They installed the system about 1-1/2 yrs ago and have nothing but issues with the system. Would not recommend.

Fast response excellent service! Just didn’t like the $90 fee to come out to your house to give you an estimate but it seems to be standard in this biden economy. Otherwise they did a great service fixed it ASAP for a fair price definitely will use again.

They're impossible to get a hold of. I've left multiple voicemails and have never gotten a response. I've been chasing them for weeks trying to get an itemized bill so I can submit for a reimbursement. They also just didn't show up or reach out on the original date of my appointment. Admittedly we had some road work being done that day, but they just randomly showed up another day without letting us know ahead of time.

They installed the sprinkler originally. The valve broke after 3 years. The part cost only$30. They charged me $189 for 30 minutes of the job. Tge owner on the phone was rude and unprofessional when I demanded to justify the price. I received rude answer.

I have used this service for several years without problems. However, when we turned on the sprinkler system this summer, after having them supposedly winterize the system the previous fall, the pipes were ruptured resulting in a $375 water bill in only 1 hour before I realized that the sprinklers weren't working and water was free-flowing into the ground. My assumption is that they did not do what I paid them to do, i.e. blow out the pipes in the system and the pipes subsequently ruptured when the water was turned on. No response from them. I would definitely never use them again ...their negligence has cost me a huge amount for the water bill and repairs to my system. I would give them zero stars but this is not an option

Frank Zoppi and Green Acres Lawn Sprinklers are top notch. We had them do a full installation at our house in Montclair, and years later when we moved to Bloomfield, we had them do another one. The technicians really know what they're doing, and their prices are terrific. I can't say enough good things about this company.
