Usually lower gas prices. Sometimes have to wait in line. Sometimes missing windshield fluid and squeegee. Would like a touchless credit card scanner for better security at the pumps.

Great service provided to us. Our questions have always been answered, polite workers with a sense of humor and most importantly our sod is newer. They have given it a great start not using too much product or too little. Definitely will continue with them as long as they keep up the great job!

Was an FS Custom Turf client for two years -- they put weed suppressant and fertilizer on my 1.5 acre property three times per year. They never told me when they were coming, just showed up, did their thing, and left a bill. Small flaw, but I overlooked that because my lawn looks good. Recently, I called them and asked if next time they had a crew near me, could they put weed suppressant on my gravel driveway and fenced in garden -- areas they don't normally treat. They said they would, but didn't show. I waited a couple of weeks, then called to check on the job. The lady who answered their main business line had no issues with being rude to me, stated that "we might not do that work" (presumably because they most often treat grass), then put me on hold without so much as asking me if I could hold -- just abruptly left the call. She then came back on the phone and said someone would call me later. Since I have called multiple times regarding this same simple job, I cancelled my future business with them. The lady spoke to me like they had been doing me a favor by working for me the past two years. I guess losing established clients who consistently use them and pay on-time is their new business strategy. Look elsewhere if you want to be treated with respect by the office staff or have your projects worked on in a timely manner. UPDATE: Thanks to Nate, I have re-established my business relationship w/FS Custom Turf. Nate is a professional and a gentleman. I am upgrading this to a 4 and will upgrade to a 5 if all goes well and my lawn looks great.

They have top quality fertilizer, weed and grub control and grass seed for way less than the big box stores. This is what the pros use!
