The service great did an excellent job

They came out and did 4 treatments. All they got rid of was dandelions. They said they couldnt get rid of the other weeds. Said TWICE they would give me a call and have some one come out a go over yard. Never got a call never came out. Then they call asking if I wanted an air ration done. I told them no and not to come back out. Not to renew contract. What do I receive in the mail but a bill for a renewed contract. Twice applied weed control in rain. Guess I will have to call agian and cancel.

Our 2nd season with WM. Apparently they don t believe in customer retention. Sheryl had her supervisor, do not know what they are talking about. I m sure there are great folks that work for WM. Will be taking business elsewhere.

The owner and staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. I m pretty new to their services but if my yard turns out 1/2 as great as the staffs customer service I ll be more than very happy.

I had issues with my lawn having dead spots (grubs) and patches of long fescue. WeedMan had someone (Jesse) out the next day. He was very helpful and didnt try and sell me on WeedMan services (offered them) but said how I could do it myself too. I ended up doing a combination of doing it myself and hiring them for additional work. Very satisfied.

I have been an on and off again customer of Weedman for several years. Do I think my lawn is better off - somewhat - but I m not convinced it s providing that much benefit and believe I m being way overcharged for the amount of grass I actually have.

Service is great so far have only had 2 applications. Clover and creeping Charlie have been reduced significantly lawn is looking better. Little frustrating working with the sales as I wanted to have aeration and overseeing done but getting high quote based on total lot size vs what areas can actually be done.

I love when Jesse Sr comes to provide service for our yard! He is so friendly and always checks in before and after to make sure that any issues we may have are addressed. We have dogs and he is wonderful at making sure the gates are closed and secure when leaving. Jesse is also super knowledgeable and provides good information and suggestions when I have asked.

I am pleased with the service, once you get established. I believe though they need to maintain a smaller machine to aerate the yards, that have small fence openings because the larger machines cannot get through, otherwise.

Ive been using Weed man for my lawn care needs and Im consistently impressed! Their team is professional, efficient, and meticulous. We had the worst stubborn weeds in our yard almost all species of weed were just taking over our grass and I wasn t hopeful if I could ever get rid of the crab grass and the annual white grub. But they take time to ensure every concern is taken care of. We are weed free and our grass already looks healthy and lush. Their customer service is top-notch, and they always respond promptly to my questions. Highly recommend! I have opted for their fall lawn care service and decided on paying the total price in installments for three months. But now they started spring service also and decided to charge me monthly without my approval. Been trying to call them but no one is answering in customer service,If you are closed on Saturday update your timings in google.

I started using Weed Man many years ago and I could not believe the difference in my lawn. They are prompt, courteous, and very helpful. If you have any questions about lawn care, they are more than willing to answer them for you. Ive had many, many people actually stopped me when Im out front for whatever reason and ask how I get my lawn to look so green and plush. I received my 1st Spring application today so theyre going to get busy. All the workers are good but today, I had additional questions and the man didnt have time to answer but he actually just called me with answers and he was off work for the day! His name was Brent, and I hope he continues to be the one that shows up. Although, they all know what theyre doing. Give them a call. You wont regret it!! And no, I am not getting paid for my review. Lol

Hard to support a company that makes approx 12 telemarketing calls to my house a week, and that s after working through a six minute call with their rep where I had to kindly decline their services 7 different times. This is unacceptably aggressive marketing and all just for lawn care. Plus they were over 30% more expensive than two other highly reputable quotes. Suggestion, cut back on paying for the mafia style marketing and neighborhood door to door sales people and cut your prices. You will naturally get more customers through FAIR pricing. UPDATE- Guess who came to my door today asking to give me an estimate. Yep, WEEDMAN, again. Less than six days after my review that references the relentless interruptions they cause by constant phone calls and visits to my front door. Then I come in and see that they replied to my review and suggested that I need to contact them so they can remove me from their ABUSE LIST. Oh how kind, if I go out of my way they will remove me. I ve adored to be removed 3 times in the last four weeks already. Stop spending money wasting everyone s time and lower your price, had you been competitive at all i likely world have agreed after 1 contact. Totally pathetic abuse of people s time.

They used to do a good job but have went downhill very quickly. Had yard aerated and the guy left horrible gouges and ruts in the yard. For some reason they felt they needed to do this on a rainy day. Hard to get in contact with anyone too.

Weed man is a fine service. It s expensive and their add-on services are expensive as well. You get a few sales calls for these additional services too that come with almost a pressure approach. If you are ok with those aspects I think it may work for you. My grass is always green but struggled with weed and crabgrass at times, but their communications are always good regarding appointments, arrival etc

July 2022: I asked for price and continue to receive 2-3 calls per week after I declined service. I have been told by more than 4 people that they are removing my number but it has yet to happen. If you like to be continually bothered after declining service, this is the business for you.

After years of using successfully using a lawn care company, last year my lawn never looked worse. Attempts to get them to correct the problems seemed to land on deaf ears. Someone from Weed Man called and I decided to give you a try this summer. The problems that I had last season have already begun to clear up - even the landscaping guy I use has advised he sees major improvement on some problem areas. At this point, I am VERY pleased with the results from using Weed Man. Keep up the good work.

My lawn looks fantastic. Lush green grass with zero weed . Weed Man is responsive to your needs. If you want them to take a look at your lawn and offer solution . They will be out in one or two day . You may think their prices are high. It shopped around for estimates from four lawn care specialists. Most were higher and a few were lower. I chose Weed Man because they were the only company that came to my law . They were very professional and answered all my questions He did not pressure me to subscribe to their service. After trying a competitor that attempted two treatments and seem to increase the number of weeds in my yard, Weedman has been a savior. They resolved my weed issues immediately and really do seem to care about the yard. Jake is my sales rep and everything he promised happened in the timeline we discussed. He was easy to reach and locally located. He was also knowledgeable on the topic and has followed up to ensure the quality of service. Anne-Marie is our lawn tech and you should hope she is yours. My wife told me that she spent on hour on the first treatment thoroughly checking the entire yard and spot treating accordingly. She came back in two weeks and retreated to ensure the first treatment was effective. I was home for a recent treatment and had some questions. She stopped and helped me understand the conditions of my yard, and was an absolute pleasure to talk to. I am in sales and appreciate a business that backs up what they promise. Weedman has been exactly that in every experience I have had.

Tried working with them to resolve the issues with my lawn. Communication was inconsistent and often returned with having to spend more money on another option that may or may not help. Since cancelling I have been contacted numerous times. I wish they spent the amount of time worrying about me after I cancelled when I was a customer.

Today, (9/11/19) A Weedman employee came into my place of business and asked if he could put my flag at half mast. Embarrassed that we forgot to address that ourselves, I asked if we were customers and he said no, and then, half jokingly, if he was going to bill us. He also said no - that hes just been doing this all day and likes to educate people on it. I really appreciated his offer and wanted to make sure he and his company got some props for being good people and good citizens.

Wasnt the best custmer service

They seem to operate in a very professional way. The office is in a location just outside of Bloomington, its in a large building but not far and its very easy to see from the street. They will also come to your door to talk with you about the various services they have to offer.

Communication and service intentions are above expectations. Unfortunately my lawn has never looked worse. I believe an early application killed patches of grass, but no concessions have been made on their part. I am not interested in purchasing more of their services to repair.

horrible communication!! This company burned my lawn to the point where it was dirt. After calling them at telling them what happened the told me that it was because my whole front yard was weeds. so I told the to cancel our service. then a month later a tech should up to do a weed control, lucky my husband was home and told the tech to leave that we canceled the service. then he should up again the very next week, again my husband stopped him, and our neighbor. tech was sorry and did not know why we were still on his route. ( one of these visits cost us $40) finally a supervise showed up two weeks later and try to tell me grubs did it. but after me and my neighbor told him that the whole yard went to dust in 1 night, he agrees to fix it. I told them after that we dont want them to touch our yard, but guess what couple week after that a tech showed up again to spray our yard. This company is horrible if after month they made us pay $40 for a service we did not have done and we agreed as long as the never show up at our house again!! best $40 Ive spent!! As long as they dont come back. Stay away from this company!!

I used their service for a year, and it was not effective. In addition, I felt like I bought a salesman, because every time they came out, they suggested I spend more money with them for additional treatments that werent covered under the standard treatment. I called an cancelled at the end of the year. However, while I was gone, they treated my lawn and left me a bill. When I called to complain, they said they had no record of me cancelling.

Horrible franchise, I mean horrendous. I used them for two years. Last summer my yard was full of crab grass and grubs. I think I paid $500+ for the company to water my crab grass. I told them that their service was horrible and I was autorenewed for this year. and its funny how the calls are selectively recorded. This franchise is sleezy and needs to be taken to court. Just do yourself a service and use another company (one with maybe more than 1 star)

When we bought our house the yard was full of creeping charlie and crab grass. After 1 year of treatment, the yard looked much better. Year 2 has continued to help our yard look much better. Good experience for us.

I hired weedman when I discovered grubs. My yard looks great now

The service was OK while it lasted. However, when we decided NOT to renew the service, the techs just showed up for 10 min (not even sure what they did) and we were billed for the service we didnt request (and which was likely not performed). The customer service was not horrible (as some described), but clearly wasnt ready to work with us stating that they follow their policies which apparently are quite inflexible. I hope we succeeded in canceling their service and I would not recommend this provider to anyone.

VERY disappointed in this service. Not only are they NOT treating the weeds in my yard, but the employee has left my back yard gate open TWICE and let my dog get out. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Customer service has always been good but disappointed with lawn service. Breaking point came when they over seeded when it was still in 90s. Complete waste of $150.

They sprayed weeds, weeds died, I paid them: Not issues there. Then they called, and called and called and would not stop harassing me despite several people claiming they would add me to their internal Do not call list. After I threaten to call the Better Business Bureau, they finally stopped calling. (Hopefully) If you want a slightly overpriced but good service, followed by months of harrassing phone calls, this is the company for you.

They kept calling me all of the time and do not do what they say. They forgot to do part of my lawn and stated they did a service that I do not believe they did. Customer service is awful.

Weed Man treated my lawn back to back days burning up my lawn. Weed Man did reseed the lawn but I had to water every day in the middle of the summer doubling my water bill with no offer to offset the cost. In addition to over seeding my lawn they we careless thus over seed all of my landscaping which I had to remove. Prior to over seeding they aerated the lawn damaging some of my in-ground sprinkler heads and plastic control covers. A manager came out stated he would replace the sprinkler heads (1 year has passed) with no replacement. What is so amazing I keep getting calls to give the company a try one more time . Why would I they do not correct their mistakes. With a high employee turnover plus the poor service I would not use Weed Man.

Weed Man is a great service! I went to other lawn care providers and the literally killed my lawn! But a young kid knocked on my door and made me want to give it another try. they have very affordable prices and if you are not satisfied they come for free to fix your problem. But I must say my lawn looks waaay better than last year, and I am looking forward to see my lawn next year!

They actually do show up and complete the service, and by complete I mean they spray something that causes more crabgrass to grow in my yard. When I called to cancel, they asked if i wanted to hear about their crabgrass post emergent, seriously if this product was available why was it not offered to me in the middle of the summer when it was clear as day that my yard was covered with the stuff.

You would be better off trying another lawn care service
