Reckless around customer property. Have had rocks and other debris shot out from weed-wacker at cars in parking lot on a regular basis. Not proactive about suggesting additional services.
The 1 star is because I've been waiting for a call back to set up an appointment. Going on 4 days now. I'm sure they are busy, but how bout a call?
Can you please fix your alarm ! It s really disturbing to have to hear alarm for hours !
