in the yard, which I told him the other day I didn't want. He put the filler value where he said he would, but again, it won't prime. This has been a persistent problem throughout the whole process. I am so disappointed with your service on our landscaping. The ground is not flat. You didn't bring in enough soil to fill our garden areas in front of our house. The concrete slab for our greenhouse is chipping away. We had to sign off on all.these issues last year because your sales person told us it would be covered under the one.year warranty. So we paid it off, and now we are being told we no longer have a warranty, although the six months didn't start until September. Please at least, get me a working irrigation system ASAP.
I have used Pro Care for several years now. They are always easy to deal with and I feel their pricing is fair. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is that I feel there is not feedback provided when they service the lawn. We used to get a little note saying something along the lines of "we took care of these weeds" or "we noticed that this tree has bores and here's our plan", etc. However, I would totally recommend Pro Care to anyone.
We have 10 acres of trees and landscaping with 156 apartments and families, and we've had other landscaping companies, and many others that still want our business. We have a big property and after seeing Pro Care do their weekly phenomenal job that they always do--- I would never let anyone else have job of caring for this beautiful property. As you can imagine, this is more than a "mow and blow" weekly job. And they are a more than "mow and blow" company. When they edge after mowing, they come back and to the delight of our residents, they blow off the patios and sidewalks and leave nothing but happy residents.

Management at pro care is absolutely terrible. They will lie, deceive and do whatever they can to make them self look better at the cost of someone else. Their prices are absolutely outrageous and their work is so-so my 15 year old son could do better. When their is a concern/problem or looking for an update on project. Have fun getting ahold of any management There are many landscape companies in the beautiful treasure valley that are top notch. Pro care is not one.
I watched an employee driving one of your trucks drink 2 beers in a parking lot then start to drive off. I confronted him about drinking and driving and his response was to tell me off. I asked for his name he said it was Aj I said asked for his last name he said Bullock what are you going to do.. well you may not care about the kind of employee you hire but you should, I did a quick search by his name turned out he got a DUI like 2 weeks ago and you let this person drive around town for you with no DL? Shame on you
They are truly the absolute best company to work with!!! Hard working and go the extra mile! I highly recommend Pro Care!!

Ive used Pro Care Landscape Services for several years ranging from sprinkler blowouts and irrigation repair to lawn/tree/shrub treatments. The front office staff is very friendly and responsive and the field techs seem very knowledgeable in their related field.
This is our HOAs new landscape maintenance provider, and apparently its all about the leaf blowers. 1) After mowing and edging (some places, but not others), a worker with a leaf blower comes along and blows clippings and lawn debris off the hardscape and onto the front porch, 2) then a worker comes by and blows some of it off the porch, 3) then a worker with his blower returns and blows some of it back onto the porch. 4) For the finalé, yet another worker with a blower comes by to clean up the gutter, and blows its contents cigarette butts and assorted litter, windfall from the trees, dead leaves, rocks and asphalt rubble that collects there all back onto the grass and sidewalk. Brilliant.
Arrive promptly, friendly and informative. And they are reasonably priced. Whats not to like!
We love Pro Care! We have a small yard in the North End of Boise. We have had Pro Care lawn and tree service for 11 years. Our lawn is shady, green and weed-free. Our trees and shrubs are healthy, growing and we dont have a spider problem. They notify us when they are coming for an application and they always show up on the right day. Thank you, Pro Care.

Liked their variation of fertilizers. However, most expensive lawn care company I ve experienced in over 20 years. Supply and demand I guess! Not real good at returning calls or following up on questions. I asked about some diseased trees over 6 months ago, no call back whatsoever! Super nice people, just too busy to pay attention to detail. I guess I went with them this year hoping for the nicest lawn on the block; didn t happen.
Professional, courteous, on time, very well run company.
They re always on time, they give great advice and most of all, keep my grass healthy. Only giving them 4 stars because I feel they charge too much for the bug barrier when they won t even spray the inside of my garage. Lots of companies do more for less regarding that particular service. Thanks for taking care of me Pro Care!

Ive used Pro-Care for a quite a few years for both regular lawn fertilization and tree care. No complaints about any of this. My reason for not giving them 5 stars is because they talked me into a soil aeration a couple of times. The aeration punctured some sprinkler lines in a couple of places which went undetected for a while until over the next year when the lawn became gradually spongy in a couple of places. When the sprinkler lines were blown out for the winter, a couple of geysers sprouted up to reveal the defects. You could see the defects by looking at the lines and see that the holes were very regular in shape indicating that the aeration tines had punctured them. It cost me money and inconvenience to get them fixed. My advice: use Pro-care for fertilization and weed treatment, but avoid aeration unless you are confident that your sprinkler lines are buried extra deep.
My wife and I had a substantial backyard landscaping project. We were ripping out trees and pouring a patio. We needed to gut what was in place, redo the sprinkler system and get concrete poured. I was referred to Procare via a Rotarian friend. We ended up with a project manager by the name of Merlin. Overall, the experience was very satisfying. We agreed on the work to be performed, we agreed on a schedule, and we agreed on what the end result needed to look like. I was not disappointed. The crews were hardworking and professional. Merlin did a great job keeping the project on track and helping us stay in the loop. We would gladly recommend them. We would and will use them again in the future. Dwight Pond

Would give them 6 stars if I could. These guys are incredibly hard working. Their landscaping team built a beautiful paver patio in my backyard. From the people in the office to the salesman to the crew doing the work, I couldn t have been happier with my experience with Pro Care!

This is the 3rd year Pro Care has serviced my trees and they are thriving, disease free, and healthy. Kelsea just deep fed all my 20 trees and many shrubs and the TLC she showed them was appreciated!! Kelsea and other employees of Pro Care are above and beyond caring people who do the right thing for their customers, rare these days. Awesome job! I have been a customer of Pro-Care for several years now. Lisa was my tech today and did a great job. She helped me make an informed decision regarding some ivy that lives under a tree that was being sprayed with dormant oil. She took the time to educate me that the oil may harm some of the waxy layer of the ivy and make it more susceptible to damage. I have always been impressed by the crew at Pro-Care and my service today helped me to know that I have made the right choice in who cares for my yard.
Pro Care did a whole remodel on our newly acquired building and the results are fantastic! From development to the final plantings, the Pro Care team did an amazing job and we are looking forward to our summer flower planting! We highly recommend Pro Care if you want the best. Rude and unprofessional! Called to schedule a consultation with an arborist. The lady at the office took our name and number, but never called back to schedule an appointment. We did not follow up and had almost forgotten about it until a few days ago when we received a bill over $45.00 for a consultation. Apparently, the arborist had just showed up a few days after our call and looked at the tree. We never received a follow-up call/letter or email telling us the result of this inspection--you can hardly call it a consultation since neither one of us was present. When I called in response to the invoice, the person staffing the office, a lady named Bethany was unable to provide me with any information in regards to the arborists visit, but made it very clear that we owed the $45.00. After questioning her further, she became increasingly snippy and finally ended hanging up on me. We will most definitely never call this outfit again for any landscaping/yard care needs! UPDATE: 12/31/2013. We have an update on this review, because the company, through a certified arborist, has done a good job of following up on the issues we identified in our review. We have now received the services we contracted for, and the representative came to our home and was well-qualified, well-informed and had done a significant amount of research on our property and the tree in question. The services were done in a professional, and appropriate manner. It does seem to us that the initial contact from their office person was an isolated instance of that one individual, and was not representative of the company as a whole.
I own multiple properties and I used to perform all the landscape maintenance myself. Two of my properties developed an infestation that I was failing to properly manage. It looked as though I was losing some trees and shrubs and I had to break down and ask for help. Pro Care came highly recommended and their certified arborist truly impressed me with his depth of knowledge and professionalism. He even knew the Latin vocabulary for the plants and pests (being a medical professional with years of Latin classes, I was impressed). Anyhow, they saved my landscapes efficiently and the price was so reasonable, I had them bid for complete maintenance and my properties have never looked so good. A coworker who lives on the same block as my 4 plex asked me how I had such a beautiful yard and that it was the best in the neighborhood and I honestly had to admit I handed it over to Pro Care! I would also like to comment that I utilized Pro Cares landscape construction services at my home last summer. I had them remove sod, add a raised berm, add a concrete border, reorient the sprinklers, install all new plants and bark in my Tuscony Villiage home with a large empty back yard. They were inexpensive and did the work promptly. Very polite hard workers that we enjoyed. I trust these guys and appreciate them. They are a well run professional company.
