Jackson and his crew did great work on some significant tree damage we sustained in a recent storm. He was professional, did excellent work, and demonstrated integrity in his business. If we need more work done with our trees or landscaping in the future, I'll definitely call Wilder Things.

Wilder Things Landscaping did a wonderful job in redoing the landscaping in the front of my house. The job that we had discussed was accomplished in a very small period of time (3 days total) and they completed it exactly as I hoped it would come out. The project included taking out all the shrubs and flower beds in the front of the house and replacing them with new flowerbeds, including new hardscape and river rock installed with spectacular lighting. The yard itself was in need of being re-shaped to control rain runoff. They took up the weed infested grass that was there and sculpted the ground for drainage and planted all new sod. Additionally, they removed a dying maple tree and replaced it with a beautiful Japanese maple. Again they accomplished the entire project in an outstanding manner. I would recommend them to anyone who would be interested in a quality landscaping job at a reasonable cost.

Wilder Things took down our two sick Bradford Pear trees, and ground the stumps. Excellent service and price - and I was very impressed with how thoroughly they cleaned everything up afterwards. I would highly recommend them!

I needed to have the pipe replaced form my home to the septic tank since the previous home owner had planted a pine tree on top of the pipe and as it got bigger over time it’s weight crushed the pipe and led to roots getting into the pipe. I also had recently added a sun room onto the house and that required a change in how the gutters ran on the house which was directing ran into the foundation of my house and causing some water intrusion into the basement. None of the other companies I called to address the issues wanted to deal with all the issues at once. I would have had hire separate companies to address 1) removal of the tree and bushes over the pipe from the house to the septic tank, 2) fix the downspout issue by placing an underground pipe to direct the water from the gutters away from my homes foundation, 3) to replace the crushed pipe from the house to the septic tank, 4) Slope the dirt around my foundation/basement away from the house, add window wells to keep water from entering into the basement windows and placing plastic over the dirt around my house and placing river rock to over all the dirt on that side to the house to reduce the chance of water entering the basement. By having one company do all the work it was much cheaper to get all the work done and the results look very good. I would estimate that by having one company do all the work reduced the overall cost by 25% or more.

Jackson did a great job dropping a huge tree that fell into the backyard of our log cabin property in Brown County. He did this safely without it damaging the cabin. I highly recommend him for for tree service.

Just finished a project with Wilder Things Landscaping. They removed a large tree between power lines and the house, replaced an old retaining wall, and did quite a bit of grading and drainage work. Will definitely ask them to come back for any additional work we may need in the future if they aren't booked out too far. Jackson and crew were excellent to work with.

Jackson is dependable and an extremely hard working, detail and safety-oriented professional! He and Brian dropped two 130+ trees perfectly placed and safely done! GREAT, SAFE, PROFESSIONAL JOB for the entire event. Unlike many folks that do “contractual work”…they do a wonderful job of “cleaning up their mess”…at the end of the job! They left our yard/property immaculately clean and cleared. I highly recommend these quality folks and Jackson as a real professional! Their price/charges are totally fair and reasonable! Wilder Things Landscaping did a great job removing our large tree from out front yard. Care was taken with removing the tree without any damage to the house.
