Great Job and great customer service

Paid weed man $110 for my initial start up service program the flyer said $29 however they had to do 2 applications etc lots of reasons why so expensive. They come out and 3 weeks later my lawn is kinda yellow ish green. After taking to them about weed spraying my mulch area around my pond and fence for $60 they send a kid out to spray he was here 5 min in total had no idea where to spray very inconsistently spraying this and that. However when it came to my pond its dry due to an electrical issue .he sprayed in my pond weed killer why would anyone be trained to do that??? In fact my notes say to avoid my pond also to do the rear east fence line. This company is absolutely horrible and I have security cameras that recorded it all then they refuse to give me my money back disputed with my bank. Also the company blamed the heat and my watering time which has been the same for 4 years no issue absolutely not professional and lack alot of knowledge considering these are kids putting down chemicals. Look at the pictures of the lawns in reviews they look awful not green there inconsistent spraying they also killed off many of my perennial flowers while Spraying chemicals NO THANK YOU MORE PICTURES WILL BE ADDED

They communicate with you so you can put your dogs away. And they let you know if you need to do anything special after. My lawn looks wonderful. Weve used them for 2 years.

William explained what he would be doing for the final treatment of the season. He is courteous and efficient and does a good job. He came back when he finished and took my donation to the food bank.

Our yard has done a complete turn around with the treatments from Weed Man Lawn Care. We had patchy spots with no grass, dandelions everywhere, a variety of weeds and even prickly plants. There is grass where it wasnt before and the weeds are gone! Definitely choose them! They text the day before treatment to remind you they are coming. Your pest control product/service is awesome. This the first year I ve had almost NO box elder bugs and aphids and other insects around the house. It was very effective. I was very proud of my yard this year, too. I would recommend Aeed A lawn care to anyone.

Signed up with them this year to take care of my dandelion and crab grass issue on my lawn. They got things cleared up and it looks proper. I am not satisfied with their sales calls trying to sign you up for more services. I try the professional and nice decline, but they are pushy liked used car salesman. I have been with them for 4 months and received at least 2 of these calls for aeration service. They offer discounts and keep pressuring. Unsavory and unprofessional. I wont expand my use of them based on their sales staff.

Ive been with this company, weed man, For two or three years now. My yard has never looked better. The gentleman that comes is named Diego, And he is a very professional guy that will explain everything that theyre doing to my Lawn to me. Love this company. I will continue to use them.

Weedman has been great to work with and always accommodating to scheduling issues that would occasionally arise. The techs would always leave a detailed message letting me know when to water, etc. Dandelions had taken over my back yard, and by the middle of summer, they were gone and the grass as grown back. My lawn hasn t looked this good in two years!

Weedman comes regularly, is so easy to work with, and does a thorough job. Diego spent time with us to discuss our needs and was kind, patient and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure we were well informed. He spoke to us with care and did not get frustrated when he had to explain things a few times (our yard is complicated lol). We had the vegetation spray put on a vacant lot of ours to keep the weeds down until we decide to build on it. It worked really well after just one application. The technician stops by my house first to answer any questions & is always really helpful & friendly.

I have had the privilege of working with this amazing team of friendly and professional folks. The work has been beyond my expectations and the customer service is truly some of the best I have experienced. I wish I could remember everyone s names I have interacted with (from now on, you could bet I will make a very solid effort at this) but the ones I have worked with recently are Michael and Anthony and they have been stellar!

Our lawn looks worlds better than when the snow first melted back in March. We thought this was going to be a lost cause but Gavin really stepped up and helped to get our grass looking lush and free of weeds (which is nothing short of a. miracle).

Michael was awesome, knowledgeable and took the time to explain site specific details about our lawn/best practices/continued maintenance measures.

Good service at the beginning but when summer came, monthly treatment was expensive and didn t work. Even after they came out for an additional treatment, still a lot of weeds. Unfortunately could not recommend. Expensive and did not get rid of weeds. They also had high pressure calls to add mosquito treatment after signing up.

Sam called to let me know he was on his way so he wouldn t disturb my dogs by knocking on the door. He called when he was done with the job. The employees are always super nice and helpful.

Services were completed without my consent and I have been fighting the bill for 4 months now. After promises that the error will be fixed and collections will be held off until Weedman fixes the error, I continue getting notices that I have a past due balance with the threat that my credit will be effected if I don t pay. So frustrated that I m about to pay it because I don t trust what they promise me any longer.

2 guys came for my first treatment. Answered questions and were very professional and knowledgeable. Based on this and my initial experience I am providing 5 stars. The guy also said to take advantage of the free visits if my weeds didn t go away in a week or two.

Zacc is the ultimate weed warrior! I had a list of concerns and he tackled every single one with ease. His dedication and expertise are truly impressive. But what really blew me away was his willingness to go the extra mile - literally! He manually pulled out a massive weed that had been driving me crazy. Im talking huge! *Update- A service manager came to our home the day following this review. They offered to provide an additional application to address the weed issue. Chase was courteous and professional. This was a stark contrast to the previous encounter. After speaking with Chase, we will continue to use Weed Man. -Ive used Weed Man for several years and at multiple homes. We had been very happy with the service until recently. We are finding weeds growing around the perimeter and through the park strips in front of our home. It is appearant these areas just arent getting the same level of application the main yard is. I called customer service to discuss the issue. I was told that the weeds are surfacing due to the time of year it is (middle of summer) and they would not re-treat the area unless I paid an additional fee (approximately $68). I rejected her reasoning as we have been customers for years and this is the first time weve ever had an issue. After a bit of back and forth, I was told by the representative that I wasnt listening to her and that I was being difficult. Our first problem and first interaction with their service team, and Im ready to end our relationship with weed man and take our business elsewhere. Everything was great until they are asked to stand by their product and service.

Canceled my service. Did not help weed situation. When i called back about a respray for the weeds they said it was too late for a free respray. Better off weeding by hand. Oh the fertilizer didnt do much either. I would like to add the I bought some weed killer from the store and THAT SOLVED THE ISSUE.

Weed Man was at my home for their first visit this morning. Very quiet. They did not disturb. I really hope their treatments for my lawn work!!

Weed man has been able to keep the weeds we struggled to treat on our own out of our lawn. They are very responsive when I ve asked for additional treatments and/ or needed help determining if we had grubs.

Excellent results at residential and commercial properties. They do it all. Aeration, vegetation control, fertilization etc. May have to get them to seed some patches the dogs have ruined.

Diego was my lawn tech on my second service from weed man that I have received. He was a great young dude with a super positive attitude even when working in the rain and was ver knowledgeable and informative on questions I had about the service

Gave 5 stars because they were on time, made it convenient to schedule and reschedule when necessary. The individuals that gave the service were very well mannered and answered the many questions I had as a first time customer. We purchased an entire year package for lawn and garden beds as our yard has needed a little help and we just couldnt catch up with our yard work with our work schedules the way they are. They were very knowledgeable and treated us well. I felt like they applied everything where we asked and even then some. I am hoping that I can continue giving 5 star reviews; we really had a great first experience.

Fernando is the first to follow directions and he did NOT knock or ring the doorbell. My baby was sleeping and had he done any of those two my dogs would have went nuts and woke the baby. He did NOT ring or knock and locked the gate door when done. He did an excellent job!!!!!

I know nothing about lawn care but I knew I needed help because my grass wasnt looking very good. Diego came by and he was so friendly, patient and helpful. I had so many questions and he took the time to not only answer all of my questions but he even showed me certain areas in my lawn to show me what he was talking about. Weed Man Lawn Care does great lawn care. They keep me informed about scheduling, and what theyre applying on the lawn each visit. My lawn suffered terribly from previous neglect and its looking better now in 2024. Highly recommended!

If there s ever a problem, they address it as soon as possible. They offer weed control, fertilization, reseeding, aeration, pest control, along with many other services.

Weed Man has been taking care of my fertilizer and weed control needs for several years. If I ever notice weeds pop up, I call them and they are quick to come back and spray again. They have given me excellent service!

Have a baby sleeping at home have repeatedly called and noted for the technician to do his work and send me the text upon completion. For some reason cannot get that through every time I end up with a double knock on the door and my wife asking me to use somebody else. Can you please Help me love the service otherwise

Weeds were knocked down first application ,and after years two previous services left my lawn sick looking , weeds little different,my grass now looks green and even filled in . Thank you for reply, I appreciate ur Co policy of not planting flags in places u didnt treat. I want to let u know your flag was found in a park strip against a fence there were no yards beds or bushes to treat and Im 100% confirmed with that property manager you dont perform services there.And my co doesnt subcontract any of my work out. Just make sure you refresh your employes memory of that policy please.

Wowie wow. Weed Man is TOP NOTCH. We had a previous fertilizer service that we were using, but their service was horrible, communication was absolutely awful, and nothing was happening to our lawn. Decided to switch to Weed Man off of a recommendation from someone we know, and I can already notice a world of a difference. Hiatt called me directly after performing his service with a detailed report of how the lawn is doing, and allowed me to ask questions and become better affiliated with my own lawn care. Honestly, the customer service is absolutely above and beyond. Three cheers for Hiatt and Three cheers for Weed Man!
