Dependable Lawn Care, Inc. in Blue Island

They are not my landscapers but every Friday when they come they block my driveway so I have to hunt them down when I want to leave. Today one of the guys said they need all this room so I told them they needed to move. They have no respect for the neighbors it is funny cause the company I use does not block my driveway or at driveway. From the picture you can see they are not cutting my grass

The entire administrative staff as well as the lawn care professionals are diligent, courteous and always willing to go the extra mile when attending to your property's needs!

This company goes above and beyond the norm. Plus the girl in the office is professional and knowledgeable. The lawncare people are excellent as well. A++++

Love this company! Very professional service. I have them for weekly service and fertilizer. Twice a year they do spring clean up and fall clean up. All of which is done on the day promised. I moved to Frankfort last year and I worried that they may not come this far south but they do. In total with my other home, I’ve had them 30+ year’s. They keep the same schedule every week unless it rains, then they are a day later. I highly recommend their services!! Thank you DLC for keeping my yard looking the best in the neighborhood!! I haven’t one complaint!

This season the Mallard Landings townhome association selected Dependable to replace our long term landscaping company. They have been a breath of fresh air. They arrive when scheduled and complete everything expected. Great service.

Contacted back on March 5th,received email from a Manager that they would come out to give an estimate. Call them on 3/17/21 about the date, they stated either 3/27/21 or 4/3/21. Received email today 3/26/21 that they can't provide service or estimate cause we are out of their area? We are less than 25minutes away. ???.

I inquired about having our lawn done on May 23rd and at the time the grass was not to the point it is now. I even cut the lawn on one side since this company waited till June 4th to come out and give me an estimate. Now they are saying that they are not interested in taking on the job cause the grass is too tall. Do not go with their service it is my grandfather's house and all we wanted was the grass cut so we can sell the house and this is what this company does. They don't even deserve one star.

I called the "Dependable" lawn service over a week ago to have a rental property estimated for lawn mowing. Assuring me that they would get back to me within 2 days, I am still waiting... "Dependable"? Hmmm
