These guys take good care of the lawn in our subdivision but completely butchered the shrubs! They cut all the blooms off all the grasses and sheared the shrubs into meatball shapes :-(
This company does our HOA landscaping. Our fence shares an area with HOA grass area where they cut. They punctured holes in our fence and dented it in numerous spots. When I emailed the owner explaining the situation, they said they would have someone come out to look at it. A month goes by and ZERO communication, so I followed back up. I was told some other big machine did it when nothing else has come by our fence. The only thing that comes near it is the ride on lawn mower and any trimming tools that they use.
Absolutely terrible. Need to hire new drivers immediately. Parked in the way of my driveway, blocking me in. They parked all over our sidewalk and worst of all they aren’t even working at my house. This is unacceptable
Lawn Co. designed a new backyard outdoor space extending from our patio. It features a beautiful paver walkway, which ends with a stunning arbor and stone steps, leading down to a beach area. They also planted many accent perennials, a number of bushes and a couple trees, which really transformed the backyard into a welcoming park. Lawn Co. offers complete, professional services, from design through completion. Every single person we worked with during our job was a true pro. Honest, dependable, hard-working: that’s Lawn Co.
Their service is good but the billing department will make your life a complete nightmare for as long as you're with them. They will swear they haven't gotten your payment, even though you've sent it in. They repeatedly harass you, asking for payments when it's already been made (so many times over the years) and they continue to do services and charge you even when you ask them to stop, repeatedly. At this point, they are harassing me and will not leave me alone. I do not recommend this company because of their billing department. Whoever works in that department needs to be fired. They are losing business because of it.
I asked Lawnco to remove a tree from our back yard. They sent me an email confirming the date they would do it and the price. Three days before they were supposed to begin the work I received an email saying their price had increased by $1000. I recommend that you NOT do business with Lawnco, but if you do get your contract in writing and signed. Donald Branton
We had a gentleman come out and give us a quote and told us they be here on July 17 to cut the tree down. They showed up last Thursday and told us that it will be an additional $1000 to do the same job. They told us two months ago we were waiting on them. It wasn’t them waiting on us. Poor customer service poor professionalism to give a quote and told us they would be here on the 17th and then change the price four days before they’re supposed to be here I would not ever use them for anything. My mother and sister live next-door to one of the owners. That’s how we got the number and referral. I am very dissatisfied.

I reached out to Lawnco to get a quote on tree treatment. I was given an arrogant attitude by the salesman and basically told I would be given a quote AFTER the first application. This is what happens next on our end if you want to continue with Lawnco bro We are Super busy with this stuff I don t think so BRO!
Clean up wasnt done. Weeds werent done. Hacking of our bushes last year killed them for this spring.
Kenny and Robin did a fantastic job relocating my irrigation valves. The quote was spot on, price was right, and Kenny explained the process every step of the way including what parts might be needed. They were also responsive with any questions/concerns. Will call again for future projects.

My Son had worked there for a bit, his friend still does. Anyway, I now have the wall along my lawn that Ive always wanted. And even better than I could have done myself. Was a great learning experience for Son.
One of their employees was doing 75mph+ and not wearing a seat belt down meridian road swerving in and out of traffic. Then proceeded to tailgate me so close (I was on a motorcycle) I could have reached out and touched the grille. Very poor driving and unprofessional especially when you have the companys name posted on the side of the truck. Complete disregard to their safety as well as anyone else on the road. Edit: It happened July 30th 2020, between 4 and 430 Im not sure exactly. And I didnt see a truck number but the licenses plate was either KT 8175

I probably would have given them a high review but we are selling our house and dont want to buy a full year lawn package but only want them to come and do the spring application. Ive been a customer for over 10 years and theyre reply is its all or nothing. What a terrible way to treat a loyal customer. I can guarantee I will not consider Lawnco when I move into my new house. Shame on you.
Could do better securing their load. Had to follow one of their trucks on highway 16 dropping gravel it the back the whole way. Could do a better job for sure
I only wrote this review because of the employees blatant disregard for safety. I had a large truck with trailer pull out in front of me on Fairview less than 60 feet from me. I had to slam on the brakes with my 5-month-old in the car with me. On a separate occasion I witnessed another employee buckling his seat belt as he proceeded to go 30mph in a neighborhood posted at 20mph, all while pulling a trailer with a large Bobcat in it. The whole company desperately needs safety training.

Great customer service and very skilled workers
This company is clearly misnamed. It should be called Lazyco instead. For some unknown reason our HOA renewed our contract with them, despite half-@ssed maintenance, dying trees, and unkept landscaping. I watched their people get off their riding lawnmower, move some branches, then move some branches back once they cut. I called our property manager to have them come back out to our development to remove the branches, only to find them in a vacant lot next door to me the following day! Now it has been three weeks since they have come out to our community and it looks so bad with all the leaves everywhere that several neighbors and I have taken it upon ourselves to clean part of the common area that a competent landscape company would be maintaining. Do not hire these useless and lazy landscapers!
Earlier this evening my 2 year old and I were walking through the parking lot of Albertsons on Cole & Fairview when a white Lawn Co truck (which was treating the parking lot with ice melt apparently) came dangerously close to hitting us and didnt even slow down. He (or she) then continued speeding around while I waited for the opportunity to read the logo on the truck. Shame on you for your blatant disregard for safety.
