We have really great landscape service. We moved in a year ago to a yard that was in really bad shape, with minimal landscaping. What a difference a year makes! They have worked on the yard, as well as shaped up existing landscaping, and adding some wonderful plantings.

Excellent job of burying multiple downspouts and drain pipes to channel water away from the house to the existing culvert. This well-planned and executed project got rid of unsightly black corrugated pipe downspout extensions on top of our landscape and lawn and ensured water is diverted away from the house. We use them for EVERYTHING and will continue doing so as we make enhancements to our property. Always the best!!!

I cant take credit for it but our lawn is ALWAYS the nicest lawn in the neighborhood from Spring - Fall and even stays green longer than other lawns. Shrubs are always perfectly manicured, flowerbeds are clear. I think the best part is, the folks that come out to do the work are always there when they say they will be, very professional, incredibly polite and considerate and respectful.

Epling crews are always a pleasure to work with. They even have hidden talents, such as simple stone walk placement behind our shed, using discarded bluestone; or helping to arrange a cluster of shrubs. Weve worked with them for several years now, and are scheduled to do so again soon.

Extremely unhappy with their response to an issue that occurred. After 3 years and and almost $20,000 in services paid for, my expectation as a customer is that Epling take some responsibility in allowing a situation to get so far out of hand with our account representative that it resulted in a conversation that caused me to lose my cool and, frankly, use language that should have been avoided. The result of which caused Epling to end our service contract and void the guarantee they enthusiastically pitched when we made the decision to accept their bid. Needless to say, there is plenty of work for them in the DC area, thankfully there are also plenty of Landscape contractors as well. Response from the owner - a week ago Epling Landscaping prioritizes client satisfaction, providing excellent customer service and standing behind our products, both staff and services. However, we have a zero tolerance policy for coarseness when communicating with our staff. If Epling prioritized client satisfaction and providing excellent customer service, the situation would not have escalated to a point where extreme frustration led to a coarse conversation. Again, zero responsibility taken on Eplings part.

We have recently returned to Epling for all of our lawn and landscape needs. We mistakenly switched to another company for a year, and the grass was most definitely NOT greener on the other side. Their office team is very responsive and courteous. Their landscape team is prompt, professional and meticulous. Top notch organization!

We have been in our house for a year in April in Purcellville. We finished out the contract for lawn services from the previous owners. My wife and I were so pleased with the responsiveness, and communication from EPLING we gladly signed up to continue with them! the outside landscaping is always beautiful! We have been waiting three years to have our landscaping done. To say we are delighted with the experience and results would be an understatement. All much was replaced with stone, edging around the trees, and French drains. We also use their year around lawn services and love our yard. Eplings has been providing us an annual lawn maintenance service for about 3 years. Ive been very pleased with both my interactions with all Eplings staff and the results in the yard. Eplings staff are friendly whether in the office or the guys applying the treatments. In my interactions with them, it seems apparent they arent just applying a treatment, they pay attention to the details and truly care for achieving results.

I have been a customer of Epling for many years. They have proven themselves to be the absolute best in lawn and grounds maintenance. Their staff be it administrative or operational are the go to squad. The crews no matter the function served are professional, well groomed, and the trucks and equipment make a most positive statement. I wish them continued growth and success. They deserve it. They provide three weekly garden visits - timing is flexible if requested. They also helped me to plant new shrubs. I find the crew polite and responsive.

I enjoy using Epling Landscaping. We have been using mowing, mulching and weed control and are very happy with them. I also used them to re-design my yard and used the designer suggestions who never forced her opinion on me, which is great quality to have.

Our hardscape project has been ongoing for over two years. Of all the companies that provided designs and estimates (7+), Eplings was the best! It incorporated all elements we asked for, provided future landscape options, and was within our budget. They were also very accommodating when we decided to modify the design and made several visits to ensure things were as we wanted. During the project they were prompt to answer any/all questions and make modifications as needed. They even worked with us when we changed lighting equipment in the middle of the project. We will recommend them to others!

Ive used them for almost 10 years now and my lawn looks spectacular every week. They just completed a landscaping project for me in May and did a fantastic job.

This was the first time I used Epling Landscaping and Lawn Services for my Spring Clean Up, expanding beds, and also for the planting of some flowers and bushes. We also had to have them put in a Flow Well Drainage Kit to help with a drainage issue, which I may add worked perfectly with all of the recent rainstorms we have had. From the point of meeting Brittany, their designer, to the final finishing of my Landscaping by the crew that came to my home, I never had one problem. Everyone arrived on time, my yard was done exactly as I wanted it (down to the exact way I wanted my Japanese Maples trimmed), they cleaned up before they left and you would never know they were in my driveway. The crew that came were very courteous, answered my questions, and we worked together to get 2 beds updated and looking so much better. Brittany was very helpful, professional, available, and returned my calls and e-mails the very same day !! I would highly recommend Epling Landscaping and Lawn Services and I will definitely be using them for all of our Landscaping needs in the future.

This was our first time using Epling Landscaping. We havent had the best luck with landscaping companies in our area. I called in and made an appointment and was told Stacie would be coming out the following week. Stacie was on time and very knowledgeable. We agreed on the scope of work and I was told I would receive three proposals by Thursday. When Thursday rolled around I had all three proposals to review and found the pricing to be very fair. I spoke with Stacie and the work was scheduled. Epling sent out confirmation a few days before the work was completed. There was a lot of rain the day before our scheduled project. Billy contacted me and said they needed to move us back one day. The communication from Epling was better than any other landscaping company we worked with in the past. Our project took three days to complete. This was exactly the length of time we were quoted. The final job looked great! Stacie met her team on site, so everything went really smooth. My family was very pleased with Epling from start to finish. I would highly recommend using this outfit. Thank you!!

Epling has become one of my favorite vendors that we work with. They keep our properties looking great and always perform their services when they say they will. Great communication from the office as well. I cant recommend them enough!

Contacted Eplings to come onsite for an estimate to redo sidewalk. A guy comes and measures the work area, says he need to make some calculations before providing the estimate and will contact in a week. Then he disappeared. No calls, no followup, not even an email. I cannot even say I had a bad experience with this company, because I never experienced. They just disappeared. Will NEVER call or take services from Eplings landscaping.

Driver cut me off on Rt 7W, close to the retreat, during rush hour traffic. He didnt stop for the stop sign before entering traffic! Dangerous!!
