Next Level is a great team of people to work with. From the beginning to the end of our project they were always checking to make sure we were happy. Had them put down turf and put in a putting green and it turned out better than expected. The crew always cleaned up everyday after they were finished. The crew was very respectful of our property and belongings. Would have no problem referring them to anyone.

Jessica and the Next Level crew did an amazing job on my landscaping. We contracted with Jessica to design the front landscaping of my home, which presented unique challenges given the lack of available sunlight. Jessica took all of our feedback on board and put together a design that met all of our asks and more. Within two days, the Next Level crew expertly removed the old material and quickly installed the new plants and material. With spring finally here, our plants are starting to green up and I cant wait for them to start blooming, bringing color and life to the front of our home. Highly recommend Jessica and the Next Level team.

Work might be okay but watch out for these people on the road. No signals, don t stop at stop signs, general disregard for anyone s safety. Truly poor driving skills.

We had Next Level provide service and maintenance for the sprinkler systems throughout the subdivision. The Owner of the Company (Dylan) and Office staff are extremely disorganized. When doing the backflow checks last November they did not collect all necessary information at that time so that they could submit necessary reports to the city by the May 30 deadline. This resulted in letters in July notifying us the water to be shut off in to all residences if the backflow reports are not submitted. This was the first notification we received that he did not submit the reports. The workers would schedule appointments with the homeowners and never show but Dylan is trying to charge us for those visits. After spending extensive amount of time over 6 weeks to get the issue resolved they finally submitted the majority of the reports to the city. However, there are still 4 backflow check reports that we paid for that have not been submitted. He also stated he has no plan on submitting them or refunding the money paid. He did this with the deadline for water shut off just 3 days away. Leaving me scrambling to get someone else out to do the backflow checks again and paperwork submitted to the city before the then. I also have to pay for the service again. All because I said they were disorganized. The City has been amazing working with me. In fact, they attempted to make multiple phone calls to Dylan and sent numerous emails as well to try to resolve the issue. Seems like if he would have just done the job right and submitted when he was supposed to he could have saved everyone a lot of extra time and frustration.

Editing my review: the company initially was great to work for and they do good work but after theyre done and paid theyre gone. They claim any plants they put in have a 12 month warranty but several of the perennials did not come back this Spring and I was continuously told theyd be replaced until the company stopped communicating all together. Instead of hassling with this company instead Ill be paying for new plants again with a local highly recommended lawncare company Reached out to a few companies to get my sump pump exhaust and a couple downspouts buried. Next Level was the only one to respond. What started out as just a simple job to bury the downspouts and sump pump turned into a sprinkler system, a new patio and firepit in the back, new plants, and awesome landscaping with river rock beds and beautiful natural stone edging. Ive recommended Next Level to anyone I can. The crew was courteous, fast, and worked hard. Dylan, Jessica, and the entire crew are awesome.

Hayden went out to view work and give me estimate but did not respond back. I got him and he said $5000 to $6000. I ask for paperwork with an estimate but was ignored. When I called the office excuses were made then I was told my job was to small and they were booked out. Really, you didnt know that ahead of time? Be professional.

Its hard to put into words how absolutely wonderful these guys are. Not only were their prices very reasonable, they were the most professional contractors weve ever worked with. After being burned by another contractor, these guys rescued our project. I can not say enough great things about the quality of work that they did and their responsiveness. I wish we would have found them sooner and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Incredible work from the first hello to the final walk-through and good-bye. I did not even know this place existed but would certainly use them again in a heartbeat. Fantastic workmanship and very professional. I absolutely got my moneys worth and more. Well done!

I recently had some hardscaping projects done by Next Level retaining wall; removal of old patio and new patio install; removal of mulch and rock install; and all downspouts buried. Everything looks great! I am especially happy with my new patio, as I spend quite a bit of time out there. The crew members were hard workers and always polite. I worked directly with Jess, from the initial quote to completion of the projects. She spent a lot of time explaining everything and answering my (many!) questions, and kept me updated throughout the process.

Next Level did an amazing job installing my irrigation system. The crew was extremely polite and professional. They constantly were updating me on their progress. My biggest worry about getting a irrigation system installed was my yard being torn up, but once they left you could barely even tell they they had touched it. I highly recommend this company!

Had a fantastic experience with Next Level Lawn & Landscape. Thomas Hatcher, their designer and estimator, quickly responded to my initial inquiry (within 24 hours) as we needed a retaining wall to be extended in our backyard along with irrigation system repair and dirt and grass seed to fill in a large section that had eroded over the years. Thomas came to our residence the following day explaining our options and gave a free detailed estimate for the project. The crew that installed our retaining wall, repaired the irrigation line and leveled out the dirt with seed and fertilizer were hard workers and very professional. All debris was cleared away over the 2-days that they took to complete the project. For anyone looking for an area business to complete a residential project, I would absolutely recommend Next Level Lawn & Landscape. Responsive, professional and a great work ethic is what youll get from this company.

Next Level did a wonderful job removing old railroad ties and overgrown plants and installing new retaining walls. Thomas is very responsive and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend Next Level to anyone looking for this type of lawn renovation.

I have had next level do work in my yard several time and his crew is great to work with they do things right. Dylan is a great guy as well he stays on top of everything.

We were experiencing a big issue with water in our basement every time it rained. After calling Dylan he came out and gave us advise to eliminate our water problem. They put in a water drainage system around our patio and back filled dirt around our foundation. He did exactly what said he would at a reasonable price and even started the project earlier that expected. His crew was very hard working and did an awesome job. Double thumbs up to Next Level Landscaping!!!!

We could not be happier with our choice to hire Next Level for our retaining wall, patio, stairs and landscaping. The finished product exceeded our expectations! Dylan was awesome to work with. This company set up a time to do a job and then canceled it twice and rescheduled then no call no show!! Always excuses excuses!!!

Work on our retaining wall and sprinkler system were done on time and on budget. Weather caused problems but Dylan was up front on it what it would take to reschedule temp wise. Have them coming back to do more work.

We had Next Level rebuild a large retaining wall built by a different contractor that had failed after 5 years. Next Level worked well with the structural engineer we hired and our wall is now built to last and we are safe and happy. Pricing was fair, the crew showed up every day, worked hard, and were professional. We have already asked them to come back for more projects. We have had shady contractors in the past that we kicked off our property. So its nice to work with professionals that do exactly what needs to be done. Thank you Next Level Lawn and Landscape we are excited for the next project to get started.

I recently had Dylan and Next Level complete a patio project for me over the winter. Dylan was very upfront with his pricing. He was realistic about timelines and the workers on-site were friendly and hardworking.

Highly Recommend! Next Level completed 3+ week patio, landscaping and drainage project that exceeded my expectations. We interviewed 5 other companies and their fees were reasonable and the work was very high quality. Dylan made sure all aspects of the projects went well and did a good job managing his crew.

Worst company every. They only communicate through email and that is if you are able to get them to respond and expect the customer to call them to get their business. Poor business practice. Brandon waste my time by cancelling my appointment less than one hour before the appointment. Then on rescheduling, I had to contact him since he didnt respond to my email to find out if he was coming out to my property the next day. He responded and cancelled again. He also informed me that bids on done by a service agreement that I have to sign ahead of time, even though the service agreement had nothing to do what I was needing. Sad sad company. Dont hire them, there are plenty of other companies that truly want your business and willing to go that extra mile to get it.
