Their drivers nearly ran me off the road trying to cut off my semi in the snow. To measure an exit in front of the semi instead of behind it.

Two of their drivers, driving side by side, close to the left side of the freeway, made it difficult for anyone to pass them. One of them cut me off while I was changing lanes too.

My apartment complex in West Jordan uses these guys and they don t care about the community that lives here. They weed wack the yards and rocks and other things get thrown at the cars. With the leaf blowers they blow all the trash and grass onto the cars. Three times they did this with the leaf blowers they blew all the trash and dust right at me and my toddler, my toddler got dust in his eyes started crying and the guys just laugh. Very disrespectful. They also blow all the leaves in back patios and leave them there. Never looks like they clean up.

Today I was completely feeling the weight of broken pipes and the potential damage to a new driveway and sidewalk. I spoke with Mauricio and within 15 minutes another kind, considerate, and helpful gentleman, Victor, appeared to show me how all of the pipes were connected and how the two breaks were affecting my yard and the neighbor s yard. Then, he turned on the two lines, one at a time, so that I could see for myself what was damaged and what was still working. I had a real understanding of what was involved after speaking and working with Victor. Then, to my amaze and surprise, Jason showed up to repair the pipes. Jason showed me that the larger broken pipe ran under the driveway, but was housed inside a larger protective pipe, so the new driveway would likely not need to be destroyed and replaced. He also showed me where he would repair the second smaller pipe, and replace the missing sprinkler head. Jason worked for about 5 hours on the two pipes, and left the yard looking much better than it did when he arrived. I honestly can t find enough words to say how grateful I am to these three men with Boulder Landscaping! They are kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and professional! Boulder Landscaping has my highest recommendation.

Wow these guy have no care in the world for property there weed Wackers throw rocks at every car leaving chips. I have reached out to talk with management but have yet to get a response. Toys have been mowed over trash not picked up just mow it right over.

My apartments have used this company to for the 2 years we have lived here. The one complaint I have is they will come at 6am weed whacking and it s so loud it will wake my kids up. Our quiet time hours aren t even lifted until 7am so why are my kids constantly being woke up at 6am by workers.

Boulder Landscaping Working Hard Everyday The Staff is the dream team always in Beast Mode

They service my condo complex and the employees are rude, they show a huge lack of respect for our personal property. They are paid to blow leaves, dirt, and debris from the grounds but blow it into residents patios and doorways.

Just witnessed one of your employee throw a bag of trimmings into the brush next to the Colony Farm apartments. Plastic bag and all. Really? He couldn t just empty the bag and dispose of it properly.

If I could leave a 0 star I would. These guys are incompetent. They also do their services in our neighborhood around 6am -8am or 7-10pm. They consistently wake up my children, they damage my property, and they will drink on the job leaving their trash around the neighborhood. Luckily my HOA pays for this service and I m not entrapped into their feculent services. Do not use them. UPDATE: 10/10/2023 @ 0300 Literally they just showed up and are banging everything everywhere. Using snowblowers, shovels and screaming at the top of their lungs right outside of my property. These people have no respect for others. They just woke up my entire household UPDATE: 05/13/2024 Yet again a horrible review being left for this feculent company. They blocked up our driveway and street making it near impossible to gear out. They kept the streets blocked and are honking at residents, yelling at them, flipping them off, dropped mulch in an area they shouldn t have and banged all day from 0700-present. They have no regard for the residents, they re trashing the neighborhood, and have a lack of care Again 0 stars.. do not use this company

A driver sped in front of me and i almost rear ended them.. then they proceeded to flip me off and it was their fault??? if you hire unprofessional people like this then revaluate who you hire!!!!

Their plow driver hit my vehicle last April, the claim is still not fully resolved. They refuse to take responsibility for THEIR negligence, good luck if you ever have to deal with them. Not the only problem with them at my complex. Actually attempted to blame me when their driver couldnt see out his rear view mirror. Only reason the driver wasnt ticketed was it happened on private property. Tells you how little they care. Good luck if they ever hit you or your car.

Really sick of these guys being at my apartment complex until almost 9pm at night every week. What money hungry ghouls find it necessary to be doing very noisy landscaping at this hour of the night when people are trying to put children to bed? Very unprofessional and annoying. Idk who exactly is to blame but I would assume a professional company should know better.

This morning 9/20/23 as I was driving down SR-193 near South Gate of Hill AFB, a white pickup truck pulling a boulder landscaping trailer hit 3 road cones, pitching one into a small silver car. Then cut off this same car at the intersection of SR-193 and Hill field Road. Almost causing a wreck.

Best landscaping company I could have used. They were timely, professional and under budget. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This company is just all around terrible. Youre better off hiring some teenager to do the work for you. They cant complete a project on time something that was told to take a month has gone on for over five months. There is always random employees standing around doing nothing.They never clean up at the end of the day leaves screws and stuff everywhere and always leaving thier lunch messes everywhere. If I could give them a zero stars I would . Save your self sometime and not hire this company for anything.

Jackass doesn t know how to do a pretrip before going out on the road. Almost hit me even at 6600 s 900 e today. You might as well unplug the trailer 7 way pin if one light is blown out.

Wray is nice and was responsive and communicative during the project. But our yard was completed only 2 years ago and we have had so many quality issues since then. Honestly, we want to rip the entire yard out and have it re-done. The retaining wall in the front yard sagged so bad that they had to come and re-do it a year later, which I really appreciated. But there are cracks in our concrete edging, the patio in the back yard is all over the place in terms of leveling and also cracked as a result, and then the drain from the house wasn t even put on properly so it is now detached and the water isn t properly draining from the house. Additionally, we had a separate company come out and re-do the sprinkler system because there wasn t good yard coverage at all. Also, we had to pay another $3000 to replace all of the sod in the front yard a year after it was installed. At this point, the quality of work they did on our yard is beyond poor and it has been a huge source of worry and stress in our lives ever since it got installed.

Excellent communication. Almost always know what is going on. Reasonable pricing. The best landscape company, by far, that Ive used for the homeowners associations we handle.

We used Boulder to install a fence, convert the side yard from a kids play area to sodded landscape and rework our irrigation system. The fence looked great as did the new sod that was installed. There were a few issues that occurred that needed some follow up remediation but that can be understood. The stand out here was that they were personally handled by the owner, Wray. It was refreshing that he cared enough about our satisfaction to go well above and beyond to make everything right. Thanks Wray!

We had a great experience working with John on our new home landscaping. He offered great advice and recommendations for a retaining wall and was very responsive.

When our communities lawn was aerated, they cut holes into the green plastic covers. Yesterday they trimmed down the bushes and plants and cut into our drip line, their fix was wrapping a plastic grocery sack around it. I came outside to the drip line gushing water and flooding the lawn and sidewalk. The individual who came to assist was rude and defensive.

My apartment community uses Boulder, and I am not impressed with the work they have done. They dont seem to actually think about what they are doing. They have come in multiple times and chopped up lush flowering bushes because its trim the hedges day. I dont know how a landscaper can cut flowers off of bushes without thinking about it, and this has happened multiple times. Every time I get excited about the new flowers that just bloomed, theyre butchered and gone within a week. To me that shows a complete lack of pride in your work or attention to details. Our shrubs look terrible.

This is the worst company to use. They are extremely unprofessional and when you bring an issue to their attention about one of their drivers all you get told is that they will call them. I know for a fact many people in the apartment complex here called due to being blocked in with snow and nothing was done about it. This is the third or fourth time they have done this. They also move all the snow they do plow into reserved parking stalls even after tenants ask them not to.

Its a nice company thank give you the other small companies pretty good company for commercial jobs
