A couple of years ago, I noticed that some of the underground downspouts in my yard needed to be replaced, so I requested quotes from several local companies. After reviewing the options, I chose C&H. Fast forward to two years later, I discovered that one of the downspout adapters installed by C&H had detached due to ground settling, and the surrounding concrete had developed small cracks. Concerned about potential water damage to my foundation, I reached out to C&H for help. Without hesitation, Clay sent his team out the very next day. Not only did they fix the detached adapter and seal the concrete, but they also inspected all the other downspout adapters around the house— even the ones they hadn't originally installed— to ensure they were properly secured. Cole's expert use of the excavator helped preserve our existing pollinator garden while completing the project in an efficient two days.

C&H evaluated the yard and offered a solution that fixed the problem. Everyone who worked on the project was professional and friendly. They cleaned up after the work was complete. Untrustworthy. I’ve lost over $1k and they did zero work. I come and go from home so I hired them for the whole year. They charged my card hundreds more than agreed upon. Then when I came home, the lawn had not been touched in months! They also don’t answer my phone calls and have not given me my money back.
