Blufftons Best Lawn Care in Bluffton

I have never been treated or talked to the way I was by Rodger. Staff was wonderful when I met them on the street and then when I’m told to call Rodger to get a quote he was nothing but awful at every interaction. Blaming me for why he didn’t show up at a scheduled meet time, to why he didn’t save my number, to why he couldn’t call me when I was so busy and didn’t send my address via text. Even though I didn’t want to reschedule. I decided I’d give him another shot. He showed up an hour early and then told me. Unless I completely over haul my yard with new sod he couldn’t help me with a yard that was this terrible. I am growing grass and just wanted it to be edged and blowed but I guess that wasn’t worth his time.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Company missed several weeks and still charged me for it. When I called to question why and if they were going to make it up, they proceeded to argue with me including cussing me out and refused to refund me. I never leave reviews but they were very unprofessional and don’t deserve anyones business!

INSTALLED Imperial Zoysia Sod in 2021. Sod contained weeds and bare spots. BBLC promised to make all repairs in the next season ( 2022). They have not repaired the sod, Instead when pressed to do so, they dropped our account. It is evident that they do not have the ability to do a proper installation and maintenance of Sod .In short, they have WELCHED on their promise to make good on the repair of the sod installation . (They charged full monthly fee of $170 every month even in dormant season, The explanation was that all of their other services, , i.e. fertilizer, trimming of shrubs , trees, etc were included) .

I would never recommend this company to anyone. The principle, Roger, was unresponsive to most of my requests for contractually included services. He is not customer oriented. When we mutually agreed to terminate our contract, he did not provide services for the last half of a pre-paid month and refused to give me a credit. He said he had to recover his costs for fertilizer. I never saw his workers put down fertilizer. Bye Roger...

Great service at a Great Price. I switched to Bluffton's Best Lawn Care after repeated issues with other landscapers in the area and I have been happy as a pig in mud ever since! They are very punctual , polite, and best of all they pay attention to detail !

I've had numerous lawn maintenance companies in the 14 years here in the low country. Always had problems until we hired Blufftons Best. Now we never worry about our lawn care. If I notice something that needs attention, they attend to it immediately. Plus, they show up on time and are very polite.

Terrible. We trusted him and paid him in advance. He installed a new lPalmetto St. Augustine lawn at his suggestion in the front and sides. He said it was care free. The back was gorgeous. The site was not prepared. The sod was installed late, in November, on a very windy cold day. The sod was not treated, of very poor quality and developed a fungus. We also had a maintenance contract with him. He said he took care of anything and everything. When we complained, he told us to wait until spring. We waited and had a disaster in the spring. No level lawn, more fungus, and the lawn was loaded with weeds, including the back. His son had not put down a pre-emergent until after 2nd week in March. When we asked to meet with him, he cancelled the contract. He never returned to the property after the installation. We paid $4,130.
