Terrible establishment will never be back I worked their and they felt the need to take down my review never again will I be back owner doesn t return phone calls bad communication actually I did work their you just don t want to admit to I did John is a terrible manager and needs to be taught how to run things doesn t know how to properly run things Will never return

Their communication was not the greatest. I wasn t told when they were coming. Whatever they did to help with weeds in the landscape killed the grass around it (see picture).

Great family owned business. Very easy to work with, and the work they preform is top quality.

I love Changing Seasons! Life got busy earlier this year and I didn t get on the list and the lawn service I have now just doesn t compare! I can t wait until I can get back on the list!!!

I am a resident at a commercial property that this company services. They seem to do a fine job in keeping the place from becoming a jungle. However, I am consistently noticing that grass clippings are being blown all over my, and others vehicles almost every time they service the property. I know they are just grass clippings, but a car wash is almost $20 these days to remove this every time. Thats about the amount of money that many folks make per hour. A resident should not have to work an hour, just to clean their vehicles due to another persons negligence on a consistent basis. It is not that difficult to direct grass clippings away from a parked vehicle. I fear that my car will suffer damage if a rock or such gets hit toward my car while they are mowing. If your alleged professionals need training in this matter, I would be happy to demonstrate how a guard on a weed eater works as well as how a lawn mower can be pointed away from vehicles to prevent this very thing from occurring.

Your workers probably shouldnt get mad when somebody takes what is supposed to be their turn at a four way because they dont know how to use a turn signal. From what it looked like we both were supposed to go straight, but he wanted to turn despite no signal on.

Recently hired Changing Seasons for a makeover on our home s outdoor space, they did an amazing job! From the consultation to the final touches, the communication was great. All employees were highly skilled and pleasant to work with. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for landscaping services.

We love this business! Their employees truly know their craft, are efficient & respectful. We loved dealing with them & will continue to use them in the future. They also did some concrete work & the job was perfect.

John, Brandt and the team are awesome to work with. They worked with us to help find the right solutions for the baseball field we take care of. They did aeration, and a weed and feed. We have been using Changing Seasons for a few years now & have used different services they offer. They are AMAZING!! Everyone is extremely friendly & wants to help. These days customer service is neglected but not there! They communicate extremely well with their clients & give us complete respect & understanding! I wish everyone I did business with was this professional! They set the bar high!

Do not use this company for any lawn related services. I was traveling for work and asked this company to mow a small property during that time. During that time, they have caused damage to my radon system and a couple different gutters, they have failed to show up for weeks at a time, and when they do mow, they failed to mow half the yard. How do I know? My security cameras, reports from my neighbors, and a ring doorbell camera from a house facing mine. I came back and had weeds 3-4 feet tall that I had to remove myself. The company will ignore complaints for weeks until they realize the topic wont be dropped. The one good point in this companys favor is they will not mow a lawn that does not need it. If the grass is short, they will leave it and not charge for services rendered that week.

Would refer this company to anyone !

I just had my trees pruned and wanted to thank Bob for a WONDERFUL job. Pruning requires a skill (an eye) not everyone has. I had some difficult trees and they all look great! I also have Changing Seasons do my lawn mowing and snow removal .. always a great job!!! Thank U!!!

Jared & crew from Changing Seasons were very friendly and kept me informed on each phase of the work they were completing when landscaping around my home. They were friendly, efficient, and the communication I had with them was awesome from start to finish. They kept everything neat and tidy at the end of each work day. Explained everything in detail. They were very good about cleaning everything up around the house after their work was completed as well and that too was appreciated! We wanted to get all our mulch removed in our front and back landscaping and add brick edging and river rock in all of the landscaping. We looked into several quotes, and Changing Seasons was the most competitive and also got back with us very quickly as well. Our rep Brandt was really easy to work with, and provided all the quote modifications and answers to questions we requested in a timely manner each time. They quickly scheduled work for us, and got all the work done in about a day and a half. The end product was fantastic, they cleaned up quickly after work was complete, and the workers were quick to address any concerns we had as the work was completed. We highly recommend Brandt and his staff at Changing Seasons for any outdoor work you may need, and will definitely look at using them again for any future outdoor projects we might have.

Cant recommend these guys enough! Super quick response time and took the time to come out and learn about what I was wanting done instead of sending a generic quote with no information. Scheduled for April 6th install and the guys arrived right on schedule and had it wrapped up in less than a day! Couldnt be happier with the new pergola over my back patio and looking forward to spending a lot of time out there this summer. Looking forward to working with Changing Seasons again in the future for other projects in my backyard!

I have tried three different lawn service companies over the past 16 years. My lawn looked good, but I was never over the top impressed with the service. I called Changing Seasons and they immediately emailed me a fair estimate. I looked at their reviews and decided to give them a try. I was very impressed with their service guy, John. He was very particular and thorough with the application. I have been very pleased with their prompt and professional service and will continue doing business with them.

UPDATE: The company came back and erased their work so that we didnt owe them any money. The crew did a good job but we still had to deal with our landscape twice. While it was not a perfect ending to our business relationship, at least they did the right thing by agreeing to a solution we could both live with. To put it bluntly, this business is nice (at the beginning) but their work is terrible and their customer service is even worse. My husband contracted them to work on our front landscape last year. Either the work poor in quality or they messed something up completely. For example, we wanted bigger rock so the rocks would not get in the grass and we wanted it sloped in a way that it would not be as steep. They used the wrong sized rocks AND the slope was just as steep if not more so my husband has to constantly pick up rock out of our lawn. One of the worse parts? He told them about the wrong size rocks while they were in the process of laying them down. Their response was to cover the small rocks with the correct sized rocks (we already had small rocks before) and charge us the whole bill. Part 2 of the worse part, they do not communicate well except for that fact they want us to pay them (which havent yet) and now they are charging us interest. They wont even respond to the BBB when a complaint was filed last year. We have now submitted another complaint to get the job right. I would SERIOUSLY stay away from this company if I were you!

Brandt was recommended to us by multiple people throughout Bloomington-Normal. He came out and quoted us for sod installation and a new set of stairs leading to our back deck. The price was fair and the project was done in a timely manner. We did have an issue with the staircase they installed.. and as promised.. they came back out and fixed it promptly. I m so happy with our backyard and staircase.. would highly recommend. Brandt listens to his customers and doesn t take any complaints to heart.

Hired for masonry repair. When I contacted Brandt with the dissatisfaction of the conditions my home was left in, he did not reach out to me himself - he had the subcontractor he hired to do the job contact me. The subcontractor asked us for more money because he said he was not fully aware of all of the work that we contracted with Changing Seasons. We received a bill much higher than our agreed upon price, I paid the full amount and sent an email indicating my dissatisfaction and never received any follow-up. I have damaged flowers and plants, and the brickwork is sub-par. Would NOT recommend,

Had a patio put in and Brandt was very professional and did a great job. Had some issues with the way the yard was graded and he explained what he could do. Something my kids and I love sitting on.

We recently used Changing Seasons to spray the side of our house that had algae on it. I wish I had taken a before picture to show the AWESOME job they did. There is NO algae and what s even better is unlike some other businesses they didn t have to put any vehicle into our side yard. They left nothing behind and was even careful our our yew bushes we have on that side of the house. We will definitely be using them again to update our rock landscape and more!
