Have had this service for awhile. Not sure when the quality declined but definitely not a company I m keeping. Had a few roach sightings a week or two after a service and it took them a week to get someone out. When the guy got here he sprayed only in the small corner where I saw the roaches and then left. On their last scheduled visit they were 2+ hours late. The guy knocks on the door and asks if the issues were continuing. When we said no his reply was, he was going to do the outside. We figured he meant, start on the outside and then come in and spray, as normal. 30 minutes later i look outside and he s gone. He never came inside. Just because we didn t see any more roaches doesn t mean you re not supposed to spray. We pay for preventative more than anything else. So since the middle of June we had 1 person spray a small corner in an upstairs bedroom and not due for another service until the middle of August. What a joke. Look elsewhere.

Enviro safe was the best. Used them for years. They sold company, now awful. They used to use bait traps, bugs gone! Now they only spray saying traps are dangerous. Well spraying gets rid of problems for a week! Used to be a small business, great customer service, now robots answer, you state your issue and they act like they don t understand human English. Skip this company. I canceled my contract after years. That great rating is based on reviews from when company was owned by someone else.

Was happy with Envirosafe for many years. Not as happy with Nozzle Nollen who took over. Way too expensive too. I found a small family owned company instead who is very reasonably priced.

I have really come to rely on Enviro-Safe for their honest feedback. Twice I have used them (in the last two years) to come over and take a look at our house for possible termite-related concerns and both times they gave me such great honest feedback. Their office administrator and technicians have been professional, friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend calling them if you are looking for a company that will arrive when they say they will and inspect your house correctly.

These guys are great! Seriously, they believe in customer service in a time when other companies have abandoned it altogether. I actually had them offer to reduce my bill because they thought I might be overkill with my service. The actual guy who comes to the house Jason couldn t be nicer or more professional! I couldn t recommend these guys more!

Envirosafe does a great job of keeping my house free of pests. I do not like chemicals in my home and am very sensitive to toxic smells, but don t ever smell anything when they spray my home. Syd and Trevor do a great job and are super thorough and the front office has always been great.
