They charge you more to stock pile there materials they charge you more then once for service and try keep sending bills.. management is a joke
I made a review before but they must have fought to get it removed even though it was legit. Showed up completely unannounced, didn’t use any type of barrier so ended up with soooo many weeds.. i was just sitting here looking up landscaping companies and came Across them again, and just had to check the reviews.. noticed mine gone and felt I should re-add it.
Exceptional service and excellent craftsmanship. I could tell the crew took pride in their work. The project looked better than I imagined it would and could not be happier.
Company showed up at our rental without letting anyone know they were coming. Then proceeded to move things around on the deck and move personal property without asking. Bushes were trimmed uneven, almost like they just wanted to get done as fast as possible. Came back to “finish the job” and instead of using the ladder they brought, and was present, employee decided to STAND on our outdoor storage container. Did not ask; did not try to ask. There are too many landscaping businesses in this town that are more professional and will take their time. Find another company ASAP, this is not the one you want to use.
The customer service is excellent! Bobby always called me back and wanted to make sure he knew exactly what I wanted. Everything they do is very customized and high quality. They also installed irrigation for our home and it is so worth it! I will definitely be using F&W more in the near future.
I have had F&W for a few years now and my grass looks amazing. I would definitely recommend them.
F&W installed a few small trees last summer that were scraggly looking, but they insisted the smaller trees often transplanted better and that they would green up well by the next year, which has not occurred. Tried to contact them via email previously with no luck. I'll update this review if anything changes. Update: F&W responded, came and looked and have indicated they will replace the trees. Excellent customer service, just wish it was after my first contact.
I have used F & W for their fertilizer program for the last two years and have hardly been able to keep up with mowing my yard because my lawn is growing so quickly! The crew at F & W are incredibly reliable and professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to keep their lawn green and growing. They cost a little more than most of the other guys, but I feel that they deliver a superior product too. It was well worth the extra few bucks this last summer.

Fast lots of detail edging
Workers never showed up, still received a bill. I took pictures the day after they were to mow. Jeff stated the crew was indeed in town and that I would have to wait till monday to figure out what happened. Its obvious what happened, they lied. I will not recommend this company.
Had the best experience working with the staff at F&W. Very knowledgeable about the industry. Highly recommend using them for any outdoor needs you have!

Hands down THE best lawn care and landscaping in Central, IL. Period. They seriously are the jack of all trades, with even a 5 star crew in every department to deliver the utmost quality job. Highly recommend this company for any and all of their services!
Responded to my request eventually and some of the work has been done. Future plans are on hold because I need to decide how much I can afford. Options have been presented to me.

We have worked with F&W for 2 years now. We have always had billing issues where they would go out without telling us and somehow have back to back bills and service without notice. That was always understandable at times, until last summer when the dry weather came. That summer we had little to no rainfall. We were out of town almost all of July and August. F&W came out to our home 4 times in that month putting chemicals down, with no rainfall or watering. We got no notice of them coming out, nor did we get a call telling us our yard was going south. No one talked to us about ways to keep it healthy etc. We just had bills left at our door. When we returned we found dry grass of course but in the areas where they sprayed chemicals the yard was fried. It was obvious that the chemicals burned certain areas. We called them to discuss this and they said the yard is a total loss and needs to be replaced, for 5K and they would do it. We didnt understand how when we were paying them 500 that summer how on their watch the yard could be a total loss. Never was there flags raised to increase watering or treaments to save it. The yards across from us, that are vacant were fine, so it wasnt just the dry weather. This was obviously chemicals. We called other places to get opinions and they too said it was from the hot weather and chemicals. The owner refused to take any responsibility. Not even work with us and pay half. They said no. So we are left with a dead yard and they are not willing to do anything. We are understanding people and this was just not good customer service.
