We ve used FertiLawn for years. Seen great results with our lawn. Always impressed with how helpful and knowledgeable the service team is. This morning, I walked outside to talk to AC about some dead grass spots we had, some are heavily shaded , some are due to the fact we left a pile of leaves in one spot for too long last fall. We just had our first service today with Fertilawn. Our technician, Ryan did a great job! Obviously it will take time before we see results, but I did not know they were coming today and had a bunch of our toddler toys in the lawn. The fact that he cared enough for our belongings & to ensure our entire lawn was serviced really showed his personal dedication to quality. Were thankful for him and all of his hard work. Jon (from Memphis), our Fertilawn tech service provider. He has been attentive, open to any possible suggestions to help him improve our lawn. He is willing to explain what he is doing and what results are to be expected. The Service Tech Andrew was very friendly and efficient when he helped us with the last two service calls. He was easy to talk with and offered advice for all my questions. The airation and over seeding was done about 3 weeks ago and today we had the final fertilizer application of the season. Super impressed with the overall service. First year we have used a service but after the terrible grass killing drought of the past two seasons we needed to do something different. Fertilawn was a good choice. Very clear about what to do and effective delivering our service all season.

All services received from Fertilawn have produced good results. Our grass looks very nice. I am glad I signed up from grub control. Not only does this help the health of our lawn but also (in my opinion) it helped control our Japanese beetle problem.

I have had this lawn service for 2 years. I had them fertilize and aerate my 1/2 acre lawn. They have always been very accommodating with special requests, etc. I also had their landscaping service do some grading, hauling in black dirt and seeding in areas where I had some trees removed and they did a good job with that also.

Currently we re signed up for 5 lawn treatments, and we ve done the organic spring aeration / soil conditioner and also the fall plug aeration with overseed. We ve had great success so far. We always receive advanced notice prior to a service appointment, they make time to answer any questions I ve had, and they even share insights after a visit about things we are doing right / could do better (cutting at right height, watering, etc). Fertilawn has always done a great job for us! I was home when the technician was here and I watched from our living room window. He didnt know I was watching. I was concerned because we had seeded several areas of our back yard and I didnt want him to fertilize with the first does of weed preventer or what ever it was. And he avoided the areas!! We take pride in our lawn and have tried other companies and by far Fertilawn has done the best job! Thank you!

Not a customer facing organization. If I could put 0 I would - terrible service, incompetent, buyer be warn - they will do something incorrect, wont own and and will not fix it. They will not come out and work with you face to face even when they were in the wrong. They would rather sit at their computer and send you multiple emails. I feel sorry for them when so many small business do the right thing for there customer and they would rather write a rant. Sad.

Prices are fair, service is excellent and I think they do a better job than some of the bigger companies. I love the fact that I am texted the day before I am to receive service so that if I will not be home to share any questions or concerns with Ryan, our technician, I can reach out by email or phone. Today on December 18th, my lawn is incredibly green . I love their new aeration program it made my lawn look incredibly nice this year. I will continue to use them while needing lawn service.

We love Fertilawn, they have done a fabulous job for us. I would recommend them for anything related to lawn care.

We have used Fertilawn for 11 years. They do our organic fertilizing, spot weeding, and organic aeration/soil building. Our lawn is old--like 50+ years old and yet it is the nicest in our neighborhood, always a lush green. Organic is important to us and we also like that Fertilawn always makes sure that the tiny organic fertilizer pellets get blown from our sidewalks and driveway back onto the lawn when they are finished with an application. They also give us a call to let us know when they will be coming to do an application. Their new organic aeration, which does not involve pulling plugs from the lawn, is really effective. We formerly used Trugreen but much prefer Fertilawn and we highly recommend them.

Weve used FertiLawn for the last few seasons and are very pleased with the results. After the first year they took care of the creeping charlie issue we had and the yard looked great. Well continue to use and recommend them to our friends.

This company, though it s small family owned, is just what my family needed. They truly make you feel like part of the family. Customer service is a huge plus! We ve had them maintain our lawn for the last couple years and have had no issues. Also very honest about their service. If my lawn during the hottest part of the summer doesn t need cutting, due to lack of growth, a crew member will either call me or knock on my door to let me know. So many other company s I ve had will just mow any way causing my lawn to dry up and get crispy. In some worst cases, other companies have not mowed my lawn and just charge me any way. This company is definitely 5 out of 5 stars for honesty and making my lawn look great each year.

Garrett and his team did an amazing job transforming my very sad and drab yard. His suggestions for materials and plants were exactly inline with what I envisioned. He took the time to plan out my whole yard and give me a number of options. He was able to work within my budget and still exceed my expectations. 5 star results and customer service! In recent years my previous lawn service just wasnt getting the job of controlling dandelions in our yard. Each year they got worse and worse and we finally had to part ways. After a recommendation by my neighbor and the appearance of her well kept lawn we decided to go with Fertilawn. After one year of service this is the first year that we have not spotted one dandelion in our yard. Thank you Fertilawn for such great service and attention to details.

Fertilawn has treated our lawn for many years. Last season we added lawn mowing service and snow plowing. They have been very accommodating to put down the type of product we want as well as respecting our desire to have a call the day before they are coming out. We had some landscaping done this past summer. They put in a paver patio in our backyard along with some plants/shrubs and it looks great. The price was on the higher side but fair. Now we use them for plowing our driveway. I think they switch their routes because sometimes we are done right away and sometimes it takes a few hours but they do a good job for a small business.

I am a tenant - these guys showed up without MY permission or notice from a landlord and sprayed pesticide all over three bags worth of new grass seed we put down the night before, killing the seed before it had a chance to germinate. So much for their claims of customized lawn analysis. Apparently, their analysis missed huge bare patches of dirt covered in new grass seed visible with a naked eye. Didnt even stop and think about whether spraying pesticide on new grass seed is a good idea; didnt even knock on the door and ask if it is ok to come onto the property. Will not return phone calls. Just awful.
