During this last snow storm I got in contact with Mac for snow removal and he did not disappoint. He even salted my drive way which is twelve (12) cars long....His charge was far below what other contractors in the area who gave me estimates. Thank you Mac and I'll be seeing you this year for my Spring clean-up & my lawn care needs.

Charged my senior parents $417 to clear our driveway after a snowstorm. This is their first New England winter so they didn't know any better. The owner, based on their description of the services requested (plowing the driveway, clearing the front entrance and steps, and salting said areas) and coming to our home for visual inspection of the property, gave an estimate for COMMERCIAL RATE "snow removal services" . They did agree to these terms before the work was done, as they had no prior reference for what is a fair price for the job. Also to add, we do have a LONG DRIVEWAY (rear lot property), so did have some expectation that the cost would be above average (but not FIVE TIMES the average cost). We used another company for the next snowstorm (which was albeit a lighter snowfall), who charged us $85 for plowing, snow blowing the front entrance and steps, and salting. I would advise if you are going to use this company, inform yourself of what is the market rate for your area. We were charged 500% more by their company for a very similar job done by the 2nd company. *Edited to reflect legitimate points brought up by the business owner. We overall had a negative experience regarding the pricing, but I AM trying to be fair and factual with my review. Regardless, I am still of the opinion that this was drastically overpriced and every single person who I have told of this experience has agreed with me (with the exception of the business owner who got $417 for a residential job).

One of the best lawn care specialists in the area. Very thorough and comes highly recommended. Services include taking care of your lawn and snow removal services. And he comes fully insured.

UPDATE 8/1: Mac reached out and plan on returning to my property this week to resolve the issue. I appreciate the follow up and ability to make right of the situation. He also offered to cut my lawn again free of charge due when they come to reseed the area. Original review 7/21- So I decided to hire Macs Lawn Care since I really wanted to give my Fiancé a break from cutting the grass and I was fully looking for a monthly cut schedule. When Mac arrived he was super nice, I showed him my entire lawn and what I need done. Very simple weed whacking, edging and cutting of my lawn, not even a 1/4 of an acre to cut. His guys showed up and tore up my lawn, missed spots completely, did not even bother cutting the yard by the side street, and it looked like a 10 year old who decided to help cut his dads lawn for the first time with zig zags and patchy spots. Also nothing was weed whacked. So I quickly called Mac and he came and instantly saw what a mess the lawn was and apologized and said they will come back. So his team returned, still somehow missed parts of the lawn and then did not weed whack still by the back of the house. His team came to my door to apologize and informed me they would be laying grass seed down where the grass was torn up and now just dirt. They never did, so I emailed and texted them and Mac replied saying they would come back the next Thursday, which they did not come back. Long story short - $90 for a poorly cut lawn, they tore up a patch of my grass, poor weed whacking services and no effort to provide a refund or come patch the grass. Will never recommend or hire again. If they at least showed up to patch the grass I would give 3 stars, but sadly poor customer service.
