This is the second season we have been using Augusta to cut our lawn. They are always there the day they are scheduled for, and handle the cutting promptly, as working from home now the noise is quick and not bothersome. We had some issues of a mower breaking a septic cap and some areas of the lawn not being cut, but once we reported to customer service, the problems were fixed. The cap was replaced within a few day and on the next cutting, the entire area of the lawn was cut properly. It is difficult to be perfect all the time, but what companies can control is their responses to feedback, and Augusta handled that very professionally!

We just came back from vacation to find the mulch job done beautifully. All the edges were done perfectly and the mulch was very neat.Kudos to your employee who did this. I would highly recommend you to anyone.
Really did a great job on our backyard -TONS OF LEAVES. Initially we told them there was no rush at all then found out we had family coming into town at the last minute . They were able to get it all done in time . Easy to coordinate with and very responsive to our inquiries. Will definitely use them again next fall and considering having them come in again in the spring to do a post winter cleanup . Happy to be able to support a local business .

The tech worked very hard to remove 2 mature rhodys from our front yard. He did a nice job in digging out any remaining roots.

Augusta has consistently over billed me for 2 years. They have also ignored my requests to have my lawn cut every 2 weeks during the summer, instead of weekly. When I asked for July to be adjusted because of their mistake, they raised the price per cut by 50%. They should not treat customers this way.
Augusta Lawncare is very profesional and goes out of the way to give the best service. They have an eye for detail and never miss a spot on the lawn. Augusta lawn care just finished mulching my yard and garden maintenance and my yard looks great!!!. We have them do our weekly lawn cutting as well and are very satisfied.
They will randomly skip weeks and take no responsibility for it. They will also change your schedule at their leisure after having previous agreement. They charge you for services they do not perform. It seems like its run by teenagers.
Augusta did a great job laying down a considerable amount of mulch on my property. The team did a ton of quality handwork for a reasonable price. The experience was great and I will use them again.
