Called to get someone out to the company I work for, to redo our rock beds around our whole building. They said someone will call me. I missed the call but they left a VM saying that they essentially are too busy to come out and give the company I work for (me) a quote... Wouldn't have taken 30 min total to see what all is wanting done.. They were highly recommended by several people too..

I'm sure they do good work, but are a bit overloaded and we're unable to take us on.

This place was only the one of few stores that carried what I actually needed. As a bonus their prices were actually cheaper then me ordering it online oh, what a surprise! Very nice staff good selection of products.
