Bill and his crew transformed our property from drab greenery to a garden filled with amazing layers, textures and colors! His design and plantings force your eyes to travel from group to group so that you pay attention to and take in every single plant. The result is a landscape that is beautiful both close up and from afar. During the installation we had to make changes and adjustments which resulted in brainstorming and problem solving. Bill was flexible and accommodating and got the job done. We are grateful for Bill’s vision and expertise.
We recently hired Botanical Visions to execute a professionally designed total overhaul of our landscape, lawn, decorative pots and irrigation system. I can't say enough about Jennifer, Travis and their entire hardworking and professional installation crew. They shopped for high quality, interesting plants that are appropriate for specific locations within the design. Both Jennifer and Travis were on site and didn't hesitate to get their hands dirty! Last minute changes to the design were handled with ease and the finished product is exactly what I had hoped for. Manicured, layered hedges of different textures in the front, and a stunning tropical garden with a custom travertine walkway in the back. Also, impressive groupings of large pots that perfectly match the glass tile in our pool. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!
We just finished a big job with Botanical Visions and couldn't be happier. Our point people, Jennifer and Travis were always on sight and very communicative. Even after the installation they are always around to answer any questions. The quality of the plants that are used are top notch. I would absolutely recommend Botanical Vision as a superior landscape company.
Botanical Visions was so amazing to work with. After remodeling my backyard our landscaping was a mess. They gave me exactly what I was looking for in landscaping. Their team was transparent, friendly, easy to work with and professional. I cannot say enough good things about this company.
If you want solid customer service, super-creative concepts and designs, high quality plant material - along with the expertise of a complete staff of professionals including true Landscape Architects (rather than just folks that "just plant stuff") then you want to go with Botanical Visions. We have worked with them several times and highly recommend them.
I would highly recommend Botantical Visions for your next landscaping project. They re-landscaped our entire home. They provided prompt and efficienct service from the beginning to the end. Bill Reeve was great and very knowlegable of the specific landscaping that would work for my project. He was also very patient and accommodating to my schedule and the numerous changes and re-drafts that I made him suffer through- truly an expert in his field. His support team were excellent, showing up on time and completing the job expediently. They handle any issues that came up very promptly and judiciously- thank you Jennifer and Bill, you guys are great!
We had Botanical Visions come out to our commercial space and completely redo the entire landscape design/construction. They held our hand through the entire process because while we know how to fix things, we don't know the first thing about lawns and landscaping! Their prices were competitive and they were extremely patient and accommodating. We are impressed with the new look and would recommend them to anyone.
I engaged the provider to design and install landscaping for my home both in the front and the back of the house. He came and walked the land, submitted drawings with a list of plants to be used along with a CAD rendering. We met again went over the drawings came to an agreement. As soon as I received the HOA approvals, he got started immediately. He was there every day until the job was completed. The job went well. The provider was very responsive to phone calls, texts and emails. His project manager was also very responsive. There were no delays and he showed up each and every day on time. Bill Reeve, the President of the company, is very knowledgeable. I would go as far to say that he's a genius. When I met with him he was discussing with me the type of foliage to plant depending on the amount of sunlight, where the sun is located at different points in the year and also observing other permanent tree formations and how their future growth would affect the sunlight, therefore affecting the growth of the foliage he was going to plant. One thing that I found very commendable was that on one of the days he was scheduled to work, he had an emergency on another project he needed to attend to. He telephoned me the evening before and asked me to do him a very big favor which was to excuse him from working on my project that day so he can service the other customer. Of course, I said no problem. Think about it how many contractors would ever call their customer and asked to be excused for the day to attend to an emergency. Most contractors just would not show up, but not just for one day, but for many days, if not weeks. I wholeheartedly recommend botanical visions for all of your landscaping needs.

We were very excited for a total backyard overhaul including landscaping, hardscaping, and irrigation. However, after signing with Botanical Visions we were incredibly disappointed with how little respect and professionalism they showed during our home project. Everything from selection of the plants, installation, communication, respectfulness, and timeliness of the project were a major let down. Our 2-week project lasted more than 4 months. Entire weeks went by where we had no update on the project and no one onsite to finish the remaining work. We decided to ultimately end the job after 4+ months, and it is still unfinished. There were numerous times we would see the landscapers sitting in their trucks in our neighborhood for hours on end (likely billing time) when there was still work to be done. Im not talking about taking breaks or a lunch, but just sitting in the trucks for multiple HOURS before leaving for the day. Looking at our backyard, we have a number of dead plants and trees that should have been replaced and a number of open items that were promised and never finished. Some other things that went horribly wrong during this project: plant selection and installation. At no point was ANY attention to detail given to our backyard. We watched as holes were dug for the trees and then when the trees were planted, the soil was literally just kicked in by someone s foot instead of packing it correctly with a shovel (and these were large trees!). The spacing on the plants was horrible as well. Plants were not placed in any logical or clean line (or even according to the design). Rather there are weird spacings between plants, random large/small gaps, crooked trees, and just a general total lack of detail orientation on this project. In one case, the plants they picked out for one of the focal points were mismatched (meaning we ordered X amount of 1 type of plant and they randomly planted 2 totally different specimens that look completely different!). Many of the actual plants they picked out from the nurseries were also lopsided, damaged, and just aesthetically unpleasing before they were even planted. Last, was professionalism. The owner, was argumentative towards us on MULTIPLE occasions. He promised things as part of our project that were never done and then completely went back on his word for work that was originally promised. He had excuses for everything. On multiple occasions he even cursed directly at me and my wife due to various disagreements of design and of owning his unmet promises! If that wasnt enough, we also caught one of the landscapers peeing ON our house thinking we didn t see him! Total disrespect. Long story short, I would not recommend Botanical Visions and highly encourage you to look elsewhere for your landscaping needs I genuinely wish we would have.

Bill and the team at Botanical Visions are the best. Ive known Bill for two years now and Ive seen his work on a bunch of different projects. Hes an upstanding and reliable guy. Id recommend them to anyone.
Steer clear! The owner is shady and only relies on his workers word. They are not quality landscapers. Bill is a strange person that feels the need to share stories of his bowel movements and his health issues with customers and employees. He seems to have a lot of problems including financial issues. I d advise not to do business with this fly by company.
What an experienced, professional crew! We asked three different landscape companies for a complete redesign of our property. This was the only company that listened to our preferences and created front and rear gardens ideal for our mini habitat. We can t recommend them highly enough.
Hands-down Best landscape company in South Florida Bill and his team go up and beyond to make sure you are getting exactly what you want they are very cautious of there workspace and the environment they are working in I highly recommend this company for all your Lanscape needs.
I dont know who is posting these 5 star reviews (probably the owners) but this company is full of con artists. DO NOT TRUST ANYONE WHO WORKS HERE! We tried to get them to do our back yard and after an $800 deposit for plans, in which we did receive, we never heard back from them after that. We got bounced around to a couple different employees he were supposed to take over the project, but nothing. Call after call from us, the customer, trying to get them to start our project, with money to spend, and could get no response. Our last call to them was when Bill picked up the phone only because he thought it was someone else, and that was his actual response. We were so put off and we never heard back from him and eventually found someone else we loved. We felt like they had no intention to do our project but to just get a few quick bucks from the plans. Look elsewhere! Youve been warned.
